I've finally gotten everything there is to get in the game, so I'm attempting to reach level 100 (or 99, I don't know) in my proud mode file. My Standard mode (that's for you SoraKing) file is at level 92, but the Proud mode file is only 90.

 

The question is, what's the best place to level up?

 

So far, I've just been clearing "Escape the Castle" 400 times, but there has to be a better way, right?

I suggest you do the final battle against Xion and Riku

Also all of the super hard final bosses,like the leach grave,ruler of the sky,etc.

How I got to lvl99 was to do all the missions from the first mission to the last, got me like 25 levels.
