Yeah, the nurses are several different types of evil, depending on what game you play: these are more clasic, and are twisted versions of the nurses who worked at Alcemilla, and cared for Alessa. Silent Hill 3's nurse has a skin mask, and Lisa Garland is in Silent Hill 1.
