(OKAY GUYS. Just a quick few things I forgot to mention. Please follow this rp so that y'all will know when a post is made, and also if someone doesn't post for a while just let that person know. On with the rp!)"I hope you all amuse me..."Roxas was already up in this fine morning in Asnia. Usually his brother woke up first, however the sounds of his father working always woke Roxas right up. He wanted to see the cool new weapons that were being made. He swung around downstairs, said hi to his mother, and ran right outside to greet his father at the forge. "Hey dad!"The father chuckled, and showed Roxas a rather fancy looking sword. "This here is made out of Orichalcum. Pretty deadly. Why don't you call your brother down to see?"Roxas chuckled, and slipped into the front door. "NERD-""Roxas!" The father scolded."...Ventus! Dad wants you to wake up and come downstairs!" he turned right back around. He expected Ventus to be up anyway... he did after all, put a spider on his pillow. If Roxas had a watch, he would check it. "I give it three seconds." he mused to himself. 

 

Meanwhile, another page in a storybook was currently scrambling to get ready for his own day. This man was Corvo Attano. He was to adopt from an orphanage that day; and unfortunately he had just gotten back from a rather deadly contract he just completed. Escorting a messenger through a dungeon. How bad could it be? He currently was living in an inn, however for legal purposes he bought a little cottage like home next to the inn and some farmer and her magic student son. One of the maids was fixing him up."Corvo, you look like a mess."I know, I know." He ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I gotta go. See you soon.""Corvo!"He turned around. "What?"

The maid sighed. "You have blood on your face." The man sighed and just licked his thumb to wipe the blood off. He just then hurried out the door to go to the orphanage. He didn't want to be late. 

~Dawn Estheim~ Dawn quickly dispelled the Shield of Ice, and rushed towards Vanitas' side. She knew that the Materia she had purchased would be useless against this.

"Vanitas!" She gripped his arm in desperation, and looked to the other man. She laid her Materia onto Vanitas as she walked toward the man.

Is he... dead? Dawn wondered. She poked the man with an Ice Prod, as to not get too close in case the man was still conscious. Dawn could feel Maleficent squiggling in her hat, but Dawn wasn't too keen to let her out yet: The man may yet still prove to be a threat.

 

~Link/Sonic~ Sonic and Link walked back into the house together, greeting Clemmy with a smile before looking back at Silver.

"I think we should ask." Sonic posed to Silver, who he deemed the leader of the group. Link nodded to Sonic's statement, not taking his eyes off of Clemmy, who so reminded him of his love long lost.~Miles/Naminé~ Naminé dashed down stairs, pushing her way through the crowded plaza, past the orchestra and the loud chatter, towards the small group that Kirby stood with. "Kirby, how are you?" She looked briefly to the group surrounding him. "Who are your friends?" Miles scoffed a bit, but didn't blame her for forgetting- after all, they had only met for brief seconds before parting. "Hello again, Naminé. We've met before, but I'm Miles. Just call me Tails; it seems to be popular today." "We have?" Naminé jumped back a bit. She isn't one to forget faces, especially one as... unique... as his. "I'm sorry, I... forget it. Kirby, how are liking the festival?"

Vanitas groaned in pain. The dagger had really done a number on him. He looked to the man.

"He's dead..." Vanitas muttered. "His soul is out of his body. But his soul... I never seen anything like it. His soul is not a human soul. It's darkness burned my hand, and darkness never burns me. This darkness is nothing I ever seen before." He tried to stand up, and leaned himself against the tree. "Lets go. I'll be fine. I can survive a silly stab wound."

 

Meanwhile, Clementine piped in softly.

"Ask me what?"

Silver rubbed the back of his head. They must be really THAT desperate to ask a little girl to go on a dangerous mission. Could he even ask Lenora? How could he ask a sweet woman if he just met if he could borrow her daughter to take her into a forest full of dangerous creatures. And what would the father say? Silver shot a glare at Sonic and Link, rather upset that he was the one to ask the question. He's just the mage. He can't even physically defend himself without his magic. Silver took a deep breath.

