I'm thinking it's Young Master Xehanort on the left and Young Master Eraqus on the right. I think that because Master Xehanort, in one of his reports, said that Eraqus likes to talk about "that story" so maybe it's a story of when they were young. And why would there be a Young Xehanort without his rival being Young Eraqus?

    Also, I think their hair looks a lot like Xehanort (left) and Eraqus (right) to not be them, but maybe that's just me.
