Trilogy of Terror, 1973, staring Karen Black, directed by Dan Curtis, creator of Dark Shadows. 

Had a kinda campy sequel, Trilogy of Terror II in 1992, staring Lysette Anthony, who also stared in the Dark Shadows remake series. 

 

So I might be a slight old school horror nerd....
