So, I'm getting to the second half of my playthrough of KHFM. Everything's going fine, except for one thing: Gummi Ship stages. I've played through the original KH game 4-5 times, including one or two Expert playthroughs, and never really had an issue with these. It's starting to hit me pretty hard in FM, though. I'd build a new ship, but I don't have enough pieces to go from a blueprint, and I sure as heck don't have the experience or pieces to make a good custom ship. Does anyone know any way to get better pieces to fit a blueprint?

If Cid is selling parts at the point you're at then munny farm and buy gummi ship parts.

Buying them or getting them from previous routes are the only ways I know you can get pieces. But really, just get some of the haste-basted Gummi blocks and a Firaga engine, then you can outspeed practically everything.

My issue isn't speed, it's more like I take two hits then die, and I can't take down any other ships.

Excatly why i recomended speed: You can outspeed the other's shots and blaze through their attacks. If you want more damage, just slap some thundara G's on and maybe a Thundaga or Two, you don't need beautiful ship building technique to make a ship that'll live.

The no damage mission was one of the hardest part.

I've used the default the gummi ship all the way to end of world, not sure why you're having problem? Are you trying to finish missions as early as they appear? Tbh, I'd collect doggies and deal with the missions after you've collected them all for a complete gummi ship part set. Are you on trophy hunt?

I'm not dealing with missions yet, I'm just going straight for the end. I'm doing better with an edited default Gummi Ship (Just a few defense blocks) though, so I'm not really having any problems anymore.
