-Prologue-

 

3 Years Ago…

 

On a pathway to Dialuia’s Poor Middleschool (Poor level): Her name was Yui Smith, she was twelve years old, and currently being late to her first class. With a piece of toast in her mouth and her beat-up book bag in her hand, she ran. “Wahhhh! Why is it that the alarm clocks here never work?! I know the batteries here are weak but why!!!” She swallowed the dry piece of toast. It was barely enable, but that was all she had. It was better than receiving nothing like the dirt poors. Yui sighed, “I mean I’m lucky to be in school, even though my class gets the least of education…at least that was what that fancy lady who called me a ‘rat’ said…” As she ran she couldn’t help but look around. The houses were all shack-like, some made of old bricks, some not. People worked, mainly outside jobs though such as cleaning the streets, changing lights, etc. Her Poppy worked as a painter, while her Mommy worked at a local Ramen shop, and yes, Yui still uses the baby words for her age. Things sure weren’t great here, but they weren’t bad either. “What time is it…” She grabbed her flip-phone, “7:54am. Ah! Only six minutes left!” She ran and ran, and ran some more intill… ‘Bonk!’

She fell to the ground, “Owe…”

“Hey!” A very large boy turned around. “Watch where your-! Oh look, it’s Pinky.”

Yui’s face fell grim, especially when two other boys came by, each wearing their signature bandas. They were the Roughiees, the toughest guys in the Poor Middleschool. One of them walked over, “What is she doing here? Why am I even asking? Pinky’s always late.”

The largest one Yui bumped into walked closer to her, causing her to scoot back. Other girls would of yelled or fought them, but not her. She was too scared as she let one of them grab her hair…and pull. “OWW!” She screamed.

“I swear, her Dad paints her hair, and that’s why it’s such an odd color.”

Bystanders watched, but many choose to go on with their work, or walk away. Some even choosing to watch. You see, this was the typical life of Yui Smith. A pink haired girl everyone watched, and very much disliked. As for the reason why? She was different in personality. But what they didn’t know the real reason why she was.

"Miss... I am to take you to a safer place." She didn't really say anything, really she didn't say anything the whole ride. It was easier than I thought. But that factor feared me. Today was a day off for everyone in the office. I was the only one besides the professor to have the key to the office so I wasn't worried about that. What I was more worried about was how to make her 'spill-the-beans'. We reached the office and went down the elevator. It was pretty dark even with the lights on. Everyone just liked it that way. I had her sit down in the break room. "Would you like a slice of pie? Its cherry."

"Bye Bye." Yui waved watching Simon's Mom leave. "She's very kind." Yui said aloud watching Simon lay a cup of tea for her. "Oh you didn't have to...but thank you." She grabbed the cup, knowing no mater how hard she tried she wouldn't be able to hold it properly. She took a drink, "Wow~" The tea was very refreshing, it did not taste the same as Antonio's drinks. However this drink had a different taste to it, like one that was more refreshing. Yui looked at Simon, "Oh yeah! You weren't there... Well sit down cause it's a long story...Or um, don't stand."

Yui told Simon the whole mission of last night and whatever he had missed from before, excluding her dance with K. For some reason she felt like keeping that to herself. "So now Oro's been kidnapped and we must save him tonight. She finished, taking a final sip of her tea. "Will you be able to fight for tonight?" Yui frowned a little knowing that she had yet to go into some serious fighting which meant that if her life was truly in danger...She wasn't sure if she would survive or not... "Well I'm glad that the Professor hasn't killed you. To be honest when I didn't see you last night I grew fearfull, but... I'm happy your ok." Yui reassured. "Oh, but how have you've been lately?"

Katarina was carefully observing the man the entire time she was with him. So much has happened that she almost forgot her purpose for visiting this city. While she was lost in thought she noticed the man offered her some pie. She shook her head in response.

 

"Soft huh, I suppose that could be possible." K sighed. (With all the recent terrorism I can't afford having anyone getting soft. It's possible all three of us has gotten a little soft recently. Just great) "Eren I-" "Master I'm hungry!" Luci suddenly yelled over K. "Fine we'll go get you some food. Eren make sure they get that mess cleaned up." K turned around but he noticed Luci was already gone. After K left the room he saw the the adult form Luci talking to a guard that was eating cookies. K walked pass the two and signaled for Luci to follow. Luci eventually caught up to K holding a box of cookies. "Isn't that the box of cookies Tyler was eating." "You know him Master?" Luci asked before eating another cookie. "Well I know the name of almost every person that works here. I know Tyler doesn't like to share his cookies." "Yeah but after I suduced him he was more than happy to give them to me." "Seducing huh, all it took was pretty woman." "Aww master said I'm pretty." K ignored the last thing she said. "But seduction isn't as simple as you think master. You have to appeal to what they usually want most or what they are weak against. As a succubus I can tell instantly by looking." Luci explained with a triumphant look. "So does that mean you know how to suduce me?" K asked as they entered the dinning hall. "You're a bit harder than most, a pretty woman won't cut it. But it's family." Luci said as she took her seat. "...I see" K said as he opened up the newspaper causing Luci to be unable to see his face.

