Development Team Report #07 for Kingdom Hearts χ has been published and along with it, new details about the future of the game has been revealed. A new card type called "Ultimate", which can be acquired by upgrading your high purity cards using "Ultimate Transformation" has been added. A new event called "Revival Festival" was announced, where cards that were available in the past will appear once again and the cards you already have will receive a boost in this event. New stories for Olympus Coliseum were teased, and Theater Mode, avatar additions and UI improvements were listed as future improvements.

Thank you for playing Kingdom Hearts χ[chi]. We now are going to present you the updates planned to take place from the third week of September on. We are very happy if you can continue having fun with Kingdom Hearts χ[chi]. The pictures are all in-development material.
New System “Ultimate Card”
The next evolution after the High Purity Cards!
Make your Cards into “Ultimate Cards” with “Ultimate Transformation”. In order to make a High Purity SR+ Card into an Ultimate Card, you need “Exclusive Items” which can be obtained as mission rewards and the likes. High Purity SR+ Card + Exclusive Item *For each card, a different type of Exclusive Item will be necessary. The Ultimate Card will become even more powerful if you use an SR+ card as an ingredient for synthesis.
A part of the ingredient card’s Offensive and Defensive powers will be added to the Ultimate Card used as Base, making it stronger. Plus, if you use a Boosted Card as ingredient, the power up will be even more powerful! (The effects will never wear off!) *Assist Cards strengthen LUX and Health. We’re eagerly preparing these updates to start implementation in September 25th (Thursday). Let’s gather SR+ cards in advance!

Revival Festival is here!
From September 25th on, various SR+ Cards that appeared in the past will become available once more!
Which cards will we revive? The revived cards will receive a 2.5 boost during the Revival Festival!!
The revived cards I already have will be boosted too, right? I’ll strengthen them during the festival! I won’t have to worry about my stock of cards anymore!
New Contents - Dungeon (tentative name)
Here comes a Dungeon (tentative name) which can be explored by following some new rules.
Survive fierce battles and aim to reach the highest floor with the shortest distance! Implementation planned to the first week of November!
