"One must look back into the past....and see....how it came into being........". Kingdom Hearts: The Xehanort Gaiden will serve as a short RP, detailing Master Xehanort's life throughout the periods of Time itself, before emerging as the universe's most deadliest enemy, discover everyone, how the man known as Xehanort, came to be. Note: This is part of the Kingdom Hearts Role-Playing Universe (KHRPU) that both Kingdom Hearts: The Mark of Kye and Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts III: The χ-Blade War are apart of and is meant to serve as a origin story of Master Xehanort, detailing his life after the events of The Mark of Kye previously over very many years ago and before setting into motion by his own hands the events of the entire Kingdom Hearts Saga itself both Canon and Non-Canon wise, the latter being apart of the KHRPU but now then, enough talk, Time to reveal bits and pieces about the story of The Xehanort Gaiden, ahem: The story will serve as RPers' intake on how Master Xehanort grew up and came to be the man that he currently is whilst interacting with both old and new Characters featured within the RP, the formers having previously starred in both The Mark of Kye before and The χ-Blade War after the events of The Xehanort Gaiden, the story will reveal many a great deal both of and about things that haven't been explored yet thus far in the KHRPU but will foreshadow future events that will most surely happen in the coming days but for now, let us all take a step back and see into the past, what the life of Xehanort, TRULY was like. Here are the rules everyone :], ahem: Please use proper grammar. No Cursing above age 15. No Romance above age 12. RPers not familiar with the KHRPU can still participate if they honestly want to, however, please keep in mind that everyone must follow the storyline of both The Mark of Kye and The χ-Blade War without any alterations to the story whatsoever and that they must find a harmonious balance between introducing new ideas to the storyline whilst keeping true to the actual story presented within the main Kingdom Hearts games themselves. Everyone can have at least 3 or 4 Characters per person. To show that everyone has read the rules must they please put down at the end of all their Character Sheets the letter X. Finally the most important rule for all to listen especially to is to have fun :] and enjoy this Prequel/Side-Story RP to everyone's Hearts' contents :]. Note: To those still taking part in The χ-Blade War, this RP will serve as a back-up start for the χ-Blade War and that once The Xehanort Gaiden is over, shall we all return to the events of the main storyline :]. Here is the Characters Sheet everyone but before showing it, I will just say now that if there are Characters that have previously starred in the KHRPU, then you don't need to redo all of your Characters Sheets for them, only the new Characters will be required to put down information about :]. If anyone will be using 3rd Party Characters just in case then for future reference, will I just say now that those 3rd Party Characters can be allowed within the RP, as long, as they aren't the original versions of those 3rd Party Characters themselves, instead, appearing as rather different people in different sizes, different forms. Now then, onto to the Characters Sheet everyone :], here you go:New Characters Sheet:Name-Age-History-Alignment-Personality-Appearance-Weapon-Sub Weapon-Japanese Voice Actor/Actor-English Voice Actor/Actor-Introduction Theme Song-Theme Song-Sad Theme Song-Battle Theme Song-Final Battle Theme Song-Ending Theme Song- Please fill out at least most of the brackets if not all of them, now then, let's begin! :]. (P.S: This will serve as the Theme Song for the entire RP itself :]-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6y0ChhX2PUI&feature=player_detailpage.).

"If....you say so Eraqus." said Yen Sid before just then, after a few seconds of pondering thought, thinking about both Eraqus and Ralene but deciding to shrug off that matter, believing it was between both them and them only, did he appear in Ralene's room a few minutes later within a poof of magic like Merlin the wizard would use, lastly saying to her the words "....Hello Ralene." said Yen Sid, a bit nervous around Ralene, not knowing what to do concerning approaching her, as despite what he just thought moments ago, could he still not get the matter between both Eraqus and Ralene out of his head, wanting to be respectful of his brother's feelings towards her, in a way showing the very deep kindness within Yen Sid's Heart.

Lewis looks on at Mother Brain with a stern look on his face as he sees her in great pain. He let's out a sigh at how Xehanort treated her in the battle. Mother Brain let's out a growl of irritation at Xehanort, as Darkness appears around her, cloaking her inside of it. "Your powers are interesting... It seems you have won this battle... for now... But, this shall be the start of your "Path"... Farewell for now." Said Mother Brain, talking to Xehanort with a Dark tone in her voice. Mother Brain disappears from the area by turning into a beam of Darkness, and escaping. 

