Yup! And if anyone is wondering why that dialogue is there if you shaved, I think it's because they thought it would be rather funny to still have the dialogue in place. That seems rather CD Projekt.

Not the shaving, the fact that Yennefer doesn't say anything different when you do. Maybe it's as Geralt said, they probably thought it's funnier that way.
