I think they might all have unique transformations. But it may very well be similar to TAV's. 

I believe I read that each Keychain will have a different transformation. As for execution, it seems to be very similar to Command Styles from BbS or Riku's Dream Links from 3D.

There probably going to be Keyblade specific because as Nomura said I wan every Keyblade to feel different and unique so watch out for upgrading your Keyblades like in KH Re:Coded

Don't the Keyblades in Chi transform too (I haven't played it), maybe it'll be something similar to that, and the updated powers the Keyblade had when at a higher level such as in Re:coded.

It's going to probably be a different transformation for each keychain.