"Uh... Clementine... We're on a mission to save a man from being executed. We have to cross through a dangerous forest that has Sirens. Sirens cast spells on men to lure them to their deaths and as you can see we're men so... We wanted to know if you can come with us because you are a girl and therefore won't be affected by the Siren's song."

Clementine blinked her eyes. She looked behind her, making sure her mom wasn't there.

"I would love to but my mom and dad would kill me. I'm not even allowed to leave this street by myself. I really want to help though." She said with a frown. "I'm sorry."

Kirby Contray

 

Kirby ran towards Namine, excited to see her again. 

  "Hi, Namine! Hi! I'm glad to see you again! Yeah, these are my friends, Mil- I mean, Tails, and Delsin and Roxas!", the child said, pointing at his his friends as he mentioned their specified names. "Thay saved my life today!", he sudden boasted. "Then they took me here! I really like this festival!", he responded to the older girl. "Do you wanna come with us? I'll be really fun!", he asked her, clasping his hands together.

 

(Sorry for the short post. I'll do Ven's part in the next post because my character limit is still REALLY STUPID.)

Ventus Aberazio 

 

  Meanwhile, Ventus somehow managed sloppily slip his way out of the woods as it soon became dark. He was lucky not to be eaten by any wild animals while he was in there. It still wasn't as easy journey to get where he was now, for the young man was outside his home of Farron, but just a few yards away. He was tired and headed out on his way to the plaza, hoping to find his friends and explain the tattered condition of his clothing, tell his friends where he's been, and to enjoy the festival. He needed a good time after all the madness he's been through today.

  "Right...", he muttered before making his way towards Farron.

  It took a while, but Ventus eventually made his way back into Farron. Finally. Home at last. He brushed the twigs, dust and thorns off of his clothing and out of his hair to look more presentable.

  "Now all I have to do it to find Roxas and the others."

He made his way into the plaza, searching passionately for the others.

Delsin put on a big, warm smile. "Yeah namine, why not join us? the more the marrier!" On a whim, he looked around them at all the festivities. he glanced back and saw what looked like ventus pushing his was through the crowd. "no......" could it be him? it was. del spun all the way around in shock "Oh my god..."

(Omg it's like so weird how all the characters were all happy and forgot about Ventus LOL just pretend everyone was worried sick)

Roxas chuckled, until his eyes laid on Ventus. He thought his brother was wandering around the market from earlier but he could tell by Ventus' face that something must have happened. Call it twin telepathy. "Ventus!" He yelled as he ran up to him. "Where were you?! Did you get lost at the market?!" He grabbed Ventus' arms and shook him a bit. "Huh?? Huh?! Why did you leave Tail's side?!"

~Sonic/Link~ "It's alright." Link said, slightly disappointed, yet understanding. "We can find someone else, it was silly of us to ask you." Sonic slapped Link's back. "Yeah! Like that girl we saw at the Twin's place the other day!" Sonic brought up someone Link could hardly remember. "What do you think, Silver?"   Link took this time to reflect again on the book that had a dark aura... The Letter M. What was so special? He should take a look.... No, he decided to wait until they left the building.~Dawn Estheim~ "Are you sure you're okay?" Dawn said, turning around and rejoining Vanitas. She let Maleficent out of her hat.~Miles "Tails" Prower/Naminé~ "Ventus, I was worried D:" Miles, expressing his discontent of Roxas leaving the group, spoke. "Wait, you're twins? I've never met twins before!" Naminé exclaimed with excitement, before turning back to Kirby. "Of course I'll join you! I've made a Galbana Lily Necklaces. One for you, and one for me!" Naminé handed the Pink boy the floral adornment, and put one on herself as well.~Majora~ What skill! I did choose the right host after all, even if some of his emotions express weakness.  

Silver sighed and looked down at the table. He felt really guilty of even asking the question. He shrugged at the mention of the other girl. "The blonde girl? I don't know. We can't just ask random girls we meet if they could go into a forest with us. We might even get in trouble with the guards if they think we're suspicious. We might as well look for a female mercenary to hire, but I would never have the money for that." He stood up in his chair. "We should go. We're going to have to prepare a wagon for supplies and horses. We could ask that girl we met quickly while we're going it."

