You guys know Steam Train. The sub-series on the Game Grumps channel. You may have noticed that they played Five Nights at Freddy's. You may also have noticed that they never beat the games. All three of them. That pissed me off, but now I'm not pissed off about it because out of all the people who played FNAF, they quit because they were too scared, and they were practically the first ones to quit!

Pewdiepie didn't get scared once.

Markiplier legitimately got scared, but refused to give up.

The grumps got terrified, and never finished the games.

They are practically the first ones to never beat FNAF due to fear.

I mean seriously, they never finished them because they were wussies.

Well, in fairness, it's the same reason that has me still go through Tseldora in Dark Souls 2 while only looking at the screen through my peripheral vision, rather than looking at it head on. Ultimately, if something is too too spooky for someone, and they don't care enough to beat the game, then there's really no need for them to punish themselves.

This isn't the first series that they didn't beat and it will also not be the last they have so many games that they need to finish, like Luigi's Mansion, and Sonic 06 (that was with Jon and they where at the last boss as Silver and then they just needed to beat the final campaign but I don't blame them that game is a chore) and I know a few other people that didn't beat the game(s) either so it's not just them, like Smosh (even though they only play it to see who can get the farthest or whatever) and Two Best Friends, they played it for their October shitstorm they have every year but they didn't beat it because I think it's because it was Scary or something like that I'm not sure.

The thing a lot of people don't seem to get is that Game Grumps isn't a Let's Play channel. It's a comedy channel. They play through a game until they feel they've played enough, and only complete games that they feel like completing. There are a ton of games they haven't finished. Why does it matter so much if they didn't finish Five Nights at Freddy's?

-__- Geez. I said that they're the first ones to quit it out of FEAR. By that, I mean they quit it because they were scared out of their minds.

Well most of the games they haven't finished was when Jon was still a part of it. With Danny, they're completing many games. They're even doing the hard challenges of Punch-Out!!

They still don't finish every game, though.

Did they specifically say that was the reason why? I don't remember that ever being brought up.

They didn't even need to say it. They got scared shitless, and quit.

... Or maybe they decided that one episode was really all they needed to do. You can only have so many videos of people screaming at things that aren't even scary before it gets boring. Steam Train/Game Grumps isn't the type of show to do a lot of horror games because that's pretty much all they boil down to. They need something that they can make a lot of jokes from.

I saw the "last episodes" of each of their FNAF playthroughs. They were scared like little children! But they also might have stopped because they couldn't make jokes from it. Seriously, they got so scared, they couldn't make jokes. So what I believe now is that they stopped because they're too scared, and because if they were to play it again, they won't be able to make jokes of it because they'll end up screaming like babies. But, I bet they'll end up doing FNAF 4, and making that ONE episode, or they might not make an episode at all and just show a five second clip of them screaming and crying. My only regret is that they won't get invested in the story.
