Kotaku have conducted an interview with Tai Yasue, the current co-director of the Kingdom Hearts series, who is currently at E3 2014 to promote Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX.In this interview, Yasue reveals that the Kingdom Hearts III E3 2014 teaser video that was released earlier in the week is actually the starting scene for the game. A lot of theme park action...oh god.Honestly, this looks like the stupidest thing I've seen in the series yet. It's just so clunky and out of place and pointless. At least summons had an explanation, how the hell are they going to explain giant rides coming out of nowhere?? It's just so...unbelievable kiddish and clunky and stupid.Idk, they better prove me wrong or else I'm going to be a little annoyed. Though, that will probably just mean I'll play the game without using that ability.

To be honest I'm sort of with you. The idea is cool but I don't know if it really fits in. I'd rather have a mix between BBS And KH2 gameplay, with a bit of 3D as well. The drive forms would go very well with flowmotion I think. And having commands with the KH2 system seems like it'd be awesome!!!

Awesome. I wanted the beginning of KH3 to be focused on Young Xehanort and Eraqus (provided that those were the two guys speaking) and it looks like that may actually happen.

I just can picture it beginning with young MX and Erauqs in a study or something conversing about darkness, the Keyblade War, and the lost masters...and then it pans in on young MX smirking and then it cuts to a black screen. Then, it zooms in on Kairi and Lea training and dodging the new enemies' attacks...or in a training ground somewhere...

Idk...I can only wish and fantasize, haha.

I agree I loved the drive forms, I think that it should be updated, revamped with flowmotion aesthetics, and brought back into kh3.