Clementine played with her fingers nervously. "I'm really sorry." She said once more. "You can go now. I'll just tell my mom you guys were in a hurry."

 

"Yes I'm fine..." Vanitas muttered. Maleficent chirped and flew around Vanitas protectively. "Something that startles me however is if there's more of that man out there... It certainly looks like it since he did have a partner... He was able to use magic even though he had a tag on him. That's completely impossible. Anyone who has a tag on them can't use magic at all. Light or dark. I just don't know if his magic was dark magic... Or something else."

[Kirby Contray/Ventus Aberazio]

 

    Ventus stared at his brother with wide eyes for a bit as he was shaken. He was unsure at first of who the person was behind the mask, but after listening to his voice, he recognized it.

    "Ah! Roxas! Hey, calm down! I'm fine. I-I just got lost. Well, among other things, of course." He sighed, and looked away from his brother. "I thought I heard that someone was being kidnapped or something, and I wanted to see it there was anything I could do and, well, I'll tell you the rest later... It's a long story..." He looked at Roxas and the others with sympathetic eyes. "Sorry to make you guys worry so much..."

 

Kirby watched the two in awe. Ventus was safe! Thank goodness! The child thought he was dead, or something. Since he's back, he could tag along with the others and hang around at the festival. He turned to Naminé again and smiled a bit.

    "Yay! We're gonna have so much fun, especially since Ven is back!" He smiled even wider once she handed him the beautiful necklace. "Ooh! that pretty!" He then proceeded to put it around his neck with a smile.

~Link/Sonic~ "Thank you for the dinner." He bowed to both Clemmy and her mother, and didn't hesitate to leave. Sonic, however, stayed a bit longer to give proper farewells. "Clem, thank you for having us over for dinner. It means a lot to us. I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening." Sonic walked over to the mother, and kissed her hand, playing the gentleman.

"And, thank you for making such a wonderful meal."~Dawn Estheim~ "I think we should head back to town. Maybe we might learn something about this... man, thing?" Dawn was confused on what to do. For the whole time she's been in this region, Vanitas was the most powerful being she had known... but who was this new enemy? And what did he want? Dawn, restless, put the mask back to it's place on her face, and turned again to Vanitas.

"What are we going to do?"~Tails/Naminé~ "It's alright, Ventus. Why not just enjoy being back with us? We can participate in the festival now! What do you guys wanna do first?" While Miles had the attention of the others, Naminé took this time to talk to Kirby privately. "Kirby, something isn't right." She began. "I... I can't remember a lot. It's almost like someone took them out of me. I can feel them missing, but... I don't remember what I forgot. I was with you, and then... I woke up in an ally with two elderly guards."

Roxas crossed his arms with a huff. He was overprotective of Ventus sometimes in times like these.

"Just... Don't do that okay? And you tried to help stop the kidnappings? Wow, you have to tell us all about it later." He wrapped his arm around Ventus' neck. "We're going to celebrate this festival and go rescue dad in jail! The Mage kid and his friends are going help us too so we're probably going to meet up with them later and see what's going on." He looked to Tails. "I wouldn't mind going to see some f the guards spar. Sometimes I love going with Ventus to the entrance of a pub and seeing a whole bunch of drunk guys stumble out."

 

Silver left right away with Link as well. Outside he ran hands through his hair. "I guess we could attempt to go without a girl... I have absolutely no money to hire a girl mercenary. I guess we're going to have to meet up with that group with the twins later and tell them about the execution."

Meanwhile Clemenine giggled. Her mother was very flattered by the kind gentlemanly gesture.

"Why come back anytime sugar." She said with a smile. "You're always welcomed here."

