Today was a normal weekend for Haymich. He smiled as he walked down the street. He looked around the street. The town he lived in was of a large size, with nice novelty shops and winding roads. The highest building there was a 4-5 story high apartment. It allowed him a great deal of exploration. He loved doing that. Looking around every nook and cranny. He was so good at discovery. He smiled, breathing in and out slowly... He agreed with most of the tourists. This place did have a magical charms. And them realized he stole someone's watch.

 

And the police had seen it.

 

Crap.

 

He then did what else he did best... Run.

 

His parents were going to kill him....

The green haired man laughed. It was a powerful and intimidating one. He walked trough one of the spears, but felt no pain whatsoever. "Can't kill a man who's already dead...." He yanked the spear away from the woman. "Let me get one thing straight first." He slowly and effortlessly pulled the spear out of his chest. "I don't know where he or she is. And rest assured..." He yanked The tip out of the spear and tossed it away. "I'll kill him when he's found! My mo-" All of a sudden, dark hands appeared from the ground yanking him under slowly.... He smiled. "Story for another time then. I'll be back...." Then. He was gone.

But Time had not resumed.

"You-!"Enma yelled as he threw himself to the floor to catch him. But he was already gone. "That f*cking prick. I'll roast him and eat him for breakfast!"Enma muttered. Odette groaned as she pulled on her bleeding tongue. "It's too salty for my taste!"Odette complained. "Ah no worries,surely it'll heal soon."Elektra assured the small Odette. She glanced around as her eyes narrowed. "Time hasn't resumed..."Elektra muttered. Odette suddenly started to freak out. "W-Wait! If time hasn't resumed does this mean the gods of time are dead?!"Odette started to shriek in worry. "Calm down you mormo. I'm pretty sure the gods of time aren't dead...yet...I hope so."Enma said,muttering that last part so he wouldn't end up worrying Odette more than she was already. Odette whimpered and walked up to Enma,resting her head against him. "I want to go home!" "You ain't going anywhere you punk!"Enma hissed as he smacked her on the head,receiving a complaint from her. "Wait,how come we are the only ones who aren't trapped in all of this?"Elektra asked. "Maybe...only people of mythical persuasion aren't affected,because we don't belong here in the first place?"Odette muttered. "That could be. But if that's it."Enma muttered as he turned to Haymich and walked over to him,grabbing him by the elbow and dragging him closer,standing over him with a glare. "What's your connection? Are you a demon? What god you serve under?"

"I serve? What do you mean!?" He looked around, uncertain of why he was not either. "What the hell is going on!" He struggled to get out of the vice grip of Enma. "LET. ME..." His eyes turned gold, as his influence powers started to manifest, giving the command to Enma "GO!"

Enma gasped as his eyes became suddenly dull. His anger side was pushed away as his shy side came over. He glanced down at Haymich and he quickly let him go. "I'm so sorry..."Enma muttered,his voice soft compared to his usual angry and loud voice. "I didn't mean to be so mean. Did I hurt you? I didn't mean to hurt you! I'm SO sorry. I didn't know I'd be hurting a god."The shy Enma whimpered as he played with his fingers slightly. Odette ran over to Enma. "This means I can bite you right,naughty boy?!"Odette asked before biting Enma on the shoulder,making Enma cry out in the sudden pain. Odette glanced over at Haymich. "The cops were after you so it means that I get to bite you too!"Odette said as she grabbed Haymich's arm and was about to bite when Elektra stopped her,pulling her away. "No,you can't hurt a god!"Elektra shrieked as she pulled him off. Elektra glanced at Haymich. "To influence a creature like Cerberus to change personalities from the strong to the weak one is no mere walk in the park. Maybe...you're one of the reincarnated gods that lost their memories?"Elektra suggested. Odette smiled. "It could be,look at how pretty his eyes are when they glow golden!"Odette said as she pointed them out. "Wha! It means that I was mean to a god!"Enma muttered. He then shook his heads. "I could care less if he's a god! As long as he's not my god!"Enma hissed. "Then maybe he's hades?!"Odette asked. "He ain't Hades...when Hades influences over me it feels more like a chill. That was warm."Enma insisted. Elektra offered her hand to help Haymich up.