Xehanort proceeded to immediately shrug off Mother Brain's words and instead, approach the beam of Darkness she had left behind, seeming curious a bit behind it, as he touched it with his left hand, it suddenly gave him what appeared to be like an electric shock, coloured jet pitch black that had left it's after-effect upon him, merely just looking at the after-effect despite the slight pain within his hand, Xehanort looked on as he seemed, fascinated, with the Darkness the after-effect was producing before then fading away into air itself, probably not realising himself what he was doing consciously and instead acting on slight instinct, Xehanort had regained his senses and had said "Hmm....all talk and no bite, huh? figures, an opponent who has only the guts to run away isn't worthy whatsoever at all, just nothing more then a feckless neophyte...." said Xehanort, criticising Mother Brain's decision to turn tail and run before facing Lewis lastly, apparently wishing to talk with him by approaching him in the end.

Ralene looked at Yen Sid. "Good you are finally here. Okay lets get down to business. You seem to know about the worlds and the stars. So tell me, what do you think about other realms?" Ralene asked unrolling the second map, which was totally blank.

"....Well....for other Worlds, it is our duty to travel to them and wipe out a threat that emerges from the Darkness and is Darkness itself, called the Heartless, they threaten the stability of all our Worlds so it is up to us, true Keyblade wielders, to stop them and send them back to the Realm of Darkness, as only our sacred weapons from ancient times, the Keyblades, can stop the Heartless, purify all of the Hearts that they have captured and send the Darkness from the respective Hearts that all of the Heartless both have captured and are born from, back into whence they came, for basic info, everyone that becomes a Keyblade wielder here at the Land of Departure or already is one, namely, a true Keyblade Master, is taught this upon becoming an apprentice to a true Keyblade Master, all of this which you already knew, right Ralene? however, lately, through both Astronomy and Astrophysics that I have taken very keen interests in, I have discovered that maybe, JUST maybe however, that there may be more Worlds then we can possibly know about at this current point in time not just here in the central Realm that we all live in, the Realm of Light but possibly more Realms as well, aside from both the Realm of Light and the Realm of Darkness." said Yen Sid with his long explanation, as he was explaining the mechanics behind the systems of everything related to a Keyblade wielder's lifestyle more or less to Ralene, believing that there are more both Worlds and Realms that remain yet unexplored by the Keyblade wielders and seems to show a slight very keen interest in exploring them.

Ralene looked at him. "I knew it! But how does one travel to another realm? How is it possible?" Ralene asked.

"It is believed that both Light and Darkness intersect with one another at certain points, crossroads if you will and whichever comes out on-top of the other, can someone use that affinity of either both Light or Darkness to travel down the crossroads like it was a corridor within a hall, taking you to destinations to parts unknown, Master Lumen calls them the Corridors of Light and Darkness respectively, it is said that they were also used during the ancient times, of before our times as Keyblade wielders obviously by our predecessors, the previous generations of the Land of Departure's Keyblade wielders, with the World back then rumoured to have been named........the Temple of Light." said Yen Sid, more or less explaining the backstory of the Land of Departure's origins.

"I see, but can we cut to the chase please. How can I get to another realm?" Ralene asked wanting to know really badly.

"Unfortunately, that I don't know, only the higher ups of the true Keyblade Masters, namely both Master Lumen and Master Dama, would be the only ones to know of such information and I don't think they will give it to you readily, believing just like with me and the others, you'll still need practice here, even if you are a princess." said Yen Sid to Ralene, knowing that the Masters will not just simply give her the information she's looking for until she has grown a bit as a true Keyblade wielder.

"I know they wont give it to me, I've already tried. The master just doesnt understand I'm not looking for the other realm for selfish reasons, I'm trying to track something down that my kingdom has lost, something that could mean the fate of my world." Ralene said. She sat down on her bed. "Well anyways, I guess I'll find my answer sooner than later." Ralene said.

"Although Master Lumen refuses to give you the information, he does however, always do things with purpose, granted he can seem like the most "unreliable" of people at times, he does however, give wisdom and guidance beyond the years of that, of even an ordinary true Keyblade Master, in other-words, he's amongst the best there is, heh." said Yen Sid, saying with reliability about both Master Lumen and his skills of deduction.

"Well he is a nice guy, that I know. But, I still need a way to crossover to a different reality. But anyways, I think I'm going to get some sleep, I've been up way to long." Ralene said.

"Alright, if you need anything, just call either Master Lumen, me, or the others for assistance and we'll come running, have a good night's rest, okay Ralene? until later, ciao!" said Yen Sid before in the very same poof of magic he appeared in, did he disappear in as well, leaving Ralene to her own devices, as elsewhere in the Land of Departure, back on the landing platform, could be seen Master Lumen alongside Master Dama, saying to her the words "So then, Dama, what was it....you wished to speak to me about?" said Master Lumen, wishing to know what it is Master Dama wants to discuss with him.