 

Vanitas growled. At this point in time he was somewhat unsure. He clutched his wound, trying to lessen the bleeding. "I can't go to a doctor... I stink of dark magic and he'll probably alert the guards... You and I will either have to fix this wound or I'll have to go to one of the black magic doctors." His body almost shuttered at the thought. "If I do go to a black magic doctor, make sure they won't attempt to steal my kidneys or something? They tend to do that a lot." He tried to walk foward, but the pain was terrible. He sat down for a moment with a low groan. "With this man... There must be others like him. I don't care about that... I only care about the dark magic he's using and if I could get my hands on it. We don't have to worry about them however. They look to be hunting a certain group of people that we're not a part of."

Ventus Aberazio 

 

     Ventus sighed and rubbed the back of his neck in shame. All he wanted to do was help, but he guessed he go what he deserved for wondering off and getting lost himself. Then again, it would be fun to share his little adventure later on with the others. He'll look forward to that.

    "Yeah. Right. I'll tag along! I missed you guys, anyways!"

 

 

[Kirby Contray]

 

  Kirby tilted his head at Namine's explanation. He memories, taken? What did that mean, really?

    "Two old guards? Well, what did they look like? They didn't hurt you, did they??", he asked rather frantically. He hold to get some answers out of her to help her get whatever she needed back. Somehow.

~Link/Sonic~

"Speaking of, isn't that... um, whats his face, Tails over there?" Sonic pointed towards a group of odd looking people. He quickly put on his mask and ran over to the group. Link followed slowly.

"We need to talk to them anyways, right?" He looked back at Silver. Link was ecstatic to see his friend well and having fun, and wanted Silver to enjoy himself too. Link grabbed his wrist and pulled forward.

"C'mon!"

 

-Tails-

"Heya Tailsy, how ya doing?" The blue boy from the previous day had shown up, seemingly out of nowhere.

"Oh hey!... Sonic right? What's up? Care to tag along with us to the afterlife festival?" Tails asked, hoping he'd answer with a "Yes."

"I would, bud, but I have to tag along with those two losers." Sonic pointed back behind him, towards the two slowly gaining.

 

~Naminé~

"I don't think they did... but I haven't seen them before. They were both dressed in Guard uniforms, but they had extra pins that made them look different. One was in Blue, and the other was dressed in Red." Naminé answered the Pink Boy's question without delay.

"But I feel like they weren't telling me everything."

 

~Dawn Estheim~

  "I know!" Dawn looked at Vanitas again. "Let's go to the Library! Remember that Mage? He was heading there, and I'm pretty sure he wasn't trying to catch up Roman History. Maybe there's hidden books or something! We could learn about these people who attacked us." Dawn stopped for a second. "Hey, what about that kid..? The one he called Black? What happened to him?"

(I actually realized the other day that Roxas and the others don't know that his father is going to be executed yet. Only Silver, Link and Sonic knew because of the guard.)

 

Silver saw the people up ahead, immediately remembering every single face. Link had grabbed Silver's wrist to pull him forward, but Silver pulled it away.

"You can't be serious." He hissed. "We can't be celebrating with them at a time like this. We have to leave at least by tomorrow morning if we're going to make it in time to save that man. I can't enjoy myself when there's an innocent man about to be executed because of a Dark Mage. We have to tell them about what's going on and what we're going to do. Hopefully they have a girl with them to help us with the Sirens."

 

Roxas smiled and threw his arm around Ventus. He was happy at least that his brother was back now. That was all that mattered.

"Well it's good to have you back, nerd." He teased. Roxas nudged Delsin a little bit. "Delsin here was worried sick like a mommy."

 

Vanitas meanwhile rolled his eyes and shrugged. He had absolutely no inch of care for whatever happened to that boy whose name was apparently 'Black.' However, that library sounded very interesting.

"What happened to that boy doesn't interest me at all." Vanitas muttered. "If they tortured him, killed him, it doesn't matter. Why they took him, does seem interesting... After all if they kidnapped him it must because they wanted something from him and I want to know what it is they want. The library you just told me should be the perfect place for that. Let's go." He went forward to walk, but only cried out in agony and fell to his knees. The stab wound had did a number on him, and might possibly even kill him. All Vanitas felt was a sharp pain surging through his side and his stomach. Maleficent screeched, deeply worried for her Master.

Delsin smirked back at roxas. "Oh dont give me your sass roxas, or ill tell him about your blubbering like a baby."

