We all know those Crappy, Default faces, Text cutscene's

 

Do you want to return thoe in KH3 or should the all be cinematic Cutscene's

I'd say yes, if only to ease the burden on the animation team and have the game be released on time rather than being delayed for a couple more years...

To be honest, yes I do. A few here or there aren't too bad, but only for the Optional quests and stuff. Otherwise, go full cutscene.

^This. I think they'd be perfect for sidequests, or basically any scene that isn't worth a full out cutscene. I imagine they'd be even better than before, with the PS4 I think it's safe to assume the "blank" faces will be completely gone and replaced with more meaningful and expressing faces, to the extent where their faces look the same as in cutscenes. I think there will be less text-scenes this time around, but completely removing them would be weird, it's such an iconic part of Kingdom Hearts.

More text cutscenes means we can get more scenes overall that can flesh out characters. It also means we can get more characters even if they can't afford to pay the voice actors
