maybe everything thats happend starting from kingdom hearts one is all a dream but a dream everyone was shareing with each other because in the intro for kh2 shows them asleep holding hands on the island (sora, riku, kairi)

It would also be cliche. The whole "it was all just a dream" thing is incredibly overused.

That part of KH2 represents Sora going back to sleep to recover his memories, and he is shown on the play island with Riku and Kairi because they are the base of his memories. And of course "everything is born from sleep."

oh that makes sense

Like Reversal said, it would be VERY cliche and I would hate the series if it became a cliche e.e

I think when they were shown asleep holding hands they were... foreshadowing in a way? Of how they would be reunited? And like Reversal said

"everything is born from sleep."

Maybe the KH2 could symbolize something about KH 3D, the sleep part at least. We weren't given a specific time frame for KH 3D, but we were given a general one. "Recent games". Chronologically speaking, KH2 and coded are the most recent, so his theory may not be far off. Especially since KH 3D is believed to be a game about dreams.

I believe that is what 3D will be about

dont forget yes even you.so it can happen with kairi, riku, anyone

god i swear, if this whole thing turns into one of those stupid, it was all a damm dream things, then i will not be a happy camper

One time i wondered if life is really just like that

so then my theory for it all being a dream is for kh 3D maybe in the part in kh2 intro maybe like reversal said quote: represents Sora going back to sleep to recover his memories, and he is shown on the play island with Riku and Kairi because they are the base of his memories. quote maybe it also shows like how they said in kh 3D trailer how sora wakes up on island

Note that the KH2 intro was also a massive recap of the series thus far. 3D is a completely new game, not a recap or taking place during past events.

Don't forget that Nomura only said it was during the timeline of the current games. He never said where exactly. So it might have something to do with past events.
