That could help. 

I narrowed it down between three ideas: A semi cliched vampire gothic with the twist being the "vampire" is a deranged killer

The Boogeyman in the closet being real, and killing a teenager

And blowing out a pumpkin on Halloween early, and invoking the wrath of ancient druidic spirits. 

 

Any of them sound "scary"? 

Im actually hard to scare so idk. 2nd ones sounds the most scary to me.

You know if Re:Zero has taught me anything its that terror has its degrees of freshness. The more intense the fear the more all of the other emotions die. Terror in its truest sense is not a static state but a dynamic one. Its that moment when a persons hope turns to despair. Put a person in a scary situation and then dangle a bit of hope in that person that take it away. In scary storys that seems to have the darkest effect on protagonists.

Hmmm.... like some horrible situation that seems to have hope, then it gets yanked away?

Yep. In Re:Zero thats what drove the main character so crazy he was a vegetable for a few episodes. Of course he saw some f'd up shit thou.

Hmmm... something with a hitch hiker? Like a roaming killer.

That's really cliche, though... 

The one about Halloween sounds pretty spooky.

It could work.... I mean, I can do gore, it's an adult community, so I was thinking all out: the spirits totally destroy these people for disrespecting a tradition.

But Trick R' treat had a similar idea, so it could be seen as copying....

Something Lovecraftian could work: some horrible, unstoppable force waking up, and the story ending on total destruction. Bleak and sad endings can be pretty unsettling. 

The 100 words things makes it a little hard.

Not really: one of Lovecraft's unfinished stories described a house letting loose demons that destroyed whole countries in 500 words.
