(okay guys feel free to post and also, follow this thread to stay up to date! Happy Hunting/Hiding!)

It was a long cloudy day in the city of Brookshire, where on a busy street stood the Baker Street Laundromat. A young girl of seventeen exited the back room of said building, and bid her father farewell.

"Papa," The young lady said. "I'm going outside." The father, busy with fixing a washing machine nodded.

"Sí, nena linda. Ten cuidado por favor." He replied in his native language.

With that, the young lady, named Henrietta, left the building proudly wearing a brooch of a spider on her olive green jacket. Right above her breast pocket.

Henrietta sighed as she entered the busy streets. "Hopefully today will bring more answers..." She muttered underneath her breath.

"Alright. I made a hole in that window over there. The paths clear. Get out. I'm goin in for the rest." Without letting the man say another word, John dashed deeper into the building saving three more in the process. "Okay. Five left to find." That was al the people on the first floor, but how would he get up? The main staircase was foo damaged for John to use, he was too heavy. He ran off to find some maintenance stairwell. He eventually managed to get to the second floor where Kohina and max were. "I've cleared the first floor. There should only be five left."

"Okay, thank you two." Kohina said, running quickly to look around.

Her strong senses should help point out someone, and sure enough, Kohina found a young lady, and rushed her outside.

Max nodded at John as he saw Kohina dashing in and getting a young lady out, he concentrated for a second as he ran deeper inside, soon enough he found two small kids, he quickly picked them up and helt one of them in his arms as he rushed them outside.

He safely left the two kids on the ground outside of the library, now safe, "two more are left then" he said.

Huey looked at the crumpled bodies lying on the floor, satisfied with himself. "Hmm... one, two... seven! I'd say that's good enough." Huey had saved several people from a fiery death, and he was feeling pretty good about that. He had brought them outside the building to rest and get some fresh air. Huey could still sense several people collapsed from oxygen deprivation on the second floor, as well as others that seemed to be there to rescue them. "Hmm, I bet that second floor used to be a great place! But now, it needs help..." Huey thought very hard about how to get to the second floor. He felt a dull ache in the back of his mouth. A small smile crept up on his face. "Oh, shush..." He whispered softly. "You'll get your moment soon, my dear... my precious, sweet... Laughing Lion..." Suddenly, an idea popped up in the back of Huey's mind. "Oh, okay." He said, having finally found a way out of his predicament. Huey sat down. "I'll just stay here. That's pretty easy." Suddenly, one of his new "friends" began to stir, an elderly gentleman who looked like he had a good sense of humor. "Oh, hey! You're just in time to hear my new joke! I came up with it while I was saving your life. Alright, so, a nurse, a lawyer, and a pyromaniac walk into a bar..."

Henrietta was already on it; she climbed up to the window and shouted to Kohina. "I got the second floor!" She scaled the wall to the second floor by just her hands alone. She went in through the window and saw two people; a little boy who was hugging his legs in the far end of the room and a teenaged girl in front of her. The girl was at the window, so Henrietta shot a web so the girl could climb down and escape. She went up to the boy next, and was about to pick him up.

"You're going to be okay-" suddenly, the floor she stood on collapsed, and she fell through with the boy. Henrietta screamed out of fright, but the boy was silent due to shock.

Max had already climbed up to the second window as Henrietta rushed in to save the boy, he tried to help but the floor quickly collapsed on her.

"Damn!, are you alright?" he asked her as he felt the flames getting closer, "Do you see a way out?!" he asked her again.

"I-I'm fine..." Henrietta muttered as she rubbed her head. The debris acted like a cage; trapping them. Henrietta could see the others including Kohina, so she reached her hand through a tiny opening. The boy was right next to her, unconscious. She tried to shake the boy, but to no avail.

"He's not breathing!" She said. "The debris won't budge!

Kohina took a deep breath, beginning to savage debris off of Henrietta.

She managed to make a small hole, grabbing the little boy and handing him to Max.

"Please, save him. He's just a kid." She said seriously.

The fire was creeping closer.

"Hold on Henrietta!" She called, heaving some more debris.

As Rugos managed to evacuate the people in the burning building by go out from the window,Rugos began to do a desperate measures."Looks like there's no choice..." Rugos began to take out his wings once more and he tried to flapped it faster in order to take out the fire by creating a strong wind from his wings. "Better check if there was a person still here." Rugos began to search while flapping his wing as he on his way to the second floor and arrived by kicking the door. There,he found a some people, like a lifesaver just as himself, and he saw a girl (Henrietta) he knew back then, whose in the middle of saving the boy."Looks like meeting you here was not coincidence...Now go!"Rugos said as he told her and the others to escape...

