(OKAY GUYS. Just a quick few things I forgot to mention. Please follow this rp so that y'all will know when a post is made, and also if someone doesn't post for a while just let that person know. On with the rp!)"I hope you all amuse me..."Roxas was already up in this fine morning in Asnia. Usually his brother woke up first, however the sounds of his father working always woke Roxas right up. He wanted to see the cool new weapons that were being made. He swung around downstairs, said hi to his mother, and ran right outside to greet his father at the forge. "Hey dad!"The father chuckled, and showed Roxas a rather fancy looking sword. "This here is made out of Orichalcum. Pretty deadly. Why don't you call your brother down to see?"Roxas chuckled, and slipped into the front door. "NERD-""Roxas!" The father scolded."...Ventus! Dad wants you to wake up and come downstairs!" he turned right back around. He expected Ventus to be up anyway... he did after all, put a spider on his pillow. If Roxas had a watch, he would check it. "I give it three seconds." he mused to himself.

Meanwhile, another page in a storybook was currently scrambling to get ready for his own day. This man was Corvo Attano. He was to adopt from an orphanage that day; and unfortunately he had just gotten back from a rather deadly contract he just completed. Escorting a messenger through a dungeon. How bad could it be? He currently was living in an inn, however for legal purposes he bought a little cottage like home next to the inn and some farmer and her magic student son. One of the maids was fixing him up."Corvo, you look like a mess."I know, I know." He ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I gotta go. See you soon.""Corvo!"He turned around. "What?"

The maid sighed. "You have blood on your face." The man sighed and just licked his thumb to wipe the blood off. He just then hurried out the door to go to the orphanage. He didn't want to be late.

"No, buddy. lets get you home. you dont need to learn to hunt today." He pulled roxas in and began the trek home. he knew roxas was in no shape to be hurting anything. on the walk back, Delsin fought back tears. all those emotions. he could only imagine how roxas felt. Those bodies, just swaying there. Shit man.

Once home, he let roxas do what he needed to. He didnt know how he was processing this info. He plopped down on the couch and took a deep breath out. Then tails appeared. That gave del a grin. "Whats with the getup bro?" He was still exausted.

Vanitas closed his eyes, trying to digest the information he was receiving from his soul tracking. "Actually, I can tell you much more than that." He opened one eye, and pointed East. "He's currently nearby the inn. Right infront of the fountain in the main square. I suggest you hurry and find him... I heard children have been dissapearing... You wouldn't want this boy to suffer the same fate." Vanitas hummed in thought. "He's currently thinking about a family member... A cousin." Vanitas was being awfully nice today. He gave a small grin to Dawn. "Hey, this man simply wishes to find a lost one."

Silver followed Link through town. As they were going nearby just around a quiet alleyway, Silver suddenly was grabbed by a man hidden in the shadows, with his hand over Silver's mouth. "H-Hm!!!"

The man looked over to Link, and dragged Silver further into the alleyway. "Shh..." He muttered. "I need you to be quiet. That goes to you too, Baxter." His voice sounded awfully familiar.

Roxas made a beeline straight upstairs, not even realizing Tails was still home. He just needed a while to himself. He didn't even know what to think of the bodies. "..."

[Marluxia Contray]

Marluxia was slightly suprised by what information Vanitas had recovered. So that's where little Kirby was.