~Link~

"Look, worrying won't help anyone right now. And sure, maybe celebrating isn't the best thing to do, but you're stressed! Having too much on your mind isn't good for you, especially for a Mage. Besides... we have to talk to them anyways." Link knew that Silver had sound logic, but Link really wanted to speak to Miles.

 

~Miles/Sonic~ "Link!" Miles called forth, but Link seemed to have missed his call. Instead, Tails lingered to Sonic, who seemed to have had a rough day.

"So, Sonic, what do you do for a living?" Tails asked. Sonic smirked at the older boy, laughing a bit.

"I live for a living! Visit new places every day, help people, and I run, almost never stopping!" Sonic moved his hands and arms around drastically, imitating the places he's been, and the speed he travels at. Tails couldn't help but open up with a toothy smile. Traveling... Link never took him on his adventures.

"I'd like to give that a go!" Miles excitedly brought his fists towards himself. "Think I could join you someday?" Sonic looked again at the boy, and simply nodded. 

~Dawn~

"Alright. Town is that way, right?" Dawn tried to act like she didn't care about Vanitas' wounds. She already tried to cure him, but it didn't work well. After a few grunts, she stopped and faced him. She pushed her hand onto the wound for nearly a second, and began walking again. All she did was form a small layer of ice over the wound, in an attempt to prevent infection, and stop the bleeding.

[Ventus Aberazio]

 

 

  Ventus chuckled at Roxas' gesture and patted his shoulder.

    "What was that, Del? Aww, you missed me that much, huh, Rox?", he joked, playfully sticking his tongue out at his brother. "But, at least things aren't so bad for now."

 

[Kirby Contray]

 

 

  Kirby blinked in surprise at Namine's response. Two guards in red and blue? Could she possibly be talking about the guards who tried to interrogate him earlier that day? Must be, because the boy didn't know anybody else in town that looked like those two... Kirby rubbed his chin in worry and curiosity.

    "Well, it's good that they didn't hurt you, I hope... B-But, hey! I met those guys earlier today! They tried to make me tell them things I didn't know, and tried to keep me away from my friends! They also seemed to know me somehow, like they were working for somebody... I dunno. Oh! Also, somebody else tried to kidnap me! It was a man in a cloak. He also has pink hair, like me, and said he was my 'brother'. It was scary and weird, because I don't have a big brother!", he said, seeming to ramble. "But, this guy knew my name, where I lived, and knew who my neighbor was! Yeah. It was really weird. Maybe that creepy guy and the two guards are working together somehow... Ooh! I don't know...", he said, confused.

Roxas' cheeks turned red. Delsin did have a point. "Hey! I wasn't blubbering anything!" He protested. He looked over at Ventus and couldn't help but just feel happy inside. Maybe Delsin and Ventus was right; he really did miss his brother that much. As a twin, Ventus was another part of him that he couldn't be without. Roxas stuck his tongue right back at Ventus with a warm smile. "Well, I guess I DID miss you a little..."

 

"MAYBE?" Silver asked. He quieted down a little after that. This was nuts! A man was about to be hanged in the next few weeks and they needed to leave right away. But Link was right. Silver needed to take a moment to really just relax himself. All of this stress was doing no good. But his sense of justice really contradicted with him. "But Link, if we don't leave soon that man will-" Silver's body glowed a dim cyan, and his hairs stood up as it would from static electricity. A woman passing by felt her hair stick up and she let out a small surprised squeak as her glass cup shattered in her hand. Silver quickly took deep breaths and tried to fix his hair. The glow went away.

"Crap..." He muttered to himself and Link. "My emotions is starting to effect my magic. Fine, I'll relax. After the last firework we really have to tell them what's going on and try to come up with a plan."

 

Vanitas nodded. He felt Dawn tend to his wound quickly, but couldn't help but grunt when Dawn froze his stab wound. It was smart, he had to admit. That was going to hold for a while especially since it was enchanted ice. "It's that way... But we have to be careful. There's a lot of guards and people around. If we cut through the edge of the forest it should lead us right into the black market." He stood up, and held his side in pain. "You couldn't live without me, huh toots?" He asked with a sly grin.

