I've watched some gameplay videos

Pretty hyped owo

Didn't know it was going to be open world

Better not be too big though

FFXV didn't have that great an open world, but hopefully the updates fix that

I actually liked FFXV's world. For me at least I just went in thinking of it more like older FF's but with everything realistically proportioned

It wasn't anything like Skyrim though. There was barely anything to find and little to explore. There should have been things like abandoned campsites or something where something bad has happened and Noctis and Co decide to investigate. Little things like that can make an open world game great. Seriously though, in Skyrim there's a seat you sit on that acitvates a quest. I haven't encountered it myself though.
