After about a year and a half I have finally replaced my ps3. I got it today at gamestop for me and my brother's birthday (even though my birthday isn't until october). Alongside it I purchased kh 1.5, infamous collection, puppeteer, and the last of us (that one was bundled with the ps3). Those will hold me over for a while, though I was hoping for some game suggestions from you guys as I haven't really kept up with games coming to the ps3 for a while.

Well, it really depends on what your interests are. In terms of general recommendations, I suggest the Sly Cooper franchise. There's an HD Collection with 1-3, and the 4th was released on PS3 a few years ago. They're by the the same company as Infamous, so if you like those, you might want to give it a shot.

If you haven't played Journey, get Journey.  Shadow of the Colossus is also worth every penny, especially if you can get it in the special edition with Ico.

I mostly use mine to play older games from PS and PS2, so I don't have tons of suggestions for newer stuff.

If you got TLOU, should also try Uncharted. Also would recommend getting the Sly Collection and Sly Cooper 4.

Well I'm pretty sure that I would enjoy the sly games, although I've already played them on vita. In fact I'm in the middle of a sly 2 playthrough right now, not that you would be able to know that.

Alright. I'd love to give more suggestions, but I just got a PS3 myself, so I can't say much. Ratchet and Clank might be worth looking into, since it has some platformer elements.. kind of. Also, Divekick is a ridiculously fun fighting game, but the online servers are pretty barren.
