Kingdom Hearts: Dawn of a New Age

Posted

Time, time flows and continues. The worlds are different from what they once were. Time has passed since Sora was alive, things have changed mostly for the better. But now time may be up on all the worlds together. A dawning of a new age is beginning...

The World of Inner Darkness:

The world of the darkest darkness, the land of all evil. The sky was blood red during the day and pitch black at night. The sky was now a mixture of both, as a woman stood up on a high mountain top. She looked at the world below her. Every monster ever destroyed had found itself revived in this world. Every heartless, every nobody, and every other creature shared this doomed prison just waiting to be reborn in a new world. The woman watched as all the creatures were going about their lives here. A creature that looked like a heartless version of Momo from Avatar appeared on the woman's right shoulder. "This world, this prison, these creatures, they all deserve a second chance at life." the woman said.

The World of Knowledge:

In a different world far off, a young girl that resembles Kairi appeared in a library sitting down in a chair reading a huge book. "So, The World of Inner Darkness is where all the creatures go to after they are defeated. Interesting. Maybe that is the world that has been giving the world more trouble lately. Darkness has returned, and I bet that world is the cause. But what could be the reason?" Sam asked herself. Lately, she has been looking into why the darkness has returned, and how to stop it from spreading. Her great great grandfather Sora had once rid the worlds of darkness, but now he wasnt around to stop the new darkness. Now it was up to her to save the worlds from the darkness that has come back into the worlds.

Zion moved closer to hug Claire.

"What's wrong?" She asked softly, nuzzling the girl's hair. "You okay?"

The two voices faded in Claire's mind, allowing her to hear Zion's second question.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She replied curtly.

She then closed her eyes and bowed her head.

"Sorry." She said softly after a moment. "I'm just dealing with something inside my head. Two...versions of me. I saw them in my dreams before, but since we met, they seem to be getting stronger."

Kohaku stared at Claire with concern. He felt like something was troubling her, like an external force. "Claire, do you---" he began to ask her.

Sam looked at Claire. "Its okay Claire, I think I know what you are going through. I once studied a man who had multiple sides to himself, different people controlling how he thought and how he felt. You don't seem to be as bad though. I think you could call the voices in your head, guardians, guardians that are sides of yourself that are there to help you, and maybe hurt you. But I think that as long as we keep moving forward, we can find out more about you." Sam said.

Dark End looked at the group. "Okay, heres the deal. I want to help save my experiment friends, and so I need all of you to help me stop Jerry and turn the experiments good again. So first stop, we need to head to Jerry's lair, which happens to be on the bottom of the ocean floor." Dark End said.

"Okay....", Kohaku said, "...and how do you think we're gonna get there?" He asked with a slight sarcastic tone in his voice.

Claire looked a little flustered at everyone's attention. She didn't like people knowing her problems, now they were offering her advice about it.

"I'll be fine, thanks." She said stiffly.

Sam's commit of the voices being different sides of her seemed on track, but considering one was unfeeling and the other was rather destructive and selfish, she wasn't sure she wanted them to be part of her. And Lumina had said one of them was her future...

The pink haired teen looked up to see Zather staring at her. He looked like he was planning something.

"Oh, going underwater?" Annistha asked brightly. "I've always wanted to try that transformation spell that could turn people aquatic."

Zather groaned.

Zion reach out and hugged Claire from behind.

"You'll be fine when you are fine, not when you say." She said.

Claire returned Zather's stare, her aqua eyes not backing down from his dark blue eyes. He eventually winked and looked away. Claire sighed and felt Zion hug her.

"I've been waiting for that for years." She thought bitterly. "Waiting does no good."

But she didn't say it. Maybe that was going against the promise she made to Zion to break down her walls, but she didn't want people trying to comfort her.

"I guess so." She finally said aloud.

Aeronus looks at Dark End as he puts his hands behind his head. He smiles at him, and nods at him. He is willing to help turn the Experiments back to good. He looks at the group, and back at Dark End. "Don't worry, Dark End, we shall help you defeat Jerry, and save your Experiment friends. I'm sure that we can defeat Jerry if we work together as a group." Said Aeronus, talking to Dark End with a cheerful tone in his voice.

Radiant Garden

As Alisar arrived in Radiant Garden he immediately felt joy. It had been ages when he had seen it. He walked around the town looking around, getting to know it better. After all Radiant Garden had changed so much that it was only a shadow of what he remembered. He saw people around eating sea-salt ice creams, discussing their everyday life not knowing that their true ruler was walking by.

After Alisar had enough he had left looking for the castle gates, and after a while he finally found them. From there he could see the castle right where it had been when he was a kid, but the castle was nothing like what he remembered.

"Home, oh how I have missed you." He told himself as he started to walk towards the castle.

(Something's not right....), Kohaku thought to himself, (It's been a while since i ran into that guy.....his darkness......I can barely track it now...). Kohaku was worried that the mysterious man could be harming more people. (I'll have to find him soon after we finish this mission. But, how do I explain this to the others....?).

Meanwhile, Sikora was seen in the underground of the building at The World That Never Was. She was standing in front of a giant computer that looked too far advanced then the time they were currently in. "Soon, very soon." Sikora said to herself.

Dark End looked at the group. "Well I say that a teleportation spell would work the best, we have to watch out in the water because of experiment 602, Sinker." Dark End said.

"And I can add to the teleportation spell to make sure we can breath underwater." Annistha offered, sounding and looking enthusiastic.

Zather groaned. He didn't want to be a fish. Claire, still behind on what people in the heroing business could and couldn't do, stayed quite and watched.

Vay so loud, he woke himself up. "Wh-where am I? Oh, yeah... that's right." He said, sighing. "So, can anyone get me back up to speed on what's happening? I seem to have fallen asleep. I didn't think that I would just fall asleep like that. Evidently I am wrong." He then took, out of his pocket, a book entitled, "HEARTLESS" and started writing in it.
