Story:

No one knows what happened, how it happened, or why it happened. All that matters, is that the world we all grew to love is now a complete wasteland. Nothing but dust and dirt as far as the eye can see. 90% of Earth's population has been completely eradicated. The rest have become mutants - mindless monsters that will kill anything they see. These mutants are being led by Hybrids: mutants that have retained their human minds, and hold deadly powers. Only 7 teenagers from various corners of the, now, lifeless world have escaped the blast alive. It is up to them, now, to piece together what has caused this worldwide devestation, defend themselves against the wrath of the Hybrids, and find a place where they might be able to rebuild their lost world.

 

Though they have not met yet, the destinies of these 10 people have already been tied together, to forever be recorded through history.

 

Rules:

1. No godmodding. Your characters have to take hits every now and then, and you can't go apes**t on everyone and defeat all the enemies in one post.

2. If you're going to kill another character, make sure you have the user's permission.

3. Language is permitted, but don't be going curse-crazy for every post.

Tomas stares back and beins to hold the cross around his neck. God, please be with me while I fight this demon...... Tomas prayed. He made the sign of the cross and then started taking shots at Ashton. Usually aiming for the head, legs, and arms considering those are the main things he tends to need. Still taking shots he starts whispering. " Holy mary, mother of god pray for us sinners now at the hour of our death amen. Hail Mary, full of grace. Our Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus." Tomas again prayed.

Ashton takes a bullet to the head, and his head snaps back. "You'd wish you hadn't have done that." He starts to fidget, and then his head snaps back into place. Black blood was running down his face. "You have made Azreth very angry." Ashton's mouth then opens wider than any mouth as opened before, and several fireballs shoot out of it. "GROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR." The bullet wound hurt, but Ashton kept firing.

Peter flew back from the unexpected punch. While on the ground, he took his pistol and began shooting at Ashton. These bullets aren't doing anything and I know it. But maybe this will hold him off until I have a chance to escape. Peter got up and kept shooting. He looked at Ashton, confused. "What's happened...? You're more than a Hybrid! What are you?" Guess there's no option left... Peter grabbed his sword (holding it backhanded) and charged at Ashton.

zack was looking down at the people and then he notice a few fire balls comin right at him so he dives for the ground and when he gets up he roars "Dam u hybrids get ugler every time i see u" after that zack ran down to were the fightin was happening to help the humans who the hybrid was attacking then so leon ready to jump so he said "Leon stay till my mark

Yazaki shot at the Hybrid with both of her pistols jumping to the side and trying to attack from the back. She was impressed with that Ashton's power, she had never seen someone with such a powerfull attack, but she couldn't worry about that right now. All that she should think about was saving the other humans, that could be her only chance to meet some others of her kind "I'll never give up." she whispered to herself preparing to attack again.

Ashton's fireballs got cut off when he was struck by a sword. "Ughh....". He falls to the ground, wounded. "Azreth..will have his revenge." All of the odd features that showed on Ashton disappeared, and Ashton was back to his original self, passed out on the ground. You let him hit you on purpose, didn't you? Yep. It's about time I got my body back, Azreth. You'll pay, Ashton. You'll pay.

Peter stood over the fallen Ashton, breathing heavily. "Hybrids don't go down that easy. He must have let us attack him..." Slowly, Peter put his Volatilis Fatum away, and fell to his knees. "Man... even when they aren't trying to win... these things put up a fight! That Hybrid was.... different from the others.... as it got angrier, he completely changed... both in appearance, and in its fighting style." Peter coughed up blood from the devestating punch he took earlier.

When zack had got down to where all the other human were the hybrid was already down and then he said "dam i've seen some ugle hybrids in my time but dam this one bets them all so u look like u went throw hell to take that thing down so who are u guys any way and were are u from that u managed to survave the blast and hybrids this long

zen was stoodthere for a minut..he got beat...that weaklink..but he is still alive..i should killhimmyself..but who everbeat him got luckey or ether are storng.zen looked at the gournd then he jumped up he was oin the air he had his hand's in his pocket then he was gonehe was on teh gorund runing at high speed with no sound he was runing to where the boy was ...he jumped on a tree branch and jumped of it then eh started walking

Ashton opens his eyes, but can't sit up because of his wound. "You humans....got lucky. Now run, my comrades should be coming any moment now. Save yourselves. Destroy us Hybrids. Save the world, please..". Tears run down Ashton's eyes as he says these words. He then coughs up a healthy amount of blood, and his eyes glaze over. "Runnnnn". He holds his hands out to the sky looking to grip something. A heart, humanity, love? His arms then fall back, and his head falls to the side. You pathetic weakling. You died to try to kill me, didn't you? Precisely, Azreth.I'm not dead, and neither are you.

Oxras walked and walked and walked...Am I lost?He'd think.Oxras thought this all the time.