     "Hmm. I see. I thank you for your...kindness. Your powers were most helpful in my quest to find my brot--I mean, this lost child. I'll make sure he will not go missing.", Marluxia thanked. He started out on his way, and looked back at Dawn. "Oh, and my name is Marluxia, if you were curious.", he smirked. He went on his way towards the fountain.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[Kirby/Marluxia Contray]
Kirby walked in front of the fountain in the main square of Farron. He stared at it for a bit, thinking that it resembled a fountain in the dream he head last night. He smiled at the water flowing out of it, putting both of his hands on the edge of the fountain. Suddenly, he felt a twinge of pain in his head, so he covered his eye with one of his hands. This headache was probably from all the jumping he did earlier. He hunched over the fountain as the headache got slightly worse.
     "Uuuugh...", Kirby quietly groaned. He then looked up slightly, and saw a pink-haired man walk up to him.
His vision was blurred, so he couldn't quite make the man's face out. Then, Kirby heard him coldly call out.
     "Kirby...What do you think you're doing here? Are you trying to get yourself killed?", Marluxia said to Kirby.
Kirby just stared at the blurry man in confusion.
Vanitas watched as the man, named Marluxia, walk off. He grinned to himself, knowing exactly what to do. He glanced over to his partner. "This 'Marluxia' will know very well not to mess with his again." He opened his spell book, and searched for the curse he wanted. With a grin, Vanitas summoned the image of Kirby. "Let's see how he likes it when this child doesn't remember a thing about him..." Vanitas snapped his fingers, casting a curse on Kirby. "He won't remember a thing about Marluxia... It'll be as though Marluxia never existed in this kid's life."
[Kirby/Marluxia Contray]
Kirby's headache subdued, and he could see the taller man in front of him very clearly. Kirby tilted his head in confusion. How does this man know his name? Kirby lifted himself off of the fountain and just stared at the towering man with somewhat fearful eyes. His body also shrunk in anxiety.
     "P-poyo?...", Kirby muttered.
Marluxia raised an eyebrow at his little brother's body language and emotions. Kirby should be happy to see him, and give him a silly little hug or something. He knelt down to Kirby's level.
     "Kirby. Silly child. Don't tell me you've been here so long you've forgotten about your older brother. It's me. Marluxia." He then sighed lightly. "Or...'Marly...as you like to call me..." Marluxia blushed a little bit. Being around his brother always made him a little bit less cold with his words.
Kirby backed away from Marluxia as he knelt down. And...big brother? What is this man talking about?? Kirby never had a big brother. The only brotherly figure he knew about was his fire mage neighbor back in Chivia. Kirby stepped back again, causing Marluxia to sigh, and stand up.
     "Anywho, you are in a lot of trouble, boy. Let's go home.".
Marluxia grabbed his little brother's hand. Kirby's breath trembled. Is this man going to kidnap him?? It didn't take him long to start trying to make Marluxia let go of him. He panicked, and successfully pulled his hand from Marluxia's grasp, and backed away. Marluxia slowly turned his head back at his little brother in frustration.
     "What do you think you're doing? You're acting like you don't know me! Come on. We're. Going. Home.". Marluxia then grabbed Kirby's arm and started to guide him to the exit of town. The small boy's eyes widened at the man, and he started to tear up. As he tried to pull his arm free, he started shouting for help as loud as he could.
     "P-poyo!! Poyo!! POYO!!"
While he was shouting, Kirby broke free from the crazy man's grip, and ran away as fast as he could to the inn. He was quick on his feet, so got in the inn rather quickly. When he did, he furiously opened the door, ran inside, and closed it. He kept his back on the door. Kirby panted in fear, but also sobbed lightly.
Marluxia's walk staggered when his brother broke free again. He looked back and saw Kirby run away. Marluxia just stood there in shock, reaching out his hand to his dearest little brother. He just stared at the boy as he ran. Something's not right.
But then, something unusual clicked in Marluxia's head.
His chest ached, his hand shook, and his eyes welled up with tears. Why is he suddenly acting weak?? He stood at the fountain for a bit, wiping away sudden tears and trying to recollect what just happened.
Suddenly, Marluxia recieved some tugs at his cloak. There were some people stairing at him, even some guards ready to draw their swords at the possible kidnapper. Clementine tugged at Marluxia's coat, definitely seeing some sadness inside the pink haired man. She frowned and asked if he was okay. "W-What's wrong...?"