Master Dama, somewhat use to Master Lumen's oddities, merely shook her head.

"Come on, Lue." She said, taking Lumen's arm and leading him to the castle. "Do you remember the little be we were taught about the world before the Keyblade War?"

Mel sighed and followed after Eraqus and Val on a tour.

"So, how long has there been a castle here?" Val asked Eraqus as she looked around her, eyes wide.

"!?""£$%^&*()!!!!!!!!" Master Lumen merely talked to himself in gibberish code both inside and outside of his head, upon seeing Master Dama take his arm, rejoicing in happiness both non-controllably and crazily stupidity before then realising this and, with just a simple cough, proceeding to regain his composure and walk onwards with Master Dama whilst suppressing his still both overjoyed and over-happiness state, as they continued onwards, as Eraqus, answering Val's question, says to her lastly "Oh, this castle here you mean? well, some say it's been around even before Master Lumen's days as a true Keyblade Master, but also, they said it had a different shape to what it has now, imagine that huh? why would they need to change a whole castle's shape, if it was going to stand as both a landmark and/or a benchmark, for future generations to come huh? it just doesn't make any sense! heh! heh! heh!! heh....heh heh........" said Eraqus, answering Val's question whilst still feeling upset about what's going on between both him and Ralene, hoping the conversation between both Eraqus and Val would ease and subside his pain for just a while at least.

Sighing, Master Dama realized this would be a bit more of a challenge to explain what she found to her old friend.

"You remember about the Keyblade War, right?" She asked. "Big war between Light and Dark Keyblade Wielders over Kingdom Hearts which caused the world to break, darkness to spring forth and so on. Now, four years ago, I started assembling legends and myths that seemed to originate from before the Keyblade War. One of the ones I stumbled on recently was of a type of creature known as a 'Cie.' In the manuscript I read, it was a creature of great power and abilities. I dismissed it for a while, because I could find no other mention of such a creature anywhere else."

She paused, taking a breath for what she was about to say next.

"Until I found the girl Val locked in some sort of crystal in the heart of a glacier that cracked open near my Keep. The outfit she now wears was damaged, so that i saw a symbol tattooed on the outside of her right hand. That symbol was meticulously drawn in the description of the Cie. If I am right...she is one."

 

"Maybe for a new sense of style?" Val asked as she studied the castle.

"Well, there is some evidence that past masters would change the castle for defensive purposes." Mel explained, his inner researcher coming to the forefront. "I once heard that a past master made the castle a maze and challenged his students to ring him in it for their Mark of Mastery."

When Ralene was alone, she looked out of her baloney window. "I promise you, I will find you and set my world right again, Princess Kelly." Ralene said very shockingly. She had been looking to find the lost princess of her world, the princess that had been lost for a very long time. Ralene knew that Kelly would be in another reality, due to the spell she casted to make sure her true love would return one day.

"The Keyblade War........" Master Lumen immediately stopped dead in his tracks upon hearing of the ancient war, already knowing of the frightful events that had occurred during the war: An old but very wise true Keyblade Master who went by the name of Kye had given up his position of that title and had proceeded onwards, to create an experimental weapon of his that he called the χ-Blade, requiring both VII Lights and XIII Darknesses to forge the weapon, he waged the war with his very own forces, knowing very well that his fellow true Keyblade wielders, both Masters and/or apprentices alike weren't just going to stand by and watch him use his weapon, as Kye had revealed to them all previously that it had the power unlike any weapon ever before, especially including the Keyblade, that, Kye's weapon could open up the forbidden domain....the Heart of all both Worlds and people alike: ........Kingdom Hearts. Knowing that he needed to be stopped from his megalomania, in the end, a young true Keyblade wielder just recently turned true Keyblade Master back then, whose name Master Lumen does not know, had sacrificed herself, borrowing the very power of Kingdom Hearts itself, in an attempt to stop Kye, who by then had achieved omnipotent power the likes of which no one had ever seen before, not even the true Keyblade Masters themselves of then, ending his madness there, once and for all, as well, as carving the new ways of new true Keyblade wielder generations to spew forth, preserving the both history and legacy of the true Keyblade wielders from ages past but also especially, to remind the future generations of what took place back then, that must never, EVER, occur again, the Keyblade War, the breaking point of Armageddon itself. Fearing the outbreak of a possible 2nd Keyblade War just in case, Master Lumen had created a tome of great wisdom, known, as the "Precepts", that contains a great deal of information on the original Keyblade War and of how true Keyblade wielders should never repeat the mistakes of their predecessors of times long gone by now, namely Kye especially for example and that to tip the scales of both Light and Darkness would result in catastrophe for very, very, VERY great numbers of people, be they good or bad, evil even and thus, must the true Keyblade wielders uphold the balance between both Light and Darkness, send the Heartless to back from whence they came and preserve the Light. Master Lumen then replied with a serious look upon his face, compared to his usual "stupidity", saying to Master Dama boldly "........Elements from during, after or even before the Keyblade War can NOT be good things, especially now that you have mentioned these creatures....the Cies Dama, damn....if....if just....maybe....JUST maybe, that....elements of Kye himself were to be still lurking around!!!! ........" said Master Lumen, scared so very, very, VERY much upon just thinking that remnants of Kye, the instigator of the Keyblade War, may still be lurking about in the current day and age.(This song plays, as both Master Lumen and Master Dama talk........-https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=c13zAnm6nGc.).