His uncle and aunt always left him at stores and such.But he didn't care.This didn't look like anything like his life.

His belt was dangling.He tightened it.He grabs his Japanese pole and leaps onto a platform.A foul odor hits him.He grabs his

nose harder than he can imagine.What THE HECK!!!!!!!,he thought.He climbs up rocks and dust.Hyrbrids...he thought.

as the hybrid talk zack just looked at it thinkin what could it be that it wants us to run from he had betten hybrids that looked like this one before but they never started acting like this after so he said to the hybrid "What is it that u want us to run from and how could it be so dangers that even u a hybrid who still has his mind be scared of it what do u want us to run from"

Tomas turned to Peter and looked grim. " I-a think we should heed Ashton's warning and leave. We don't-a know if more hybrids are coming." Tomas said to Peter and Yazaki. Tomas then knelt down and started praying again. Thank you Lord, for helping win this fight. Tomas prayed. He stood up and put away his guns and picked up his backpack full of supplies he had foraged from the almost sunken city.

(Hey guys u do know i've put myself into the part where u just bet that hybrid right and my character is standing right next to u all while ventuswinds character is praying so can u please involve me) okay i need to no what is it that u want to run hybrid so it like the leader hybrid comin or something we need to know so we can be praperd

"I'll stay and fight. You guys can go, but I'll never forgive these hybrids for what they did." Yazaki approached the hybrid wondering why that strange defeat happened. It wasn't normal for humans to beat a hybrid just like that "I wonder why this happened, he could've dogged the attack but he just killed himself." she kneed to take a closer look, by looking at his chest she could see him breathing "Guys! This one isn't dead yet, that's why he said the other would come and will probably try to kill us."

zen stoped for a minut....ill kil him first he was weak hybride.........mybe ill aske this one for his name..out of al lthe hybrid's iv killed iv never asked one for there name but this ill aske then kil..he's face was cold as he walked to where they where his sword was still on is back his eye's where black he had hias hand'as in his pocket's.ill kill them all everthign should die

Yazaki got up again and looked around, she wanted to notice the other hybrids before they were able to get to them. But they had many ways of moving and hiding so it could be difficult to spot just one hybrid in that deserted place. She looked at the other humans, she could never believe that day would come, and now there she was trying to risk her life to save the others. Maybe she would die, but now she knew that she wasn't alone and would never be.

Zack noticed how anktions all the other humans where lookin scared that more hybrids might come so he said "Hey don't worry about any hybrids trying to catch us by surprise this dog could smeel a hybrid from a mile away so calm down if theres any hybrids near by well no straight away cause leon here will warn us so we can be ready for them and with so many of us here those hybrids wouldnt stand a chance"

Bump bump. Ashton can hear his heart pumping, but he can't open his eyes. What is this? Bump bump. A bright light shines in Ashton's mind, and a woman is shown standing in it. She holds out her hand, and then turns the other way. Wait...don't go. Wait! The light disappears, and Ashton wakes up looking straight into the sky. "I'm supposed to be dead. Why can't I die?". He tries to get up, but falls back down on the ground. He turns his head and looks at the girl who attacked him earlier. "You need to get out of here, now. The others aren't nice like me. The person you are seeing now is the true me, I-I'm...". He stops talking and looks towards the sky. "I have a problem."

Peter looked at Ashton strangely. "...what are you doing?" he whispered. Peter looked into the distance and saw a group of mutants, running torwards them. As if a hybrid wasn't enough... Peter took one last look at Ashton, and looked at the other humans. I did it... I finally found survivors... "Listen, if more hybrids are on the way, and those mutants are coming to get us, we had better take his advise and leave."

sen was walking he was differt from other hybrids he didnt ever try to help human's or evven card who he killed hed just kill them and he didnt wotn to take control over the muten's he was differt and where ever he walked the sun woundlt be ther it would trun dark and the sun would be ogne he keep walking in his cold way with out makign a osund he stood there for a minut..he is aliv .....that person was weak being deafeted soo fast.

ya if we stay here any loger those mutants will over run us we wont stand a chance even with this many of us come on i have a car just over tis hill we can us it to get out of here but should we bring that hybrid after all we could us it to find a way to stop the hybrids for got and bring are world to peace once again just like before all the distruction

Ashton's face turns from pain to horror once he sees that the sun is setting. "GO! NOW!". It's about to be nighttime, isn't it, Ashton? The moon becomes visible in the twilight sky. "Damn...". Ashton passes out again, his head rolls to his side. His body starts shaking horribly, and the demonic features started to come back. "GAHHHHH." But something was different. Ashton's hair started to turn white, and a black tattoo appears on the right side of his face. His skin color didn't change to red, but it became pale. Azreth, what is this?Power, Ashton. Power. Ashton sits up and screams. "GAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!".