"Wait..." He got back up again. "What is going on? Reincarnation..." He rubbed his head, as his head felt fuzzy due to exertion. "Please... Just explain it to me..." He felt like he was running on low, and sat down on the floor again.

Elektra thought. "How to explain it to a person who has lived mortal?"Elektra asked. "Let me explain."Enma said as he went ahead and sat down right infront of Haymich. "Let's make it clear again. All gods,from all mythologies,are real. They aren't just some mumbo jumbo that the guys made up while they were high on burning bush ok? They are the real deal. All of them lived pretty cool with each other. Nothing major. However...a darkness came. It was powerful,and made out of madness. It created a mad cycle of turning everyone against each other,including the gods. The fact alone it affected the gods was a sign this was beyond anything we have dealt before. However among the many gods,a lot of them were able to resist the darkness' madness. They worked together and sealed the darkness away. But when they did,they had run out of the power needed to kill it off for eternity. The remaining gods that had sealed and resisted the darkness decided that they would all go through a form of reincarnation. Through this method they would grow again,and in these newer and fresher vessels they would become stronger,and learn much more that they couldn't before. As one of the surviving ones,my master Hades went through it. He told me to wait in the gates of hell,as a Cerberus should,and that he would return when he had grown to become as strong as he expected. However...something went wrong. They didn't expect that through the process,their memories would be erased along with their old bodies. Many of them had back up plans to make sure they would have those memories to remember if they were to forget. However many others,how I expect that happened to my master,did not,and lost their memories fully,being raised as mortals without any memory of what had happened in their previous life and why it happened."Enma explained rather peacefully. "Aura here remembers her past. However if you're a god,it means you forgot those memories. Like an idiot."Enma said as he flicked Haymich's forehead. "The bad thing is...if they don't remember,they might not fully be able to protect themselves from the darkness."

He paused. One, two settle all the information in. Two, who says 'burning bush'? How old are these 'people' anyways.... "What...." He said. "Then if-and I mean IF- I believe this 'god' thing...." He shifted, slowly trying to get up. "What the hell god am I? Any way we could find out?"

"How indeed."Enma muttered. "Not that it's my problem. Yo Aura! You're a god,surely you can sense if this kid seems familiar to you in any way or something. Maybe he has a similar catphrase or whatever. But maybe you'll be able to find something that can pinpoint something of the kid down."Enma suggested as he groaned and rested down against the cement floor. "We could go and search in a library! Those books do taste very good!"Odette suggested as she could feel herself drooling. "Books could be something but I think that would be a long stretch and would take a rather long time to find a correct method within them to pinpoint what god he is."Elektra said as she quickly searched in her bag and got out a pair of sunglasses,quickly getting them on. "Nya~ Better safe than sorry. If I make eye contact for too long I'll accidentally turn someone to stone."Elektra smiled. "Like when you did it to the elephants at the zoo!"Odette laughed. "It was an accident! I was having a connection with that elephant!"Elektra hissed as Odette laughed. Enma opened one of his eyes,which gleamed red like fire. "We'll find a way. But let's admire the fact that everyone who's not mythical so far is frozen. So we don't have to worry so much about mirages."Enma said. "Ah it means I can be in my cute mormo form!"Odette smiled. "Oh I don't think I should get out of my mirage form. I might scare the rest."Elektra muttered. "You're so pretty in both forms!"

Haruka and Rin soon managed to find a group of people. Cautiously approaching Haymitch and three other people. They didn't really say a word, Rin pulling her hood back on and Rin turning into his cat form and jumping into Rin's arms leaving Rin rather shocked.

"U-Um...Hello...?" she muttered. 

Maggie knelt down beside Matt, worry radiating off her.

"What happened?" She asked. "What's hurt?"

She reached out to pull Matt's hand away, but he drew back.

"Best not look yet." He said. "From the agony I've got shooting through me and empty feeling I've got, I think I can add 'cyclops' to my list of nicknames."

Maggie's eyes widened.

"How did-"

"Ill-tempered bird." He answered before she was done. "Not sure why it decided to do that, but boom."