"Damn..." he said in annyiance as he saw the fire coming, as he was quickly handed the boy by Kohina, "right" he said rushing outside.

It was then he depared with the most pathetic sight of all, Huey making jokes to everyone he saved, that nearly died in the middle of the fire, but he had no time to mock, he quickly approached a para-medic that have just arrived, "You save this boy!" he shouted at the man, who was clearly shook by it as he quickly grabbed hold of the boy and started to aid him.

He then turned around, and saw...a man flying in? this was clearly a taboo, but as they were helping other he had no time to really try to do anything to them, he quickly ran and climbed up to the building's second floor again to try and help.

Right when Huey was still in the middle of his joke, he heard a sigh aimed at him not far from where he sat. "Hey!" He said, briefly diverting his attention from his enraptured audience of two barely lucid adults and a collapsed group of kids. "I'm just adding a little levity! Besides, as you may not have realized, I am a completely innocent bystander with no real significant powers whatsoever..."Huey was going to say something else but realized the person was no longer standing there. Huey shrugged turned back and continued from where he left off. "Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to get you guys some water or something. I'm gonna go to the store!" Huey stood up and began to walk away. However, he turned back and looked at the elderly gentleman. "You want anything, Paul? A sandwich? Some greeting cards?" Paul didn't say anything because he was still kind of woozy. Huey shrugged once more and kept walking.

With the help of Kohina and the others, Henrietta broke free from the debris. This newcomer with the winds took out the fire. He spoke to Henrietta, who tried to get as much air as she can. She was covered in soot.

"E-Excuse me...?" She coughed in her arm. "I-Is the boy o-okay?"

Meanwhile, as the paramedic began work on the boy, the boy suddenly coughed and gasped for air. He was very disoriented and dazed. "U-Ugh..."

johns fur was starting to get singed. If he was inside the building he risked catching on fire. He ran to a window, leaped out and rolled in to the bushes. He put his necklace back on as the fire was handled and the paramedics began to check on the people in the fire. He shrunk back down, put his shirt back on (which he had to shed to keep it from tearing) and lay there, huffing. He was exauseted. But he felt proud. He saved lives just then, along with the other taboo. His dad would be proud.

Kohina got out of the building immediately, her shaking her self off as soon as she got outside.

Her "wool" was almost died black simply cause of the soot.

She changed back into her human form, looking at Henrietta.

Henrietta pinned her brooch back on and turned into her own human form, and stumbled out of the library right behind Kohina. She began to cough in her arm.

"Well-" she said before she coughed a few times. "That was enough action for one day... So you're a Taboo like me."

Delilah walked up to John and stared down at him. She held a book in her hands and gave him a blank stare.

"You look tired." She commented almost sarcastically. She sat on her knees to poke him.

"So you're a giant bear. Almost like yogi bear. Maybe you should wear a green hat."

Max was simply sitting down on a bench, trying to collect his thoughts and analize the situation, 'They're taboos, like me, but they seemed to help the civilians...I will keep an eye on them, they try anything suspicious, hurt anybody, then I will attack, until then I will remain neutral' he thought to himself about what he was going to do now, clearly late for his night assignment, well he didn't really care much for it, it was more of a scouting mission, and it seemed he has just partaken in one heck of a scouting mission, he found several taboos in this library fire.

Never once did he release his taboo and allowed his beast form to kick in, otherwise his bloodlust would have risen and he might have attacked them, he just casually looked around the scene and at the other taboos in the area, who seemed to be talking to one another socially, he constantly glanced at the paramedics to oversee if they managed to do anything to aid the civilians that he and the taboos rescued.

"One heck of a day" he said sarcastically.

John sat up and looked back at deliah. "Har har. Yes, I am a large bear. But you don't seem phased by that at all. Are you a taboo as well?" It was the only thing John could think of that would explain he deliahs calm demeanor after seeing a man bear run past her tearing off his shirt.

Meanwhile, Sid watched intrigued. "Hmm. These taboo seem very skilled. This should be a good hunt." He walked off and started towards the address kev sent him. He was gonna stake out that lion mark

Huey returned, carrying several large packages of bottled water. Upon seeing a bunch of people gathered around in front of the library, his face lit up. "Hey!" He called out. 'You must be the guys who helped all these people out. You know, that's real swell. But I bet you guys worked up quite a thirst in that big burning building, am I right? I think I am." Huey put down the water, and grabbed a bottle for himself. "Heck, I didn't even do that much and I'm still pretty thirsty! How about it, hmm? Don't worry, I'm not charging anything for em'. At least not right now."

