Okay, so I can see a several possible release years for KH III and I've worked out how Nomura can meet them while keeping both the "One game a year" plan and the "No new games 'till KH III" promise.

 

2015- Simply do no more and release KH III here. This is highly unlikely, bordering of impossible

2016- If he makes a third collection consisting of the three Nintendo games in playable format, or if he ports a 1.5+2.5 collection to the PS4 he can make this deadline.

2017- If he doesn't make a third collection, but ports 1.5 to the PS4 next year and does the same with 2.5 in 2016, ore makes a third collection then ports all three in one the following year he can release KHII then

2019- If he makes a third collection next year, then ports one collection every year after that, then KH III can come out at this time.

 

Personally I don't see it coming any later than 2018 but to do that he'd need to deviate form the "one game a year" plan

Osaka was developing the remixes, so who was developin KH III?

 

Osaka's developing both. Yasue clearly said that in all of his interviews. He clearly said 70 people were working on HD 2.5 ReMIX and it doesn't take that many people to work on a HD collection, they were working on Kingdom Hearts III at the exact same time.

He won't do it on it's own. In Japan, Re:CoM was the "+" in "KH2 FM+". It was only America that got it separately. EU and PAL regions never got it at all until 1.5 iirc.Point being, if he does remake 3D for the PS3, which is entirely possible, it will most likely be included with at least one other game.

If it did 2015, then Nomura could release it on the 13th anniversary of KH1.

That's probably going to be Nomura's surprise "attack." Everybody gonna be like,"Where is KH3 Mr. Nomura-san???" And then on March 28, he gonna release it! Awesomeness (But this is probably not reality )

 

 

Plus I'm hoping for 2015.

I saw we all take a chill pill on this KHIII release date. We've learned how to be patient, and just because we got a few trailers and it's up and coming doesn't mean we need to be so anxious. Let Square take their time in making it the best they can!

 

And in the meantime, we can focus on trying to finally release FFXV. I'm honestly not the biggest fan of FF games, but with Nomura directing, I am TOO excited for this to be a thing. 

We've waited since 2006 for this. 1 more year, in all honesty, won't make a difference.

For Example:

[*]M is the middle letter in "Kingdom Hearts" and is the 13th letter of the alphabet

[*]Organisation 13

[*]13 vessels of darkness

[*]Kingdom Hearts 3 was announced in 2013

Because of this it wouldn't surprise me if Kingdom Hearts 3 did release next year.

KHIII hasn't been in development 10 years, that would mean they started development before KH II even released. No, at most it's been two years.