Meanwhile, a long distance from the events in Farron, Corvo was currently preparing food for his new son Minato, himself, and the puppy. Currently the puppy was yipping in the living room, waddling around on the floor. He couldn't even walk straight, for he kept loosing his ballance and kept colliding head first into the flood. Corvo rubbed his head aggravatedly, trying to ward off a headache from this puppy. He concluded from her small size and other traits that she had to be the runt of the litter. "Hey, Son, can you quiet her down?" Corvo felt somewhat awkward calling Minato 'son' but he really wanted to break that awkward barrier. He hoped soon that everything would be fine and that Minato truly felt at home. Who knows, maybe Minato felt like that already. "She's a runt. I actually like the runts the most. They always end up the best in the litter." He stirred some stew in the pot, careful not to let it burn. The puppy whimpered, tipping over once more on the floor like a cow.
[Marluxia Contray]
Marluxia's head popped up when he felt his cloak being tugged on. He looked back to see a little girl doing that. He quickly wiped all of the tears away, going right back to his cold state, and responded to her.
     "O-oh. Hello there. I'm just...confused and...frustrated...I-I'm not crying.", Marluxia lied. "Why would you care? You don't even know me, little girl.". He gently tugged his cloak away from her. "You shouldn't be near me. Heh. With those guards eyeballing me, they'll probably think I'm going to take you away. But, I won't, of course. You see, that boy you just saw run away is my little brother. He seems to have forgotten all about me.".
Marluxia sat down on the edge of the fountain and covered his face with his hand. Not in sadness. His neutral face still showed, but his words were different.
     "I know who did this. It was that dark mage. It must be a curse. I knew I shouldn't have bargained with him. Hm. If that's how he wants to play, I'll show him why they call me the Graceful Assassin...but not just yet. I'll wait until after the festival, perhaps. And maybe...I can start over, and make up for the time I lost with my little brother until I learn how to break the curse. That is...if it can break. And I won't let anyone else get in my way.".
He lifted his head up, unintentionally gave the little girl his cold look, and stood up.
     "But, that's my problem. Not yours, little girl. You should get home before we both get into trouble.". He slowly started to walk away from the fountain and towards the Inn.
Suddenly, Marluxia recieved some tugs at his cloak. There were some people stairing at him, even some guards ready to draw their swords at the possible kidnapper. Clementine tugged at Marluxia's coat, definitely seeing some sadness inside the pink haired man. She frowned and asked if he was okay. Minato laughed a little at his dog, walked up to her, and picked her up. He started to stroke her to calm her down, as he said, "Sure!" is response to Corvo's question. "I agree with you, about runts. So, what are you cooking?" he inquired, as he walked up to Corvo, taking in a deep whiff of the stew, and leaned in to see what kind of stew it was. He could sense an awkward tension in the air, but didn't know what to say.
(Not much, but I feel glad that I've finally posted something in this!)
"That's really sad... I'm sorry." Clementine said with a frown. She began to follow Marluxia to help him, but one of the guards called out to her.
"Hey kid! Do you know that man? Get back to your mommy." The guard gave a dirty look to the pink haired elder walking away.
Clementine nodded to the guard, and decided to leave Marluxia alone so he wouldn't get in trouble. "Yeah, he's my friend." Clementine wanted to at least give Marluxia some hope "Don't worry Mr. Graceful! He still remembers, he just needs a little jog of his memory!" Clementine sighed as the guard took her away to her mother.
"Kid, you wouldn't want to join that lost of missing children." The guard muttered.
The puppy did in fact calm down, and lazily nibbled at Minato's fingers. Corvo glanced to Minato and the puppy and chuckled. He rubbed the back of his head. He truthfully didn't even know exactly what kind of stew he was making. "Well... I did put beef in it so... Beef stew?" He chucked. "I also added potatoes, and carrots from the market. Stew isn't exactly my best skill but I try my best." He glanced down at the nibbling dog. "... I'll try to nab a chicken bone or raw hide for her to help with the teething." He set the pot to the side to grab some wooden bowls to serve the food. He grabbed two for him and Minato and a smaller one for the dog. Instead of serving the dog stew, he poured goat milk he had been warming up next to the stew. "Care to feed her? She can't quite feed on her own yet."
  • 2 months later...
