(okay guys feel free to post and also, follow this thread to stay up to date! Happy Hunting/Hiding!)

It was a long cloudy day in the city of Brookshire, where on a busy street stood the Baker Street Laundromat. A young girl of seventeen exited the back room of said building, and bid her father farewell.

"Papa," The young lady said. "I'm going outside." The father, busy with fixing a washing machine nodded.

"Sí, nena linda. Ten cuidado por favor." He replied in his native language.

With that, the young lady, named Henrietta, left the building proudly wearing a brooch of a spider on her olive green jacket. Right above her breast pocket.

Henrietta sighed as she entered the busy streets. "Hopefully today will bring more answers..." She muttered underneath her breath.

This....this was too damn easy. Laughable indeed.   If anything, the greatest statistic for Taboos....was the daunting percentage of teenage Taboos who had died. More than seventy five percent of Ta

Getting onto the bus, bored out of his mind, Max let out a sigh as he sat in the last seat of the bus, he had managed to get a seat for himself, as he was in the bus, the worst time for his cellphone to ring it rings "Now of all times" he commented as he took it out and answered it.

"Yeah?, oh right, you found the place? good...what time?...roger" he spoke with his contact in the most normal way possible as to not arouse suspicion, his mark hiding below his shirt as he was now on his way home to pick up his equipment, all the while keeping an eye to anyone suspicious in the bus, he didn't need to but he thought he'd mind as well.

He soon decided to leave the bus and walk the rest of the way home, probably an hours walk, well it'd allow him to relax a bit, maybe meet someone along the way, at least thats what he wished anyway, but he honestly didn't care much.

Huey began shoveling dirt back into the hole while singing a lovely little tune. "There's a skeleton in the woods! Scaring all the kids, you see. Maybe we should teach it a lesson. That's alright by me!" His voice rose and fell rhythmically in a sing-songy manner, but he was careful not to be too loud. When the hole was full once again, Huey knelt down closer to the ground and smiled slightly. "Best birthday ever." He muttered. He got up and began to walk away. Looking down, Huey frowned when he noticed the dirt left on the pant legs and sleeves of his newly pressed outfit. "How inconsiderate. Doesn't he know that money doesn't grow on trees? Well actually, maybe it does. Maybe he'll grow into a money tree, who knows? Man, I'd like to see that!" After dusting himself off and inspecting the damage, Huey decided that a trip back to the cleaners was in order.

Delilah kept looking behind John into the crowd to see if Mikhail was following. She expected him to.

"I was reading. I spend most of my time in my study reading and what not while my parents are away. I decided to read Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers. Next I will probably read The Count of Monte Cristo by the same author. Are you well? You look ill."

That cought john off guard. "Me? yeah im - im- fin ahem- fine. yeah. just fine." nailed it. "So. you must like to read. thats pretty cool. ive always been a reader myself. kind of a nerd in school. some of my favorites are the original Sherlock Holmes books by Arthur Conan Doyle. Although, my real passion is mechanics. i love working with tools and such. How bout you, got a hobby other than reading?" He noticed deliah keeping watch. He put his hand on the back of his neck to loosen his necklace in case he needed his claws.

As Rugos leaves the coffee shop,he began to take out his mini GPS from his pocket to see his next destination."Welp, gotta go to the park for some fresh air." Rugos said as he head towards to the park with the help of his GPS.Then,Rugos saw a girl (Henrietta) nearby. "Funny that I feel something off about seeing her..." Rugos said as he continue to leave scene,as his destination will be at the park...

(Seriously,I dunno how to met you guys.Sorry if there's a wrong way to put it.)

Kenneth finally made it to the store. He walked inside and began stocking up on mostly meat and water. Thank God him and his brothers all worked, or else he won't be able to pay for all of this. He didn't bother taking a shopping cart. He gathered up a huge mass of stuff and walked to a cashier who was giving Ken a weird look.

"Uh, Would you like me to put those in boxes for you, sir?", the cashier offered nervously.
  "Yes.", Ken said coldly.
"Oookay.". The cashier got out some large boxes and started to put the packaged meat in them. It all added up to almost 7 boxes. "Jeez, these are pretty heavy! Do you need help with any-"
"No.", Ken interrupted. "I can carry it by myself." He took the boxes and put the water on top of them. The boxes just barely passed his head in height. He gave the cashier the money.
"Oookay, If you say so.", the cashier took the money and just stared at Ken as he walked out of the store. He walked down the street towards his home with a grumpy face.

(Don't worry guys; action to the rescue!)

Delilah looked to her watch, almost as if she was waiting for something. "You seem awfully interested in your necklace..." She muttered, noticing the string around John's neck. She didn't even bother answering his question. Suddenly, a loud bang was heard, and smoke could be seen coming from the park. People were running from the source of the smoke, screaming. Crowds and crowds of people flooded the street. All running from the danger. Delilah ran towards it, not really caring if John followed. Hopefully the stranger Mikhail wouldn't run towards the danger.

Henrietta heard the sudden bang, and watched as all the people bumped into her as they ran away. She saw the smoke coming from the distance, and looked to Kohina.

