Eh I didn't honestly think much of the game. I can see why it gets the attention and hype but it's not my top PS3 game.

They do it with a lot of games, but yeah I think you're right. As far as the gaming media is concerned Final Fantasy VII is the only good/relevant title in the series... well ok that might be an exaggeration as I'm sure other journalists prefer other games in the series but still.
