Can Anyone Help With This Issue?

me and my sister got hyrule warriors. we previously played bayonetta together. my sister actually really likes hyrule warriors and wants to play this together too. only problem is, i want to play this game on my own. like, i DEFINETTLY enjoyed playing bayonetta with her, but this game is a game that i just want to play by myself. you know sometimes you want to sit down and play a game by yourself? for me thats this game. but the thing is, i also want to play with her. just not mainly. i want to sometimes play a game of hyrule warriors with her. but another thing is, she said that she only wants to play legend mode and advnture mode. the 2 modes that i want to play alone and that i already started playing alone. i told her that id like to play legend mode by myself first and then id be glad to play again with her, but she said that she wont enjoy it tat way because i already know what happens. (which i understand) so in short, its either i always play by myself and never with her (which i WANT to do. its just that i want my first playthrough to be by myself), or i play with her on my first playthrough of legend and edventure mode. i told her that we could play free mode because thats what its for. playing a regular game with no story just for the fun. but she said that she dislikes that idea and that she doesent want to play that mode. so weve reached a stailmate. we both want to play the game in different ways and if one of us plays the way we want to, it will ruinn it for the other. am i being selfish? its just that we JUST played bayonetta together and i want this game to be a game that i play by myself. i game that i could i guesss relax with or something. but my sister has made it clear that the only options are either play either with or without her. i want to do both. its just that i mainly want to play by myself. i just feel that we had enough time together playing a game from bayonetta so i felt it was ok to want to relax and play a full game by myself. but is that actually selfish?

I wouldn't say you're selfish to want to play through it alone first, I can be the same way too. My brother and I are only playing Luigi U and Tropical Freeze co-op (And haven't progressed much in either one because we keep forgetting about them), but I wanted to play Mario U and 3D World single player first. We also started Hyrule Warriors and Mario Kart 8 with multiplayer, but then we each played through by ourselves later on. Sometimes, people just want to play the games for themselves. That's understandable.

As for your problem, this might not be what you want, but maybe you could play through it with her first, and then play through it by yourself afterwards? That's the best solution I can come up with, honestly. That's kind of a tough situation. :/

No, it isn't selfish. You had a very hearty time playing Bayonetta with her (great game, btw) So why shouldn't you be allowed to play a little Hyrule Warrior by yourself, this time? She may be a little disappointment at first, but she'll get over it. You see her every single day, so taking a little time out to relax by yourself, is understandable. Just tell her you wanna go solo this time. But in a nice way. :)

That's true. ._. I've watched my brother play Adventure Mode, it looks like it'll take ages when I get around to playing more Hyrule Warriors xD No problem! It's good that you've got a solution now!