"That's coming from the library!" She said.

Edited by Awuwa7KH

"Huh? Oh, yeah, it's rather important to me. " just then, the bang happened. "Wha- oh shi" before he could finish cursing, Delilah had run off, and was gone. John now had to decide. Did he run off and try to find Delilah, someone who might be able to help him figure out about more his curse, and maybe be a friend to John, something he never really had, or does he investigate the smoke? He sighed "God dammit, let's do the right thing." He jogged off towards the smoke, unaware of who else would be there.

Sid was still strolling, thinking about his new target when the explosion happened. "Oh? Wow, the city sure is exciting today." He changed the direction of his leisurely pace towards the smoke. He saw John running towards it and remarked "he looks familiar. Wonder if I've seen him before. Oh, that's the Sarkhan kid. Wonder what's got him in the city." He continued off towards the smoke feeling quite happy in his decision to come to the city today.

Huey strolled leisurely out of the wooded section of the park, trying to look as unassuming as possible. When suddenly, a big pop sounded in his head. "Ow." Huey said, moving to massage his damaged ears. Out of nowhere, people around the park started looking a little more panicked than usual. In the distance, Huey could see a large pillar of smoke rising on the horizon. "Woah..." Huey muttered in awe. "That looks like a pretty big deal. I can't think of anything better to do than run towards it!" His mind made up, Huey began a mad dash towards the center of the park.

"Something's happening?" Mikhail asked. Unfortunately for those who found him off-putting, Mikhail was attracted to the explosion and fire. His heart thumped as his hand absently passed and pressed against his left side--were a thick knife was hidden. A concealed weapon, in the event of emergencies like this."What's happening, terrorist attack....or..?"

The only other thing in Mikhail's mind would be a Taboo gone rogue. If the smoke remained that thick, then Mikhail would have no problem in dealing with them. And since, if that was the case, there would be no moral dilemma to boot.

Jonathan had arrived at his home, gathered his equipment into his backpack, thank god the bolt action rifle could be folded thanks to some handy modifications from his gunsmith friend, his armor wasn't much, just some padding and a helmet, which didn't take too much space from the backpack, and weren't that heavy either, which was good.

As he was now heading to get something to eat he heard an explosion in the distance, at a time like this and considering terrorists haven't attacked in a while, "Taboos...must be." he said gritting his teeth letting out a small grin as he started sprinting, making his own route to avoid attention as he was using some of his taboo power in order to move faster than normal.

Kohina looked at Henrietta nervously.

"Henrietta...do you trust me?" She asked, nervous for a response.

She needed to use her abilities if they wanted to get to the library.

Henrietta looked to Kohina and gave a firm nod.

"I do trust you!" She said. But suddenly, Henrietta unbuttoned her brooch. "The question is, do you trust me..." She took off her brooch and suddenly eight long spider legs sprouted from her back almost as if she had wings. Luckily everyone had dispersed from the street so it was just her and Kohina on that block. She glanced to her friend, and hoped she wouldn't freak out.

Meanwhile, Delilah had arrived at the scene of the fire. It was a burning building in the middle of the large park, and fire was bursting from the windows. A few people were trapped inside, and screaming. Delilah instead of going in right away, she took off her earring and hid nearby. She knew it might be too risky going inside right away; she needed to know who else were going to show up, and if they were friendly. She expected John not too far behind.

john came up on the burning building. What could he do? he had to do something. he didnt know if there were people in there, or how bad the structural damage was. He decided his best bet was to use his bear form to get in and smash his way out. he ducked nearby and took off his necklace. He gained claws, and his muscles were visually larger. he ran past deliah while his hair grew and he was quite noticeably a bear, however not exposed to the public. he didnt think there would be anyone else waiting near the building. he paused for a moment and looked at deliah "i -ah- i can explain." he glanced at the building. "Later." He ran to a first floor window and bashed it in. he saw someone hiding under their desk. by this point, his bear form disguised his face, so he drew attention to himself. "How many people are trapped?"

Sid was in the crowd, seeing what he could see. He noticed john hiding. "Oh, playing the hero sarkhan? ill make a note of that." He hung out and waited for more info to come across him

"Well that's kinda creepy..." she muttered.

"I was assuming we'd go my way." She said with a smirk, ripping the bottom of her wool sweater and her sheep horns appearing atop her head.

Her feet morphed into hooves, and the ripped wool grew back imminently.

"Looks like we're b-both rather special..." Kohina still sounded funny pronouncing her "b's".

"Lets go." She said, running at a fast, steady speed to the library.

Kenneth was almost home. Thank God. As he was about to open the door, he heard a loud bang. His eyes widened and he froze. He snapped his head back to see smoke in the distance.

"Oh man!", he exclaimed. "I don't wanna miss this!"

He kicked the front door down and quickly ran over to the freezer and stored the meat in there.

"Ted! Chris! Get out here! There was an explosion outside!"

"What? Really? Sweet!", Ted shouted happily.

"Well, let's go see it!", Chris responded, grabbing his glasses.