The red-head looked at Matt with disbelief.

"Matt, you are missing you eye!" She said. "And you're being funny about it?"

"It is either that, or cry in front of everybody." Matt answered, gesturing to the crowd. "I choice dark humor, in that case."

He looked around again, looking more serious. The sound of ambulance siren could be heard getting closer.

"Listen, Maggie. I need you to call my folks. They're gonna need to know, sooner or later."

Maggie bite her lip, then nodded. She stood up and turned away from Matt as she pulled out her phone and dialed Greta Norn's number.

Aura frowned.

"I'm actually not a god. I am a Kitsune who's eternal loyalty is sworn to my Lady."

 

Rika stepped forward. "I am Artemis, and...." she observed Haymitch. "He is not my insufferable brother Apollo, nor my father Zeus. What are your problems? Build a lot, too much aggression, maybe this overwhelming urge to steal shit or balance scales or maybe this urge to get drunk and chase nymphs?" She asked.

"I've never drank!" He said, appalled by some of her accusations. "And I-I'm not proud of my stealing! My psychiatrist tells me it's a rare form of Kleptomania as well as my old compulsion to lie all the time!" It seemed his frustration and rage manifested into a accidental exposition. "-like Geography, what's wrong with that!? I'm perfectly Entitled to! As well as acting!!! I'm not gay for that!!" He panted, and reached in his pocket to pull out a small book and pencil and began to write.

"Yep, that's definitely Hermes. Man, I was hoping for Nathan Fillion." Artemis let her bow disappear.

"Nikos, take the runners. I need more. Find my handmaidens and take them to the Skywatch. Aura with me." The Goddess of the Hunt looked upon Haymitch. "Of course, could have said Aphrodite, but that bimbo would never let herself be reincarnated as a man."

Matt saw the ambulance getting closer.

"Tell them I'm going to the hospital now." He told Maggie as he got shakily to his feet, his left hand still clucthing his face.

She nodded and relayed the message.

"Come on, come on, come on." Matt muttered under his breath as he watched the ambulance make its way down the street.

When it finally made it to his location, Matt was already stumbling towards it. The crowd parted to let the wounded teen through. Matt almost tripped and fell against a lap pole.

"Blasted depth perception." He growled.

A moment later, Maggie was beside him, putting his arm around her shoulders. Matt gave her a surprised look.

"Your parents will met us at the hospital." She informed him as she tried to get him to lean on her.

"'Us?'" Matt echoed.

Maggie managed a smile.

"What kind of girlfriend if I bailed on you here?" She asked.

Matt tried to come up with a witty answer, but he had nothing. He simply nodded and let his girlfriend help him along. A paramedic was already out of the ambulance and opening up the back. All Matt had to was get inside, then it would be off and everything would be okay. He just had to ignore the urge. Just go in. Don't do it.

"Eh, who am I kidding?" Matt thought. "I'm going to do it anyway."

As Maggie and the paramedic helped Matt into the ambulance, he looked back at the man hiding in the shadows with his one eye. He treated the man to a grin before he got into the ambulance, it closed up and drove off.

"Don't get me started on Aphrodite that b*tch can go-" Enma's eyes suddenly widened a bit as he turned to Haymich. "Hermes?!"Enma asked. He glanced the boy up and down. "You b*st*rd how dare you forget about me!"Enma barked. After all,in some instances (and wikipedia) he would be a guide to the underworld,so the two would've most likely encountered each other at some point. "Kleptomania my @$$ kid you don't have a condition you were just born that way. Even in reincarnation and rebirth old habits die hard and that applies even for gods."Hades hissed. Before he could complain anymore his attention was turned to a girl behind Haymich. She had a gloomy yet cool aura surrounding her. "Who are you?"Enma asked. Odette hurried over to Rin and stood infront of her,looking around her. "You're so pretty!"Odette smiled. She glanced something within Rin's arms. "What's in your arms? Can I see? Can I? Can I?"Odette asked. "Odette don't be so rude."Elektra smiled as she glanced up. "Considering you aren't frozen,it means you must be a deity right?"Elektra asked as she scratched her cheek. "Wow it's like all of the gods are coming together once more!"Odette laughed. "Or being lured together."Enma added as his eyes shifted from Haymich and the girl.