~Dawn Estheim~ "I knew you were trouble, but damn, Vanitas!" Dawn playfully elbowed his side. "That was awesome!"~Link Baxter~ Link kept silent. He wasn't willing to risk this Mystery Man hurting his newfound best friend. Link complied, listening to what the man told him.~Miles Tails Thompson~   "Oh, hi guys..." Miles rubbed the back of his head, shooting back a grin in embarrasment. "I uh... couldn't find my clothes, so I uh... put this on. I found it in one of the upstairs closets." Miles sat down and sighed with relief. Had he been standing too long? Who knows, but at least he had the masks they needed. Wait, he didn't buy one for Ventus! Ventus was supposed to go with him to the shop, and had forgotten.   "Have you guys seen Ventu... are you guys okay? You look a little drained."
  • Author
Vanitas grinned, and proudly accepted the credit from Dawn. He loved to be praised. "Oh, you haven't seen anything yet. This is just simply... Child's play." He noticed some of the townspeople were running around in preparation for the festival. "Huh... The festival is starting soon. Do you have your mask ready?" The Raven suddenly cooed on Vanitas' shoulder, as if it was excited. Vanitas rolled his eyes. "Can it, hideous creature."
Silver inwardly freaked out as the man dragged him further into the alley with Link closely following. The man suddenly let go, causing Silver to turn around fuming with anger.
"WHY'D YA DO THAT FO-"
"Shh!!!" The man replied. He took off a brown cloak to reveal himself as a guard. The very guard that Roxas hit with the slingshot. This was also the same guard who had to assist with the arrest of the twin's parents.
"Look, I just wanted to warn you both." He muttered. "You can't trust anyone anymore. The walls have ears. I might have information on where the twin's father is right now. I'm not supposed to give it to you, obviously but I frankly don't give a sh** anymore."
Meanwhile, Roxas just sorta completely ignored Tails and went straight upstairs. He threw himself on his bed, not even looking to see if there was anyone else in the room with him. He buried his face within the pillows. The image of those corpses kept appearing in his mind: a young woman, an older man and a boy who couldn't be older than Roxas hanging in the tree. "..."
Delsin plopped down on the couch and let out a long sigh. "Hey miles." he took a second to think of how to introduce what they had just seen but came up blank, so he just said "While we were hunting, roxas saw some people who had been hung. their bodies were just swaying there. i mean, it messed me up pretty bad, reminded me of my family and all, but i really dont know how he took it. he hasnt said a word this whole time." Del debated walking up there and trying to talk to the kid, but he figured he should just let him work throught this on his own first. they could talk about it later.
[Kirby Contray]
After rubbing away tears from his eyes and calming down, Kirby jumped out the window of the inn, and ran to the twins house, making sure not to be spotted. Once he got inside, he listened as the others spoke. Everyone seemed a bit...sad. Or were they scared? As Delsin told of his and Roxas' hunting trip, Kirby's eyes widened and he put a hand to his mouth.
What is going on here? Missing children? Bodies hanging from trees? Kidnappers? Dark mages? Kirby then commented.
"Huh? But...why? That's really scary..." He brought his knees up to his chest. "Everthing's really scary today..." He looked up at Miles.
"I haven't seen Ventus. Sorry. And...I don't think they're okay..." He stood up.
"Delsin, do you and Roxas need a hug?~" Kirby asked sweetly, completely unsure of how to effectively comfort them after what they just saw. This is one of the only things he could think of at the moment.
Edited by Hargleblargleboo
Del looked over at kirby. The images flashed in his mind for a moment,and he quickly shook them out of his head. "Y-yeah, i think i could use a hug buddy." he pulled kirby in. it was comforting. he let go and said "Thanks. I think roxas could use one too. He probably doesnt want to talk right now, but i dont think he'd object if you went up there and gave him a big hug." he smiled at the little guy.
~Miles Tails Thompson~ Miles wasn't sure how to react to the news. When he lived with Link, he always assumed that something horrible had happened, because he never spoke. Miles only had his Imagination to tell him what might've happened... Maybe that wasn't a good idea. "Maybe I should talk to him." When Kirby had mentioned Ventus, Miles shivered. What does he mean "I don't think they're okay?" "Kirby, I'm going to need you to explain to me what happened. But first, I think we should go talk to Roxas, together.~Dawn Estheim~ "No, I left those in the bag we buried by the- I mean, no." Dawn almost let out their hiding spot, but she was glad she caught herself before Vanitas would. Wanna go get them now?" Vanitas scorned Maleficent, something Dawn wasn't found of. "Maleficent is a BIRD, Vanitas. Go easy!" Dawn scolded, reaching her hand towards the bird.