~Link/Sonic/Miles~

"You're right, too. We'll only be here... a few minutes." Link began to walk towards the larger group again, joining them in their loud ramble of happiness. "Hey, Mi- I mean, Tails!" Link shoved his hand in the air, just to bring it down again. Miles stopped talking to Sonic and looked towards his old friend.

"Link!" Miles was happy to see him again, and rushed towards his side for a quick hug. "Sonic was just telling me about his adventures in a place called 'The Hidden Palace.'"

"Oh?" Link remarked, unsure of what exactly he was talking about. Hidden Palace?

"Yeah, it's a place deep within a Mining Cave. You can only find it by taking a secret pit shortcut, that everyone misses." Sonic took a breathe. "Inside, they have Mystical Gems that I've never seen before! Just touching them made me feel... super! But I couldn't get them off the pillars."

 

~Naminé~ "Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that!" Naminé moved closer. "You're okay, right? Oh, and did you ever find out anything about that Shard of yours?" Naminé was curious about it the first time she saw it, and hadn't forgotten about it since. Something about it just felt special.~Dawn~ Dawn stopped walking. "Toots...?" She turned around, her face beaming red. "TOOTS?" She began screaming at the man. "Listen here, guy, I may be your 'sidekick' or 'assistant' or whatever, but you WILL NOT call me Toots AGAIN. Do you understand? You're in a weak enough state right now for me to CHOP YOUR HEAD off with my Ice Shield." Dawn stopped yelling, trying to catch her own breath again. She turned around and walked again, just to mumble something under her breath.

"Even if you're right about living without you."

Silver shook his head with a small nervous smile. This was going to be a long next few weeks. Maybe he really did need this night. With his magic acting up due to his emotions, Silver needed to relax so it could go away. He did love fireworks anyway. He even used to light his own enchanted fireworks back in Chivia. Now that he thought of it... Fireworks could help on the journey. Especially enchanted fireworks. He'll have to snag some later before the trip. He was right behind Link when he heard Sonic talk about some sort of adventure in some mines.

"Mythical gems?" Silver piped in, sliding right next to Link. "I want to hear more about that!"

 

Vanitas stumbled back a few steps. He was not expecting such a sudden burst of emotion from Dawn, especially over a silly word. He rubbed his ears, slightly aggravated by the sudden shrill yell from his female companion. "Okay damn!" He said, crossing his arms. A part of him wanted to call her 'toots' again just to piss her off but he really didn't want to have her freak out even more. "Just relax! I won't call you by that name again... For the love of the gods do you have to freak out so much?" He asked. Maleficent closed her eyes tight and placed her wings over her ears.

"Alright now, theres no need to fight. Were a team once agian, and thats good. Were gonna have fun today and then get to some heroics, Right Kirby?" Delsin called out to the little guy with a grin on his face. 

[Ventus Aberazio]

 

 

  Ventus gave his brother a mocking laugh. It truly was great to see him again. Wrapping an arm around Roxas' shoulder, Ventus responded.

  "Well, at least you're honest, Roxas. And Delsin's right. Let's get going."

 

 

[Kirby Contray]

 

  Kirby blinked at Namine and nodded. He still had that 'star' shard in his pocket, leaving it there to keep it safe. 

  "Mm-hmm! I'm okay.", the child responded. As the older girl got closer to the boy, he leaned in to hear what she had to say. "Oh! Yeah!", he whispered eagerly. "I still don't know where it came from, but it seems like when bad things happen, it glows red. When good or happy things happen, it glows white! Or is it yellow?...", he answered, still whispering so that nobody else could hear him. "It didn't glow red when that kidnapper tried to take me away, though. Hmmm..." He looked down at the ground, clasping his hands together in thought.

