It's an American 3D series called RWBY by RoosterTeeth.

If you can get past the graphics of the first part of Season One, I recommend it to you, because the show leaves you wanting more :3 By the way, this spiky-haired badass doesn't come 'till episode 15.

 

But I'm telling you, it's Extremely. Awesome. Especially season two (which airs every Thursday at 8 EST 7 Central).