~Sonic Needleson~ Sonic was tired of the lack of events going on at the Inn... Waiting for Link and Silver to return? Waiting period was a problem. Not knowing what else to do, Sonic went down stairs to talk to the Inn Keep.   "Hey... is there any possible way for me to get some kind of job down here? I mean, I'll work for food instead of money, if that helps." Sonic wasn't usually the kind of person to ask for a job like this, but he felt the two others would take much longer before they even started to head back. "Hmm..." The Innkeeper didn't look too satisfied with the appearance of the young man."What makes you any different than the rest of my employees? Why should I hire you when I have them?" Sonic smirked. "I have a very particular set of skills..." He chirped. Getting ready to dash away, Sonic put his right leg back, his left leg centered, head slightly forward. With a simple count of three, he was off! Grabbing whatever stray napkin, sullied chair, or perhaps even dirty dish he could find, he stacked them one on top of the other, managing to keep them balanced. He placed them in front of the Innkeeper, overly proud of what he had done. "Mr. Needleson! I will not tolerate the use of Magic in this, or ANY Inn! GUARDS!" She yelled loudly. Lucky for her, there were a pair of guards only a few tables away, and they saw everything.   "Yikes!" And he was out of there!~Link Baxter~ "How can we trust you?" Link spoke, skeptical of every word the man uttered. He looked towards Silver, hoping he had some kind of backup plan in case things here went bad.
[Kirby Contray]
As Kirby hugged Delsin, he couldn't help but give a big smile.
     "Don't be scared anymore, okay?" He let go of Delsin. "You're welcome." He looked at Miles, still smiling. "Okay, let's go give Roxas a biiiig hug!~", he shouted excitedly. He gaily skipped up the stairs and knocked loudly on Roxas' door.
     "Heey Roooxaaas! Let me come in there and give you a hug!!~", he shouted behind the door.
[Marluxia Contray]
Marluxia walked up to the Inn. He was about to walk inside, but he heard some sort of commotion inside. Curious, he slowly opened up the door to the inn. Could it be his little brother? After finally opening up the door, he was greeted by guards surrounding a blue-haired kid. Marluxia just stood there in sheer confusion.
     "Did I...interrupt something?..."
~Sonic Needleson~ "Hey, guy, you might want to get out of here!" Sonic said, striking a battle pose. "Things are about to get pretty dirty!" Sonic took all the dishes, rags, and all other items he collected, and started throwing them towards the Guards, hoping at least one would hit. Speed? It's his thing. Accuracy? Not so much... A blue plate missed his target, nearly hitting the new guy where no one wants to be hit, ever. The guards looked back at Sonic, after seeing his failed attempt. Laughing, the launched themselves towards the blue boy.
[Marluxia Contray]
Marluxia simply stood there and watched the blue-haired boy's pathetic defense against the guards. Outnumbered or not, he still thought it to be entertaining. Bringing up a finger to his lips, he chuckled sadistically, his lips curling into a sick grin.
  "Me? Leave? And miss this? I wouldn't miss such a laughably pathetic display. Oods are you probably deserve this, young man.", he laughed at the boy coldly.
After saying that, he sighed in satisfaction and left the door wide open.
  "If you must escort this delinquent out of the building gentleman, the door's wide open for you.", he said as he opened the door all the way. He put one hand over his heart and the other behind his back and bowed in a mannerly way.
~Sonic Needleson~ "Gee, Thanks Mister." Sarcasm. Not now, Sonic. Speed was on his side, and The Mystery Man managed to clear Sonics escape route. He smirked, and dashed once more. This time, instead of around the guards, atop them! "Blue Streak!" Atop the first Guard. "Speeds by!" Above the second. "Sonic Needleson!" Out the door he went! But... did he just create a worse scenario for him and his fellows? They cannot return here... so where would Sonic go now? Maybe he could find Clem and her family again. Off Sonic went, to search for the girl who owed him supper.
Silver stared long and hard at the ground. He really was trying his best to think of a plan. What the hell was he supposed to do? He couldn't use magic, if a guard outside the alley saw them, they would be screwed. But if this guy was lying, they were kinda screwed already weren't day? This was a guard they were talking to, so this person must be smart and already have a plan A through Z if Silver and Link tried to attack.
The guard sensed their uneasiness, and sighed.
"Look," he began. "You have no idea where the twins' father is at. I do, so you have no choice but to trust me. You don't have much time until he is executed."
Meanwhile, Vanitas began to laugh. "Exactly! It IS a bird! A bird that is annoying me, so I'm going to teach it discipline so it'll stop annoying me. If not, I'm going to turn this stupid thing into fried chicken!"
