Axolotls are really cool animals actually. Injecting them with certain chemicals (Iodine, I think) causes them to turn them into land salamanders, so they're kinda like real Pokemon!

Colors are kinda off, but cute none the less

The axolotl is one of the best animals ever. The fact that Mudkip is based off of it helps.

I wish Pokemon existed in place of animals... That would be AWESOME! :D

 

By the way, is the axolotl's name Aristotle? xD
