Well,from what I can tell,we don't know if he said Numbuh Vine or Numbuh 5. My bet is that he said Numbuh 5,because Numbuh 4 isn't a Galactic level operative. Also,it's amazing how Numbuh 4's voice actor hasn't changed that much.

Numbuh 4's VA is Dee Bradly Baker. He was in the Avatar series. He was Momo, Appa, other animals, and many background characters. And if you were old enough to remember, he was on the gameshow Shop 'til You Drop as a "co-host".

Sorry,I forgot his name. And I didn't know that he was Appa and Momo! Thanks for telling me that. Also,I don't know what Shop 'til You Drop is. I'm not very interested in game shows.
