to the mom situation... did it ever occur to you that SOMEONE ELSE could've came into the room?

Ummm, I can't really understand this. You heard your mom come out of what?

And how do you HEAR a lot come on?

Must be your inner sense mate, or as others call it "The 6th Sense". Perhaps you are doing so with that sense, being somewhat of a prediction for the extremely near future. And also such things have happened to me as well sometimes. At first I think it is my psychosis torturing me, but then I think it might be something else. Perhaps you have a ghost in your house mate? One that is trying to have some fun with you.

I hear things all the time, no not like voices in my head but I always think someone is walking by or the door just opened.

Just 30 minutes ago I thought someone (most likely my mom) was using the bathroom sink not far from my room. The house is dark and I'm the only one awake. I even went into my mom's room to see if she was asleep. She was out cold.

Occasionally I investigate what I hear, like if there's a loud noise. Usually I just ignore it.

Same thing happens to me, and I think my house is haunted at times and idk if it is good or not since it has scared me a few times especially when I am alone or up at late hours. Once when I came home late at 2 AM in the morning, I was in my room and there is a room right adjacent to mine and I heard scratching on the wall and it literally sounded like someone was kicking the wall for a few minutes and I stood there horrified to go out of my room and when it stopped I went to my parents' room and asked if they heard that loud noise because it REALLY should have woke them since their room is across the hall from mine and my mom said she didn't hear anything and I didn't sleep that whole night. Another time was when I was sleeping and I woke up because it felt like something was breathing on me and I heard something shift to my right.

Sometimes I hear people calling me and there's no one, or hear someone walking at the corridor but I guess that's just normal. Like, when my mother is out and I'm not supposed to be using the computer I hear her coming in all the time, it might just be your own brain playing tricks with you when you're anxious. Sometimes I see things as well, one time I saw a person near my bed when I was going to sleep, when I turned there was nobody there.

Sounds both like hauntings of an un-terroristic ghost(s) for the both of ye mates. Well from the sounds of it, doesn't seem like any demonic entities keeping in your homes. Or else you'd be noticing voices that are deep, be having terrible nightmares and/or would be having horrible claw markings on your body. Now you wouldn't feel the claw markings (or bites) at first, but might notice a sting or something similar, and then look to see red (sometimes bleeding) claws marks (or bite) on your body. (Usually the back) And since these are regular ghosts, just think of them as regular people, only invisible, dead for many years and having a strong emotion bond to an item or place (like your house). Either than that, they are just people.

I would say they are spirits if I were you. I don't believe in ghosts. :) From my beliefs I'd say you have a certain sensibility to hear the "dead" or what you would call ghosts or you're just nervous and you'll end up playing tricks on yourself. But I can't say anything more I guess, because I've never heard for a "cure" to something like that.

Spirits or Ghosts call them as you wish. But a nice little remedy goes the same whether the spirit be in your house or in your body, an excorsism will do the job. Different religions have different ways to excorsise, or lead spirits away from their homes or bodies.

From what I've seen in documentaries, "ghost" are often disturbed (meaning they "haunt" you) by the following.

- Construction in an extremely old area of the house

- Items that they left behind being discovered

- A person that lives in the building that remind the ghost of itself or someone else it knew in it's former life

- If they failed a goal they desperately wanted to complete in its former life, they may bug you until you can somehow complete this task for them.

Usually ghost don't want to hurt you. They simply want to interact with people again or finish something they want done (usually this isn't anything bad).

umm how can you HEAR the bahroom light come on? lol

The sound of the switch.
