Mythril Items must be synthesized.

 

Serenity items are dropped by Bulky Vendors depending on the Reaction Command you use. Alternatively, for any Serenity Item, except Crystal, they are dropped by Heartless in the first Cavern of Remembrance room (they just have a very low drop rate, so this may not be advised unless you have every Lucky Ring and Lucky Lucky ability possible equipped).

I know that but if I synthesize example a mythril crystal it still says 0 when I'm trying to synthesize that item.

I did try all combos with energy, serenity and bright.

You can synthesize Mythril shards and gems once you have attained a certain moogle level. To get Mythril Stones and Crystals, you'll need to add the appropriate Serenity material. If it's not letting you synth, you're probably missing ingredients.

It let me synt I can synthesize it many times. My moogle lvl is lvl9 primo moogle.

How many times I synt it still shows 0. Example when I want to craft blizzaga armlet it says 0 myth shards when I crafted like 5.

 

Edit: Fixed I needed to go in the synthesize menu again I though I went probably not.
