Now there's a ton of sidequests to do with the story peaking

 

Tomorrow night I'll hopefully get a start on the sidequests for more world building before I get impatient and power to the ending

They're just fetch quests so far

Ardyn has a cliché backstory and motive for his actions. "Oh I didn't get to be king, so I'm gonna kill my whole family and end my family line with Noctis because if I can't rule Lucis neither can he nor his descendants"

So uncreative and unoriginal...

That second boss battle though

 

I didn't attack for about 30 seconds

 

The enemies in this render emotional responses from me

 

But then again I've been killing every enemy

I'd be less invested if I didn't kill half of the things I have

 

But I know this game has a lot of endings so I want to get the worst one out of the way first

 

And I figure the best way to achieve that is to show no mercy

 

I even got a trophy for it when I began

Yup

0.2 is awesome owo

Doesn't justify his poorly written back story and character. Sephiroth was a better villain and he barely appears throughout FFVII

The only notable things he's done is pull a Sephiroth, knocked Prompto off a train and kill of the Lucis Caelum line

He isn't a very memorable antagonist