When Ralene stopped looking outside the window, she turned around for some reason even she doesnt know why and saw a light on in her closet. "I dont remember turning that light on?" Ralene said to herself. She got off the bed and opened the door, to her surprise, a light vortex floating in the center of the closet. Without any thought, Ralene walked into it and disappeared. 

 

 

 

Ralene reappeared in a broken castle. "Okay......" Ralene said unsure of where she was. Suddenly, she noticed a person in a cage near the throne. Ralene walked up to it, "Hello? Mister?" Ralene said. Suddenly, the man reached through the bars and grabbed Ralene's throat. "Years and years of waiting, never allowed to do anything. I've been here while you were safe in bed, just sitting here. And now, you finally arrive to free me? You are very late." the man said letting go of Ralene. Ralene rubbed her neck. "You knew I would come?" Ralene asked. "Yes, I knew a princess would come and set me free, it was seen in my vision. I just thought you be here sooner. Now, set me free, and I will explain everything." the man said. Ralene stared at the man for a moment before opening the cage.

After a few minutes, Ralene and the man were seen sitting across from each other at the dining room table. "So, this is another reality?!?" Ralene said in shock. She couldnt believe she finally found another space and time. "Yes, this is known as The Twisted Realm. A space and time that is a reverse one than the one you live in. And my name is Kilousase. Years upon years ago, I was trapped by an evil man, who just so happened to be my cousin, and was locked in that cage. It feels nice to be back outside it." Kilousase said with a smile. "So tell me, if you knew about me, then can you find out more about other people?" Ralene asked. "You mean do I know where Kelly is? For a matter of fact, I do. Kelly was sent to this realm after casting her spell, and she has been wondering lost ever since. I think she might be in The Forest of Spirits." Kilousase said. "The Forest of Spirits? Got it!" Ralene said getting up from the table. "Hold on, hold on. You dont even know this realm, you need a guide. Which is why I'm coming with you. Think of me as your new teacher." Kilousase said. "Okay, then lets get going teach." Ralene said with excitement.

"Possibly." Master Dama said, nodding to her friend's revelation. "Though, I doubt Val is connected to Kye. The manuscript I studied suggested that the Cie began disappearing as the Keyblade began to gain prominence as a weapon, almost like they were being replaced."

The Keyblade Master turned her back on her friend, pacing a little as she thought.

"I have tried to get more information about her past from her, but she clams up about it. I think she is afraid of her past."

"Hmm........you know? that sounds, JUST, like with my boys, they cannot really remember both who they truly are and where they truly come from, as I am sure you remember Yen Sid explaining that to everyone earlier, perhaps, maybe....! this could be!! connected to them as well!!!" said Master Lumen, as he seemed a bit excited more or less to know about if Val's past is really connected to Xehanort, Eraqus and Yen Sid's whilst elsewhere, where both Ralene and the man calling himself Kilousase were, just then, both very, very shockingly and very, very surprisingly, as well, as both very strangely and very mysteriously, attacking the dinner table, freezing it in the process, appeared the young man from before, standing on the cliff-top that was covered in ice, saying to both Ralene and Kilousase "Now, now....wouldn't want things to be ruined, JUST right away, now....do we? heh heh." said the young man, apparently obviously meaning business with both Ralene and Kilousase, as the young man stood tall, merely smirking evilly towards his opponents in front of him.(This song plays, as the young man confronts his enemies-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KELbXO6kpw4&feature=player_detailpage.).
