I've been mostly focusing on KH2 so far with 2.5, but I decided to pop BBS on, and when vising the Mirage Arena I noticed that you can still buy the Group Cure commands from the medal shop

why?

does Group Cure serve any purpose now? Did they just leave it as a cruel joke?

 

Maybe they forgot about it; I was able to get it early on during a route so I didn't have to worry about waiting a while till I got the regular cure command....so at least there's a benefit :>

but group cure takes longs to reload and how can they forget all the friendship commands

They probably leaved it as it was easier than to remove all the Mirage Arena commands

Its handy if you dont want to use the command board to get an early cure command, so i'm not complaining

um..i think some, but the ones that do are not that effective like volt stack and union rush

I think they were full aware they left it in. Probably for completionists to get all 100% of the deck commands.

you can buy Cure from a shop after clearing TAV's first world, and that's also when you unlock the Mirage Arena, so that's not really useful

would it have killed them to rename it or make it unique in some way?

I don't know how much they tweaked the Mirage Arena missions, but maybe using it still secretly gives you a boosted medal count? *shrug*