Fiore rested his head against the wall while sitting down, snoring ever so softly as he regained some of the sleep he missed from interrogating Oro all night. However the nap was cut short, as into the break room came running a few guards, slamming the door open. "MISTER FIORE!" One of them screamed, snapping Fiore awake, to which caused him to jump from his seat and fall over to the side. "Huh?! I-I'm awake what happened?!" Fiore mumbled, standing up. "The prisoner broke the camera and disappeared..." One of the murmured. Fiore lost it. "What do you mean DISAPPEARED?!" He screamed, walking over as he hurried over to the cell, slamming the door open. As they had said, the cameras were broken, and Oro was nowhere in sight...seemingly he had disappeared into thin air, as there was absolutely no other exit besides the door. Fiore held his head in annoyance. Could things get any worse? "What kind of training are guards today receiving?! First the matter of the princess and now this bull****!" Fiore hissed, walking into the room, walking around as he kicked the chair across in anger. It was then he noticed the writing on the wall. He knelt down, reading it as he tilted his head. " I'll bring the princess..." It read. Fiore scoffed, his head pounding. K wasn't going to be very happy.

I had to admit. I was quite worried... I didn't know why I felt so protective of these people. I just had to protect them. I didn't really know if I was going towards the right direction but I felt like I was. I just kept running but... it felt like I was off balanced. I blinked my eyes slowly coming back to reality. I stabilized my breathing in mere seconds. And realized my situation. I had bumped into Kataa... "Oh. Hi there Kataa!" I smiled giggling a bit. Okay everything should go accordingly now. But they might question me... I don't have time for that... I have to find the princess!

 

I looked down at the pie. I had eaten about a third of it already. It tasted good to me. I never thought that I'd be one for sweets but I guess taste buds change. I sliced another piece for myself and put it down where I sat. "Please wait here a moment." I walked out of the room and grabbed a few sheets of paper. I came back with paper and a marker. I sat down and drew on a piece of paper a tick tack toe board. "Miss, please do you mind if your play a game of tick tack toe with me?" I asked with a monotone look.

 

"Man Oro, captured...?" I sarcastically chuckled. "It doesn't seem like the type to be able to handle something like being held prisoner." But the topic changed to my death. But I'm still alive... Why though... Its probably too early to be killing me off. He needs me for something...So I can't die yet. I messed with my hair making it cover my eyes from her sight. "Thank you Yui. Besides being fearful for my life. I've been pretty good. Thank you for filling me in." 

Kataa had been walking in the heavy-heating sun. He was sweaty and smelly and surely in a foul mood! "D*mn, why does it have to be so hot during the day and cold be night? What season are we even in?!" The sixteen year old scoffed carrying his suitcase that was feeling more like a heavy stone. "Ugg..." He kept walking intill someone had bumped into his back. His green eyes glared daggers while he turned around, "Listen you f**king son of a-!" His mouth then fell dumbfounded as he saw who it was, "Oro?! What are you doing here?" Due to his heat-soaked brain Kataa quickly grabbed Oro be the arm and started dragging him along, "Were going to the cafe for you to give answers." 

 

Yui watched Simon mess with his hair. "Tehe, it's fluffy like Jack's." She fangirled in her head managing to keep a calm composure. "I'm sorry you feel that way, but I also understand. Since the day these missions began I've been fearing my own life, barely able to handle the danger. Infact, I'm surprised I've survived long enough to see my own wanted poster." She wondered if he was like her, fearing each day that one of these missions could go as far as to end their very life. It was scary surely, but they had too... Sure they were always being threaten but it seemed that they all had their personal reasons too. "I guess the main reason I fight is due to my fear..." She said when her phone suddenly beeped, "Huh? Unknown number?" She read the message out-loud, "Come to  the cafe right away. You won't believe who bumped into me.- Kataa. Katta? How did he get my number?" She put the question aside standing up, "Come on, let's go." 

 

Kataa dragged Oro into the cafe stright to the bar, "I'm looking for Antonio please." He frowned out of annoyance. "I hope they all got my message."

