i have a printed list of it, ill go look for the enemies that make them, then post here, then you can figure out were they are

 

living bones make them, so you can find the location they appear the most

those things the shamans ride or the shaman itself in the lion king world

EDIT: Whoops, I made a mistake. I need Frost Crystals to make AP Boosts. Does anybody know a good place to farm Lightning Crystals?
