I know one hope near the top of everyone's lists is "No more paper faces" But I want to go farther. I've noticed that even when there's a close up (you know where the lips actually form syllables and a blink has more then two steps) the Disney characters faces just can't quite seem capture the exaggerated emotion that they display in their films which, for me, was one of the most charming things about the movies. The closest they got was in KH II, when present day Pete looks back at his boat after Sora, Donald and Goofy recover the Cornerstone of Light in Timeless River. It's the one and only time in KH that I could actually feel the emotion a character was giving off with just their facial expression. With the PS4s graphical capabilities, I'm hoping that, not only will they eliminate the "paper face" phenomena when zoomed out, but when zoomed in will actually be able to emulate the level of emotion found in the films.

I agree, it kind of ruins the whole moment when they keep switching between the very well animated faces to the paper ones. I've been thinking that since I started

Paper (fish) faces are a thing of 6th gen graphics. No more this time. Not with mocap animations and other things to avoid that. No excuse

Oh, i know Paper faces are gone for good I'm just hoping they;tt take it further, having the zoomed out model have the level of expression found previously in close up, then have the close ups go farther and take it to the level of the actual movies, which even the head shots never accomplished in gen 6. I have examples but ever since the sited re-design you have to jump trough a million hoops to post one in a thread.

Ha, with the new-gen consoles capabilities, I'm certain that our beloved Keyblade Wielders and friends won't ever have their paper faces again, of that much I'm sure! :3

You literally described my frustration. I hate when they ruin the whole constant of face quality. Hopefully the new engine will allow it to be better quality constantly

I hope that I never see the paper faces in Kingdom Hearts 3 and it shouldn't be an excuse as to why they can't do it get rid of them for good.