They simultaneously headed out of the door and ran towards the park.

When they got to the park, the three hid behind a tree and watched the chaos emerge.

"Ooh-hoo-hoo! This is golden!", Ken said. All three of them just loved watching things burn. Literally.

The building was on fire, and it wasn't Huey's fault. That was a good start. Huey had just arrived on the scene, and it appeared as though multiple people were entering the burning building in order to rescue some poor folks trapped in the fire. "Well, I suppose it's time for uncle Huey to perform his customary good deed for the week." Huey thought, as he decided to assist the strangers around him. He entered a sprinting position, and focused his senses. "Looks like all that gymnastic training is finally going to pay off! Or, wait, maybe it was track?" Huey pondered for a moment while people were burning to death just a few feet away. "Oh! I remember now!" Huey said as he began to smile. "It was both!" Huey began to quickly prance towards the building in a fit of joy.

As Rugos were arrived in the park,he noticed a black smoke nearby, signalling a danger ahead. "Looks to me,catastrophic events just up ahead." Rugos said, began to head towards the place where smoke comes from. It was a building that was on blazing fire. He also noticed that many people were inside, being trapped in. "Welp, time to make some use of this ring..." Rugos said as he immediately leave the scene and went to the faraway alley where no one sees him. He began to use his hood on in order for people not noticing him and the next thing after that,he began to grow a black wings from his back and fly off to the burning building.

As he was on his way to the burning building,he communicates the flock of crows that was appear beside him. "Call other birds. Do what you can to take out the fire." Rugos said as the crows agreed without hesitate. Rugos arrived on the scene where he broke the building's window put the steel ladder on it.Since the wall of those buidlings can be burned,it has been taken out a little with the help of the crows whose carrying a bucket of water. As Rugos immediately go inside the building from the window,he immediately kept his wings from being seen. " Everybody,go out of the window!there's a ladder awaiting for you!" Rugos said to the people who trap here, hoping that all of them will be saved.

Huey entered the building, and immediately began to look around. He could hear a few people on the first floor, and several on the second. He decided to start evacuating the first floor and then move up to the second if he had time. "Poor second floor dwellers. Maybe they should have taken this into consideration when choosing their accommodations. If they die, it will clearly just be their own fault." Deciding not to linger any longer, Huey began to run through the building towards who he believed to be the closest person. He bounced between burning hallways and dodged dangerous debris all while attuning his alliteration. After turning a corner, he discovered a young woman, passed out on the floor with a young baby crying in her arms. "Aww. That would be cute if you weren't about to die!" Huey picked up the woman and child and turned to leave. "Now isn't the time for sleep, lady. You can rest when you're dead!"

(Omg Huey LOL)

Henrietta was rather shocked at the fact that Kohina was obviously a Taboo. Both shocked and somewhat happy at this new revelation, Henrietta darted forward as well. She grabbed her black scarf and tied it so it could cover her lower face.

"We have to conceal our identity." Henrietta said.

Meanwhile, Delilah didn't leave the bushes just yet. She was weary of who else would show up. Other people were helping those trapped inside, so Delilah stood by just in case her help was truly needed.

Max quickly arrived at the scene, running at a normal human speed as he arrived, he had suppressed the taboo a bit before arriving as to not arouse suspicion, the first thing he noticed was the burning library in front of a large park, although he couldn't help but sense a peculiar smell...from the bushes nearby, he gave a small look at the bushes hearing screaming turning right around and looking at the building, "Great." he said annoyied.

He approached the building as he heard the people outside, he looked at the second floor, "there is probably people in there" he said taking a last look around him.

"How interesting everything is becoming...."

Mikhail stood far away from the chaos, action, and the others. If someone had approached him already, he'd ignore them for the moment. There was a lot of things going on, it seemed. And...if his eyes didn't deceive him, there was several of the Taboos hanging around.

"A shame I do not have my rifle...I'd pop each and every one of your heads off," He whispered, smirking to himself, "But I'll keep an eye on all of you, and you'll be certain that Charon will guide your damnable souls to hell."

The person hiding under the desk, an older man, coughed and sputtered from being unable to breathe.

"E-Eight! I tried to g-get everyone- out of here b-but there's too many...!"

Meanwhile once they got to the library, Henrietta was shocked to see that there were other Taboo helping too.

"So many in one place!" She said in shock. She looked to see if Kohina had made it too.

"The place is going to fall down. Be careful."

"I'm always careful." Kohina said, leaping up and breaking through the second floor with window.

"Henrietta, help me out!" She called.

Max almost reached out to his bag to pull his rifle out and be prepared to shoot them but he quickly thought otherwise, as he saw that they were trying to help the people on the library, "..." he stood silent as he ran towards the building, but not leaping up, instead he did some fancy parkour-ing in order to get up to the second floor's window as he climbed up and entered it.

He looked around, fire everywher, Kohina was inside as well, he was watchfull of her because a leap like that had she had to be a taboo, he didn't really care though, he wanted to save these people first, "Whatever we're going to do help these people we better do it quick" he said with a serious tone.
