So, I've been reading through Roxas' Diary and the Secret Reports of 358, when I stumbled upon Saix's Report from Day 298. This is written after Roxas and Axel recover Xion from Twilight Town after she'd been hanging out with Riku for a bit.
"Axel failed to report that the impostor and Xion are working together. Instead, that news came from Roxas. The boy is far more easily handled than Axel, but now Axel has captured Xion and returned her to us. His motives are impossible to read.Our plans can be altered if necessary, but doing so can only delay their realization."
I'm somewhat confused by this last sentence. Who's plans is he referring to? I'm aware of the fact that Saix and Axel seem to have some unspoken partnership when it comes to the inner workings of the Organization (After all, Saix picked the people who were assigned to Castle Oblivion during CoM, all of which were eliminated whether they were traitors or not) but I'm also aware of the fact that Saix essentially abandons whatever plans they have by the time KHII rolls around.
So, are they his and Axel's plans, or the Organization's plans? And who's realization is being delayed? Am I just overlooking something obvious or is this just another one of Saix's cryptic way of saying things, much like his final conversation with Xemnas in KHII? It seems like he's referring to Axel, but I'm not sure.