Haymich Was scared, mostly about the barking. The book he held dropped out of his hand. It was a journal, looked like it had been used many times, and seemed to be in a different language every page. Haymich, not noticing this, turned to the other girl. "Who are you?"

"I am Rin. And this is my...um...cat, Haruka." Rin introduced, her hood falling once she lift her head from a bow. 

She looked to Haymich. 

"Hermes? Interesting. I am Nyx, not that big of a goddess, but I am something." she said with a nervous laugh.

Haruka decided that these people he could trust, and this little Odette girl seemed sweet. He hopped out of Rin's arms and transformed into his human form, patting the little girl on the head.

"I am Haruka, a Nekomata." he said with a smile.

Rin looked sharply at Haruka, she wasn't dumb.

"Listen Haruka, I know what a Nekomata is and you aren't taking any of our souls here." Rin snapped, she then point Odette.

"Lookie here little girl, Haruka eats peoples souls by getting them to love him. Don't fall for his utter cuteness!" Rin commanded. 

Anuko got closer to the scene. Right now he was very close to the scene. He had just noticed the girl, and her cat. The amazement of how everything went was so weird that it puzzled him for a bit. Then and there he realized that he was close to the scene. He backed up, and to his mis-fortune, he had tripped over a stick. wuth a loud "bang" he fell to the florr head first. "Ouch that hurt," Anuko said.

Artemis walked over and leaned in to glare right into Haruka's eyes.

"He won't be eating souls, or he'll learn why I am the Goddess of the Hunt."

 

Pulling back, she rubbed her forehead. "Nyx, Hermes, me. Kitsune, Nekomata, Gorgon, Mormo, and Cerberus. Quite the little army we got so far -" Her bow back and arrow flying, it nearly killed Anuko, but shaved his hair close to the ear. "Someone's awake and moving over there. Means another god." She advanced, her four runners still not returned. "Hopefully my immortal Handmaidens will find more of my scattered Runners." she muttered.

Odette crossed her arms. "Now this is getting weird. Maybe Enma was right and all of the supernatural beings are being lured to a spot?" Odette asked as her eyes narrowed. Elektra carefully picked up Haymich's journal. "You know all of these?"Elektra asked,impressed no less. Always interested in the human world she was fascinated of how humans could have developed so many languages for such a small world. "You can write in all of these languages? Does this mean to speak them too?! This is incredible!"Elektra smiled at Haymich. "But there can't be anything less expected from a god I guess."Elektra chuckled a little bit. Enma glared down at the Nekomata,getting closer to it as Rin kept it in its arms. "I'm a three headed dog from hell,and I hate cats. Especially supernatural cats."Enma muttered as he couldn't help but to licks his lips. "The last time I had a fry like you was so long ago. Are you white meat or red?"Enma asked. He was considering on eating the cat. That way two problems would be solved at once. His hunger,and the cat. Enma's head sharpy turned at the new comer,Anuko. Enma sniffed the air. Something smelled...familiar. He quickly walked over to Anuko and didn't even ask before he started to smell Anuko and his clothing,trying to pinpoint this familiar scent. It wasn't Hades. Such scent he would never forget. However... "The smell of putridly and death is all over you~"Enma said smiling. It smelled like the bobunic plague,he said.

"I am actually red meat." Haruka said with a smile. 

"Don't tell him that! He will eat you!" Rin yelled.

Haruka's ears perked up.

"Eat me?!" he screeched, turning back into his cat form and running up the nearest tree.

"AH!" HE said, looking at the cat. "Wha- Where are you-?" He looked up at the tree. "Please come down...." He  said, hands outstretched. "I wont let him eat you..."

Haruka looked down at Haymich, a mischievous smile on his face. Haruka's weight didn't change in his cat form, so he was still about 100 something pounds.

"Okay!" Haruka said with a smile, jumping straight onto Haymich. 

He caught him...and suffered the consequence, getting floored by his human weight, "Owww...." He moaned. "Hurts....."
