I liked all of your list, they are worlds I'd like to see very much, especially Treasure Planet and Atlantis: The Lost Empire.  Good lord, you don't know how much I've wanted these films to become worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series!  And I definitely agree that Port Royal must come back, and a world based on Tangled would be amazing!  Overall, I liked all the choices on your list! :)

However, technically Hallow Bastion wasn't Hallow Bastion all the time. It was Radiant Garden before being reduced to Hallow Bastion. 

 

And Elsa could have made it icy long before it needed Sora and the others.
