Today: Nothing much, since I slept almost all of it, after not feeling so hot. Working on a story tonight.

General: Moving furniture, cleaning up as best I can all over the house, dealing with workmen in and out for window repairs and changes. About to do my placement for G.E.D. Working on my novel on and off. Virus shenigians with my pc. Watching some tv shows/anime. Trying to catch up on my reading for once.

I made them at home a few weeks ago. You can get them at walmart to bake. Its not AS good but still good.

Bake them, don't fry them: Makes them crispy, but not too greasy. 

Use one of those pans that holds the food up over a catch tray, if you've got one.

They don't taste like the do at the fast food dump, but they're decent seasoned fries, without the grease and salt.
