A crisp morning, that December was. A cold, average day. quiet, at least until twelve PM. That, of course, was the opening hour of Mainstreed, the Questboards, and the Cherrywood Bar and Wood fire Pizza restaurant, a well-known hang out spot of a specific low-grade monster-bashing team, as well as where we find said team blacked out, on the floor, like usual.

 

NeverBetter awoke with a grunt, coughing up a ball of hair, he tried to recall last night's events. "That's the last time I let Yuffie get my drinks... I think I bit a chunk out of Silver's hair again..." He sighed picking himself up off the ground, he looked around at the rest of his drunken and sleeping team.

 

"All of you, get up, please!" NeverBetter called to his teammates.

Soul knocked on Yuffie's door after running like a moron again. "Hey, we're fighting gundams. Wanna join?" he asked, out of breath. Stealing a Black Knight Knightframe, he flew into battle.

(I'm sorry guys, but between all of the wackiness going on, lack of a straightforward plot, and tons of anime references that frankly, I don get, I'm not sure the is the kind of RP for me. Do you guys mind if I drop out?)

(There will be a guided plot. I feel that day 1 is just to get it out of our systems, then the next thing that will happen is this:From tonight forward, there is a day/night system. After our adventure or "day" where things are a little more serious, we switch to night. Anyone who dosen't want to dosen't have to participate in it, but at that time, we can basically freeroam. Do as we so wish, ya feel me. We can have wacky foghts, or all get drunk at the bar, or whatever we so choose. The Day part will have the actual storyline and important bits come in.I didn't want it to be too serious since Silver asked for more fun killing of monsters and shit, at least not at first, but I say 21 pages or so is good enough random fun)

Soul abandoned the battle with his knight frame while mentioning something about Nunally, before heading back to the bar. He couldn't wait afternoon already.

Yuffie sighed. She was a little exasperated by the exploits of her friends, but still. They were nice. She had finished reaffixing her door back to it's hinges. Now, she'd be able to finally get some rest. The ninja wandered over to her bedroom, and collapsed onto the bed. She was tired, exhausted almost. An actual night's sleep would probably do her some good.

Yuffie sighed. She was a little exasperated by the exploits of her friends, but still. They were nice. She had finished reaffixing her door back to it's hinges. And in that moment, the world ended. And recreated as a troubling headache woke Yuffie up. In the bar. What? But she had been home the whole time! The rest of the team, too, awoke soon enough. "I just had the strangest dream..." NeverBetter stated, looking at the bartender. "The hell you put in our drinks last night, mate?" He asked, the bartender only laughed. "Unicorn feathers and ogre toenail shavings. Makes for some intresting hallucinations. " Neverbetter took a second, taken aback, and sighed. "If you weren't my favorite worker here I would have cut you to bits for that."That's right: it was all a drug-based hallucination, noting more! It was nothing more than a dream. "Ugh. You're gonna hear from me later. Right now, though, come on, guys. We have to head out for a mission. We've barely got nuff to feed our stomachs with as it is." He muttered, walking out the door.

Yuffie clutched her forehead. Her heart began to race, and her thoughts became almost tainted. She looked up and around the others. They wouldn't mind if she stepped out for a bit. She.... She really needed a break. She stood up slowly, and blinked a couple of times. She staggered past NeverBetter. "I'll... I'll be back. Try not to have too much fun without me, Kay?" She said, her voice a little slower. She gave him a forced smile, and exited the bar.

 

She ducked around a corner, and collapsed to the ground. Her head... It hurt so gaddamn much. Beyond a hangover, beyond a migraine. A literal splitting headache, and she could barely form any thoughts of her own. She sat there, leaned up against the wall, her body barely responding anymore. She'd be fine... In a bit. In theory. She struggled down the alley further, away from sight or detection. NeverBetter would assume she went to go throw up or something.

Neko awoke, her memory fuzzy.

"What happened again...?" She muttered, nudging Silver to wake him up.

"Hey Silver, wake up. Something weird happened..." She whispered.

Her head hurt some and she didn't feel that good.

Reyn woke up feeling all weird and funky, his head throbbing. Ugh...What happened last night? I danced with Shulk and the others...and then i think i passed out... He tried to get up but his legs felt all wobbly and he collapsed back onto his bed. Ugh, this is so not how i wanted to spend Reyn Time...

Axel woke up, finding himself laying on the counter itself. Why the heck do I always sleep in weird places...? He sat up, and scooted off the counter. At least I didn't end up falling this time. He yawned, and looked around the bar, taking note of the presence of his other guild members. "I had a really weird dream last night..." He muttered, noticing that the others seemed to be out of it, too. "I guess I wasn't the only one?"

Soul walked over to the hungover Lelouch, an apathetic grin on his face. Getting bored of the events last night, he booked a plane ticket to Japan for Sky and Kittens. Only to discover it was a drug induced dream! Shaking his friend awake, Soul walked over to Axel. "Let's do a kill count contest for today's mission. I've been out of it lately."

"Gooood..." Silver whined, lifting his head off of the bar counter. What the hell was in his drink? He had the worlds worst migraine--a pounding ache that tore any train of thought from his mind and only left a dull, constant annoyance.

"Neko.." Silver mumbled, "What time is it.."

"I kissed Neko last night." Soul added, for his own amusement. He doubt anyone would believe him though. "Anyone seen Good Guy?"

"Shut up Soul." Neko said bluntly, then looking back down at Silver.

"I don't know what time it is, but something happened." She muttered.

"Nyx!" he yelled out, as he was awoke with a start. He slowly got up out of his chair, which he fell asleep in, walked up to Soul, and punched him. Right in the face. "And THAT is why you don't awaken me like that," he said to Soul, glaring at him. He looked over at NeverBetter, and asked, "What kinda mission?" Then, he said, "Yeah, I had a... weird dream, to say the least," as he walked out the bar, following NeverBetter. He slowly chomped on a muffin as he await everyone else.

"Who knows, it will depend if those Alphas and Betas are still asleep..." He replied, taking a candy out of his pocket and sucking on it. "That is if the Omega's didn't already swoop in and steal the absolute best already, but that's a fat chance."

"What... the... heck.... happened." Cap said, groggy and lying precariously in the rafters. He'd only had two sips, TWO SIPS, and this happened. This is why he didn't drink. He tried gracefully jumping to the floor below, but slipped, tumbling on top of Axel instead. "Ugh, sorry about that man." Cap said, both glad and guilty that Axel was there to break his fall. Regaining his senses, Cap rose to the ground, extending a hand to Axel in case he wanted help up.

Kev woke up in his bed. "Where.....what.........what the hell......." the last thing he remembered was fighting in a mech with nort. "Ehh. stranger things have happened in this guild." He stood up, put on some fresh clothes and his sword, and staggered out looking for his friends. he noticed Never and Nort walking down the street. He walked up. "Sup guys. what'd i miss, can you fill me in? last thing i remember was fighting in the mech with nort." he paused for a moment. "Speaking of nort, do you have a muffin? non-alcoholic plz. im hungry."

(i read the thing about the cycle with more serious days and crazy nights.)

"Bartender drugged us, man. Gave us some sort of weird dream." He sighed. "However that was a fun dream. I destroyed Yuffie's toilet with a hammer." He boasted, in a kidding sort of matter. "Anyhow, we need to go get an actual mission..."

"Damn. i liked that guy too." kevin rubbed his head. "Whelp, should we check the board?"
