I'm going trough this problem all over again...

 

I've tried to forge the Ultima, in total so far, four times. Managed once for a save that it's gone.

 

I've completed the game. Everything's discovered. All cups are won. Cavern is done and so on. I can't find the last materials. I have 57. I'm missing two which I think I can find, but what leaves next? I can't see what materials I'm missing... I'm not even sure how many materials there are for Final Mix... o.o

 

Ugh... Sweet Memories no loneer has 'Lucky Lucky'. Dunno which keyblade to use on this case.

 

Why did they removed the 'Lucky Lucky' from any sort of weapon in the game?

 

 

So, here's some materials that I'm missing.

 

Dense Crystal; -- I've killed many Bersekers, nothing so far. 

Twilight Gem;  -- Actually lost the count of many Assassins I defeated so far.

Blazing Stone; -- I farm pretty regularly in Olympus....

Remembrance Crystal(I have already used one to make Donald a staff... so I'm not sure if this one counts.)

 

There's more, but I can't find them. Killing the proper enemies won't drop. For Dense Crystal, I've killed countless Bersekers and nothing so far.

Naming every material that I have is going to be a pain both for people who read and for me to write. Perhaps I wam going to do, but I'm not sure if it is going to be any help at all.

All I can say is that there is four kinds of every item (except Orichalcum and Illusion, which there are only two of each--Orichalcum and Orichalcum+... and Lost Illusion and Manifest Illusion).

 

There is a Shard, Stone, Gem, and Crystal for every Synthesis type. (Blazing, Frost, Thunder, Dark, Dense, Power, Twilight, Serenity, Energy, Mythril, Remembrance...)

 

I might be forgetting some.

Equip all the Lucky Lucky abilities you can and even Lucky Rings, to further increase your odds.

 

If you have to, synthesize more Lucky Rings.

 

The Remembrance Crystal you used will still count.

Where can I find Lucky Rings? Haven't gotten any of those so far, though.

I think Lucky Rings have to be synthesized.

 

If you don't have the recipe for it, you'll have to settle for just having Lucky Lucky equipped.

 

Keyblade doesn't matter since none of them have Lucky Lucky attached to them.

I'm using the Agrabah Keyblade because of Jackpot... It kinda helps. Been droppin' a lot since I started using it. Maybe it's just luck.

Jackpot has nothing to do with item drop rates; it only increases the amount of orbs dropped.

You could literally equip a different Keyblade and nothing would change.

 

The fact that more items dropped after equipping Wishing Lamp is pure coincidence.

After you give the Moogle the items, you will receive the Orichalcum+.

 

Then you have to exit and re-enter the Synthesis menu to give that Orichalcum+ to the Moogle so you can use it in Item Synthesis.

Because they converted the Lucky Lucky from it into a ability that can be toggled on/off and you get through normal leveling.Anyway, I would suggest using the Wiki articles for the item your missing. However, I can't imagine how you are missing go many, I was only missing two regular drops and then Mushroom 13 and Cavern items once I finished the main story. As long as you have all 3 Lucky Lucky for Sora and the ones for Goofy/Donald equiped, it shouldn't take too long since you can then use any keyblade you so wish.

It's not even a glitch.

 

It was added to your Stock but it doesn't immediately transfer to the Moogle until you enter the Synthesis menu again.

There are 13 families of Synthesis Items (excluding some obvious materials, like Orichalcums)

 

Each family is formed by 4 components:

 

Shards- Dropped by enemies in early game

 

Stones- Dropped by enemies in early/mid game

 

Gems- Dropped by enemies in mid game

 

Crystals- Dropped by enemies in end game

 

The families are:

 

1) Blaze

2) Frost

3) Lightning

4) Power

5) Lucid

6) Dark

7) Twilight

8) Dense

9) Mythril

10) Bright

11) Energy

12) Serenity

13) (New) Tranquility

 

Then we have Orichalcums, Orichalcums +, Lost Illusions, and Found Illusions.

 

Since there are no more Lucky Lucky weapons anymore, I'd advise you to use Photon Debugger as your Keyblade, and have another Thunder Boost equipped, as well as all Lucky Luckies you can get. You can synthesise Lucky Rings later on.

 

Go for the Magnega + Thundaga trick to easily kill enemies, and farm items much faster

 

 

Dense Crystals: Just kill as many Berserkers as you can, they are a bit nitpicky when it comes to dropping those, but you'll get them eventually.

 

Twilight Gems: Oh, I know all too well the pain that is Twilight Gems Again, all you can do is just kill as many as you can.

 

Blazing Stones: These can be farmed very easily Just do a round up throughout some worlds, and you should have a good number of them.

 

Tranquility Crystals: Oh boy, this is where it gets tricky You can do 2 things to get them:

- Beat any Mushroom XIII challenge sucessfully

- Kill Heartless on the Cavern of Rememberance (Starting from the conveyor belts area)

Got my ultima weapon already though.