While all of this was happening, Kenneth and his brothers were a bit disappointed and surprised at all the taboo being hospitable to the people in the library. Ken even to hang onto Chris against his will to avoid him giving into the temptation to kill, and getting them caught.

"What a drag. Since when were the Taboo helping the humans? Cowards.", remarked Ken.
"Yeah.", replied Ted, crossing his arms in disappointment. "Let's bounce."
"Amen to that. And the building didn't even fully collapse.", Chris commented, still being held against his will.
"Yeah." Ken let go of Chris. "Let's go home, boys." He started walking back towards their home with his brothers following behind.
"Let's be fast, guys.", Ken said to them. "I didn't lock the door when we left.", he admitted, not seeming to really care.
"Ah! Ken!", Ted scolded. "You friggin' idiot!"
"Whoa-ho-ho. Calm yourself, Teddy!", Ken teased.
Ted groaned in annoyance. "Don't call me that!"

Delilah crossed her arms, somewhat dissapointed that John didn't realize she was a Taboo earlier.

"Yes I am; I have the Curse of the Snake. It's a shame this library had to burn down... It held useful information of our kind. Like this book I checked out the other day." She took out a book from her purse, which was just a black leather book cover. "I think we should leave now... While I was watching I noticed what looks to be Hunters in the area. With all the Taboo revealing themselves in an attempt to act as heroes, now the Hunters not only have an idea of who we are, but also what our abilities are and what our Marks are. In your case, your Mark is a necklace."

Meanwhile Henrietta decided to grab a hold of two of Huey's water bottles. She gave one to Kohina. "We should go." She said. "A lot of people saw us... We don't know if their friends or foes. My father's Laundromat is nearby. We could talk in there."

This....this was too damn easy. Laughable indeed.

If anything, the greatest statistic for Taboos....was the daunting percentage of teenage Taboos who had died. More than seventy five percent of Taboos would eventually get themselves killed, either from Hunters or other causes. Mikhail knew exactly why.

They were idiotic and naive. Having these powers appealed to their sense of strength and worth...which made them flash their abilities and risk their lives almost too often.

And now nearly every Taboo in the area had practically sent up a beacon saying, Here I am, look at me!

Mikhail had seen them all. He saw their abilities, appearances, and even the location of their mark. This would be far too easy.

"Naive fools, none of you are aware at all...." He smirked, glad to be away from the chaos, "Which one to hunt, first..?"

There. The bear. He seemed so confident in his powers....almost too cocky.

"I shall usher you to hell, Taboo."

(Mikhail for greatest villain.)

john nodded in agreement. "Yeah, lets bail." he stood up and offered a hand to deliah. once she was up, he realized she said we. as in together. okay, play it cool bruh. "Where should we go?" he stopped there before he started offering his house and risk sounding creepy.

sid made it to the address. he noticed the front was unlocked. "huh. someones sloppy." he didnt go in. this wasnt a break in or assassination, but recon. he climbed a nearby tree to get a good vantage point and waited.

Max managed to overhear the taboo's conversation with his better hearing due to being a taboo himself, he wasn't worried about being discovered because he didn't show any of his taboo powers, he simply climbed the library's window and got in, a fit human being would be able to do that, although the others taboos didn't have problems showing their taboo forms...their mistake, even though he held nothing against them he still had his suspicions, and hearing about the laundromat's offer was just the thing he needed.

He was still sitting in the bench seeming as if he was relaxing after his actions at the library, but he was paying attention to the taboos and where they were going, 'So we got several, the most interesting seems to be the bear...hmm i'l check these guys out before I do anything else' he thought to himself.

"Laundromat! That sounds like an utterly fantastic idea. You know, I was planning on going there anyway." Huey looked down and realized his suit was still dirty. This made him frown, but he managed to pick himself up again. That was a figure of speech. He didn't actually fall down at all. "Alright, everyone. Got your water? Yes, no? Well, too bad. Because it's not for sale anymore."Huey grabbed a bottle from one of the large packages on his right shoulder. "You people seriously need to look into opportunity cost." Huey smiled as he uncapped the bottle and began to drink with a smug expression on his face.

As the people were saved from him and the other people on the burning building,Rugos immediately leaves the scene as he take out his wings once more, fly off to another place by going out from the window while his face was covered from his hood, onward. "Looks like I blown my cover too much..." Rugos said as he on his way to another destination. "Still, never thought that these ring will have these kinds of benefits....intriguing..." Rugos said with an amusement tone, continuing his mid-air journey.
