It's been up on Kissanime for a couple of weeks. 

My local Walmarts have randomly been trying to get anime and J/A/K films in, and it's failing beautifully: they got Boku No pico I about wet myself laughing when I saw it, just sitting up there next to Vampire Knight and Dora the Explorer
