Does black magic or wicca exist? (no...this is not your Fire, Blizzard, Thundaga...etc)

This magic I speak of is not your ordinary 'voodoo magic'. This is the employment of spiritual forces to convey physical, mental or emotional harm/benefit to another individual in order to deliver justice. By calling on such spirits, you can change the fate of someone for the better (such as casting a protective charm if they were good ) or for the worse (such as placing a curse on the target if they were evil).

Most people associate Black magic with evil, this is the case most of the time because some practitioners use their power for unlawful purposes. But for those who understand the idea of 'karmic balance' - casting a curse on an evil person who deserves it or placing a protective charm on a good person who deserves it will not disturb the karmic balance.

There is a saying that 'what comes around goes around' and that if a person commits evil, then evil will commit to the person.

These days, I find that all the good people die early and that the people with evil intentions always live a ripe old age and proceed to harm others. Instead of waiting for 'what went around' to 'come around', I was wondering if it was possible to use black magic to deliver some 'divine intervention' to those who deserve it.

now if only I had the Death Note

"No one man should have all that power!"

Well this is gonna sound crazy...REAL crazy, but i swear this is all true- at least as i remember it- and hey crazy talk is one of the most fun parts of KH13 so gather around kids let me tell you a story.

I do believe in black magic, especially since my family has suffered quite a bit from it.
Eh you can believe or disbelieve it, i just thought it'd be interesting to mention why i believe in stuff like that.
(Also there might be a bit of strong language in here)

You see, my dad's side of the family was always genuinely firetrucked in the head, but until much later on we had no idea just how firetrucked up they are.
So my dad started off as a poor man, got married to my mom, some years into their marriage he started to get richer. His mentally firetrucked siblings and mother were awful people to begin with (to this day i honestly wonder if he was really related to them) and they started to get jealous so they tried a number of things to break them apart. Things got worse over time, that's when someone suggested my dad go visit someone who knows how to deal with black magic.
The guy confirmed that there was black magic being performed on my parents in an effort to ruin their marriage and he then did some sort of counter-voodoo type stuff, not sure what-not sure what exactly.
That day dad got home (back then I wasn't really aware of any of this) and told my sisters they might hear something odd late at night and advised them not to panic.
Late at night, the outer windows of their rooms made a pretty loud bang noise.

According to my sisters they were both awake at the time and heard the noise at the same time. This is kind of freaky because their rooms are opposite to each other so if it was the wind then the wind would have to be blowing in two opposite directions at once!

Some time later things actually seemed to cool down around our house, for the first time in years mom and dad weren't fighting that often and we even had a pretty good trip to Malaysia(or was it Dubai? Well it doesn't matter).
About half a year later dad died of a heart attack and his firetrucked up siblings tried pretending to care about us, but then tried manipulating my mom so that she'd give them money. That's all those firetruckers really cared about-money.
Soon we became aware of it and cut off all ties with them. They decided to file a case against my mother, me and my siblings in an effort to get my dad's money, even though by law we were supposed to get most of his money and possessions(though i'll admit this part isn't all too relevant to the topic).

Now occasionally we'd sit and chat and I found out that my sisters have experienced quite a few paranormal things in the past few years. The fact that my driver found what very much seemed like a hex at least twice near my house sort of confirmed this.(one was buried close to the window to my mom's room and one was an egg with strange symbols sitting at the base of a tree close to my house, my drivers knew how to dispose of those or at least knew someone who did)

This certainly confirmed that those bastards were performing black magic on us.
So we went to see some other person who deals with matters like this and he too confirmed that my dad's side of the family was indeed getting someone to perform black magic on us.(I'm not sure I can call this guy a scam, because neither of the people we've been to have ever asked for something in return).
He too then performed some sort of counter voodoo thing and my sisters say they stopped experiencing paranormal things afterwards. (I recall hearing that people that use black magic and people that work against it employ the help of something called a Djinn. As far as I know Djinn are creatures that can be used to perform black magic or counter it)

Here's a particularly creepy incident. My dad's mother ( I refuse to call that bitch my grandmother) is someone we've been dead sure for quite a while performs black magic. One of my dad's brothers lived right opposite to our house and you could get a good view of our house form their balcony.
(Now here's an important aspect of performing black magic. From what I've heard the person doing it has to stare at their target for a considerable amount of time)
So that old hag was visiting the house opposite to mine one day. It was around 4 pm and I glanced outside to see her sitting on a chair in the balcony, staring right at my house.
My mom and sisters noticed it too(kinda hard not to), at first we thought she was just sitting their for a while, but even after an entire hour had passed(maybe longer, I can't remember) she was still sitting there, staring . Even our aunt, who lives right next to us, noticed this and was really freaked out. We basically recited every prayer we knew. That was genuinely firetrucking creepy and that one incident was enough to confirm to us that she performed black magic)

After all this shit I kinda found it hard to not believe in black magic and voodoo.
We eventually moved to another city.

But don't freak out too much, black magic isn't really invincible or overpowered. Here are just a few fun things I've heard
(I can't say for certain that these are all true, because there aren't really a lot of reliable sources of info when it comes to stuff like this. Scams and people that are exaggerating tend to be quite common)
-Black magic apparently gets weaker with range. Putting a good distance between yourself and a suspected black magician weakens the effects of whatever they're trying on you.
-Black magic is said to backfire on the caster with three times the intensity(this one I think might be legit, because from what my mom heard through gossip back in our own neighborhood all or enemies seem to be falling apart. Their businesses have crashed, their marriages are going bad and their financial situation has been getting worse.)

-And here's the most ironic one I've ever heard: Black magic is less likely to affect people that don't believe in it.

So on a scale of 1-10 how much does this freak you guys out? xD

My opinion is that either REAL black magic is only taught to a select few who do very well at keeping it a secret, or it simply isn't that powerful. Lets face it if anyone could learn the very basics of it, we all would be using it at this point. Or it would be more than just fringe scientists studying it.So here are the options (multiple options could be true) from my perspective...A) It isn't very consistentB) Only a select few can do itC) Only a select few know the real rituals and spellsD) Its effects are too weak to even consistently care aboutE) It is all coincidences

And in my opinion if someone can do "good" with black or dark magic, that's perfectly fine with me.
