I usually don't, unless the gore is low, or the story good enough I can overlook it, like tokyo ghoul.

It's mostly gorey anime I avoid: manga isn't as bad, unless it's just super extreme gore p**n.

How could anyone read such a thing Dorothy wonders.

 

Honestly, I know of it because of my friend. He was reading it and told me about it, and I was like "hmmm...interesting" and he warned me and everything. So I perused many chapters of it aaaand I hated it. o.e It left emotional scars.

I think he was reading it in the first place because it was similar to a Dungeons and Dragons campaign he was running and he wanted ideas.