The bird went quiet with a sad whimper. She stuffed her tiny head under Dawn's hat.
Meanwhile, there was no answer from behind the door. Roxas was already out the house, heading to the spot on where he saw the bodies. He had snuck out the window while everyone was talking downstairs, and took his father's shovel from the forge outside. Once he got to the bodies handing, he began to dig three pits as deep as he could to bury the bodies. "..."
(I'll get my second character made today and I'll be ready to post.)
~Miles Tails Thompson~ "Roxas, c'mon!" After waiting quite some time, Miles had grown impatient. "Kirby, you think we should just, go in there?"~Link Baxter~   Link dropped his head. Of course they didn't have a choice. "Alright, Tell us what you know." Link wasn't sure what the guard gained from this. Maybe a clear conscience, at best.~Dawn Estheim~ Dawn gasped disgustedly, yet she was also slightly entertained. She held her hat down to keep it from flying off after the bird had stuffed itself into it. "Vanitas!" She couldn't help but laugh a little at the situation. Her she was with the lands Darkest Mage, and they're arguing over a silly bird. "Anyways, you want to go back and get those masks? Wait, when IS the carnival?" Dawn hadn't paid too much attention, too busy with Vanitas all the time. ((In all honesty, I just kind of forgot if it was Today or Tomorrow))~Sonic Needleson~ "Smithy!" He called out again. He hoped that they were still here, or at least nearby. If he couldn't find Clementine, he could always head back to that house they were at before. "Smithy!"
[Kirby Contray]
     "Hmm. Yeah, Miles. Let's just open the door." With that, he twisted the doorknob and opened it. Kirby's eyes widened. Roxas was gone. Nowhere to be seen. "Huh? Oh no! He's disappeared!!", he yelled. He frantically ran down the stairs to tell Delsin, tripping on the last step. "Delsin! Delsin! Roxas is gone!", he yelled, flailing his arms about.
[Marluxia Contray]
     As the kid dashed out the door, Maluxia just stood there awkwardly realizing the his horrible mistake. However, the speed the boy possessed thoroughly intrigued Marluxia. If he could get his hands on that sort of power, he would be unstoppable. Literally. He stopped his bowing and turned his gaze to the guards.
     "I...apologize, gentleman. I wasn't aware of...such speed. Is it magic?"
(The festival is in a few hours. I think that's best since we're like never going to get past it LOL)
The guard nodded. Finally, people were listening to him. "Okay, listen up. Last time I heard he was due for a public execution in the City of Rosenberg. That's pretty Far East. Problem is, the execution is in 12 days. Getting there by normal routes would talk 15 days, so the only way you're going to get there in time is by taking a shortcut... Problem again; that shortcut is through the Forest of Oblivion. Two things about the forest is that there is a lake riddles with Sirens, so unless you bring a female with you, one who can fight, you're all going to be eaten. I'm sure albino here knows plenty about them. Another problem is that this forest is very easy to get lost in, and a witch enchanted the forest. You're going to have to research that yourselves. Anyone who ever went into the forest never came out so if you want to stop that execution, you have to go through the forest.
Silver gulped. He definitely heard very scary stories about this forest. He looked to Link, wondering if he actually believed this guard.
Meanwhile, Vanitas fumed at the fact Dawn was laughing. "What's so funny?!" After a few seconds, he couldn't help but chuckle himself. Not just because of Dawns laughter, but also from the silly bird burrowing itself in Dawn's hat and hair. "You look so stupid with that bird in your hair." Dawn mentioned the mask part, and nodded. "It's starting soon. Let's go get the masks and patrol the area. Maybe we'll find something worthwhile."
Meanwhile, the blacksmith was whistling as he was working on some weapons. He wore a mask on, a silly ogre mask. He noticed Sonic, and looked down right at him. "We'll look at what we have 'ere." He said. "Anything I can help ya with boy?"
Delsin jolted up in his seat. "Gone? Really?" He thought for a second.Where could he have gone? "Hmm. there are a couple places he could be. my moneys on back at those bodies though. lets go check." he started out the door, but stopped and said "Kirby, you probably shouldn't come. I dont think you want to see this." He then left, saying nothing else. on the way, he started regretting what he had said. He figured miles would want to come, which would be good, but they couldnt just leave kirby home alone. He figured tails would follow, with kirby in tow, which made him feel bad. He didnt want the young boy to see such horrors. Should he have told them to check somewhere else? no, he couldnt lie to his friends. He just needed to see who came with him now.
