So i mailed Square about the collectors edition why it isnt available in other Europ Countries and this was their answer

We would like to clarify any confusion caused by the recent announcement of the Collector?s Edition for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX.
To purchase the game directly from the SQUARE ENIX store, you would need to be located in either the United Kingdom or France. However, the game may still be available in your region via an alternative retailer in your local area.
