Slightly: you have three real life hours to complete the whole game, no hints, no mini game skips.

Pretty much. With each mini game going about ten minutes done perfectly, and the whole game being just over 4 hours with cutscenes, unless every puzzle is done perfect the first time, and every cutscene skipped..
