Their shoulders are almost at the same level, but Elsa appears to be a good 2-4 inches taller.
Damn Hans probably could have just thrown his sword at her instead, it's kinda hard to miss

Animators have a knack for giving princesses alarmingly long necks. I guess it's supposed to represent feminity, but in some shots it just looks freakish. Case in point: Elise from Sonic '06