~Sonic/Link/Tails~
"Yeah!" Link and Tails listened to the conversation intently as Sonic continued to explain. "Some place, deep within the caves near a supposed Haunted Lake in Boranvia, it exists. It's really a sight! You can tell by the construction that it is ancient, and yet the mechanics seems almost out of its time." Tails himself was facinated with Mechanics- even more so than his old boss Cid. Oh, geez. I hope he is okay. Sonic continued. "But it's laid out with loads of traps."
"Sounds adventurous. But for tonight, I think we should go out and enjoy ourselves." Link spoke again.

~Naminé~

"Oh, I see..." Naminé listened to the voices urging everyone to join the festivities, but she realized she left her mask at home! "I'll be back everyone!" Naminé quickly dashed towards the floral shop, which wasn't too hard to unlock. Up the stairs, in a bag she had meant to bring with her, lied both her mask, and her doodle book, which seemed to be damaged.

  "Huh?" The book wasn't in this state the last time she opened it- or the last time she remembered opening it. She picked it up, and began to look through it. A slew of new drawings had appeared, ones she doesn't remember even thinking about drawing. What was this? Pictures of people she'd never met, of destruction, sirens? What the heck is a Majora, and why would she draw one? Boranvia? She's never even BEEN there! She stopped at one page that struck her as odd.

  "Both of these people... they look familiar. Have I seen them before?"

She put the book back in her bag and brought it along with her, after she put a small star-like mask on her face. She smiled and headed out the door.

~Dawn Estheim~
"I am not in the mood Vanitas. You're hurt. Look, we're almost to the Inn. It shouldn't be too much longer until the Library shows up." Dawn tried to resist her urge to apologize. But then again, she was always rude at heart. Even to Vexen, she'd be commenting on his laziness.

Roxas nodded and looked up into the sky. It was extremely dark even with all of the lanterns and festive lights on. It was a perfect sky for fireworks. Not a single cloud in sight. Roxas pulled up his shirt slightly to see a long scar going up his side. He remembered the event years ago when a firework had hit him. His father was freaking out on the guy who had shot it, and his mother and Ventus were basically hysterical. It was such a bad moment however looking back it was pretty funny to think about. "I'm ready!" Roxas said. "So where to? We could buy turkey legs and stuff. Just no fireworks right Ventus?" He asked with a chuckle.

 

Meanwhile Silver was more than interested in Sonic's story. He wish he could have been on such an adventure. "Wow that's amazing!" He commented. He went fishing around in his satchel. "Those crystals," Silver began, taking out a cyan colored Emerald. It was somewhat dull although it was completely clear and cut clean. "Did it look similar to this? I've had this crystal for as long as I remember." (It's a Chaos Emerald)

 

Vanitas kept on going, although from the loss of blood he found it extremely hard to stay focus. From time to time he even almost blacked out as he had to lean against something for a few seconds to rest. Finally, after what seemed to be forever they finally arrived to the library. He quickly tried to open the door only to find it lock. He clicked his tongue.

"Distasteful..." He muttered, prying the door open using a dark spell. He quickly slipped inside and sat down on a chair. "I... Ugh..." He found himself blacking out once more, struggling to focus on anything. He could barely make out anything, let alone make eye contact to Dawn.

~Sonic/Link/Naminé/Tails~   "Yeah!" Sonic exclaimed as the Cyan Gem was brought into sight, "That's exactly what they looked like! There are 6 in the mines, last I checked." Sonic looked at the Gem with much curiosity. "You're lucky to have your hands on one!"

Link listened in to the Conversation between the Twins. "You know, how about we watch the drunkards, like you suggested before?" Tails joined in, agreeing with Link.

"There's a lot of things to do, but I don't know what kind of things you guys are into."

Meanwhile, Naminé ran back into the streets, and towards the group of new friends.

"Drunkards? I'm not so sure... can we do something more civilized and fun?"~Dawn Estheim~ "Vanitas!" Dawn grabbed his head and ran to face the front of him. "Vanitas?" Dawn hadn't known was to do... she began running around the Library, hoping something would happen to help her friend. She looked at the ground and noticed Dirt prints leading towards a shelf of books, with 5 books that seemed out of order. "Gimac?" She rearranged it to spell out "Magic!" and much to her surprise, the shelf moved! "Vanitas!"
