I did the highest Data Install you could do...yet the load time is exactly the same, which is anywhere between 10 and 30 seconds, if not more. Has anyone else had this problem? (This is for load time as well as the form time as well [the time it takes to change form/limits].)

You have to compare the exact same loading times. Every loading time is different, so you're probably just not noticing the difference.

Otherwise it has something to do with your copy of the game, the fact that it's Japanese, you don't have enough space, or the game is just that slow.

I see the vids on Youtube and the change in the form/limit is almost instantaneous. I need to wait for a good 5-10 seconds each time. So it could be the game, as I have a 1.0 GB memory card with only 2 games saved. One file for the one game, 3 files for Kingdom Hearts (one for each character). I dunno. Maybe you just have to give it a little time. I remember watching someone streaming. The form change would take forever, but after sometime, the changing would be a lot quicker

maybe it has something to do with wat level u r on cause i have seen videos on youtube were someone does shot lock and it will take forever to lock on as many times as u can but wen they get to higher levels its much faster so maybe its the same way with the form changes.

Yeah from what I've seen it's mostly just the first few times you use a style. After that they switch faster.

After you repeat an action , the game saves a cache of the data, so it can repeat the action with minimal data. So yeah, the loading times will go down with each use, until you turn off the game.