Antonio's brothers groaned at each other as once again someone asked for Antonio. "Give us a moment." One of the murmured before leaning out of the bar frame. "Antonio!!!" He called. "I'm a bit busy!" Antonio called, his hands in the air as he held a tray of food, men and women alike surrounding him with big heart eyes and cameras at hand. "Heart shaped pancakes for the lady." Antonio smiled as he began to hand out the orders. "Antonio~ Can I have a picture with you?" One boy asked. "Sure!" Antonio hugged him and took a picture, having girls squeal as they practically threw themselves over the boy to see the picture. "Antonio these guys are asking for you!" His brothers repeated. "Who is it?" Antonio asked, trying to pry away from the hands of his fans. His eyes landed on Oro and his heart dropped to his stomach. Oro was out?! HOW?! "Excuse me I have to get more orders please enjoy your meal alright?" Antonio insisted, smiling as he gave a small bow and excused himself, hurrying over to Oro, getting his hands on his shoulders. "What the hell are you doing here?! How?! When?!...did the cops follow you?!" Antonio asked, whispering that last one.

I mostly planned out all the responses I would say when we would get to the cafe. I was hoping I'd bump into someone. But I had to admit. I bumped into Kataa at the wrong time. He smelled bad... I knew I was heading to the cafe. I knew I was going to get interrogated, I didn't really care. I rather leave them dumbfounded than dead... I straighten myself up and mentally prepared myself as Kataa dragged me into the cafe. Soon enough Antonio came, through the sea of fans. Over to me. His hand on my shoulders. And BOOM I felt glares everywhere... I ignored it and listened to Antonio's questions. Who. clearly was dumbfounded by my presence. I smiled the best 'Oro' smile I could, "What do you mean Oro's here? Of course Oro would come here! The hot coco here is great! Oro got dragged by Kataa-kun. About two seconds ago." I leaned over to Antonio's ear putting my hand up whispering, "Why would cops be after Oro?" I stood back where I was, my hands to my side a innocent confused look on my face.

Katarina took the marker and drew an X in the middle. (Did I really get kidnapped for this purpose?) 

 

"Master aren't you going to help in the search?" Luci asked. "If it gets too difficult for them, I'll help." "Master you really don't care if she lives or dies do you?" "I care, just as long she finishes what she came here for." K sipped some of his coffee. "Since we're not doing anything important. I'll sleep some more" Luci said as she disappeared.  

She's strong. I already have lived like this for about 5 maybe 6 years. Ever since mom lost her sight. I've been gambling in shady areas. People of higher authority than me always chase after me. I always felt bad for my mom, she can't see. I can't ask my mother to open the door. Because if I'm being followed they'll most likely take her as a hostage. I have a pattern I have to knock for my mom to recognize. But any knock on the door stresses her. I see it. Even when she's happy to see me... My thoughts were interrupted by Kataa's text message. Kataa bumped into someone. Hm I guess we have to see. My mother came into the room. "Are you leaving?"

"Yea mom, something came up."

"Well okay, take care Shimon and Yui. It was very nice to meet you, Yui" My mother smiled.

"Okay mom." I gave my mother a quick hug and opened the door, "Let's go."

The walk was pretty much quiet, with a few awkward moments of trying to start conversation. But soon enough we made it to the cafe. Wait. Is that Oro? Weren't we supposed to break him out tonight??

"Exactly." Kataa said hearing the words Antonio told Oro. When Oro responded back Kataa grew in flames listening to the It seem so innocent, "You were-" He lowered his voice upon seeing the crowd, "You were so caught! You told me you had something to do with the Professor did you not?! And where is that fake armor? I wanna know what it's made out of." 

 

Yui had got up to leave when she saw Simon's Mother come in. He gave her a hug while she thanked Yui for stopping bye. "You too." She said bowing down, then taking her leave. She walked with Simon towards the cafe, but the atmosphere did feel pretty awkward. She just wasn't really sure what to talk about, nor could she look him in the eyes. She would get flustered every time. She did say though, "I wonder who Kataa had found?" yet that wasn't enough for a full length discussion. Before they knew it they had made it to the cafe.

"Took you two long enough." Kataa remarked while holding a- 

Yui broke in, "Oreo?! What are you doing here?! I thought you were kid-" Simon covered her mouth before she could say anything else outloud. 

"That's what I thought too, but apparently this It doesn't so." Kataa glared at Oro while holding to it's arm tight.

That made Yui wonder, was Oro not telling the truth? Or had Kataa been lying the whole time? She had yet to see Oro for a little while, yet It looked the same as when she last saw It. Who was telling the truth and who was lying?

Katarina drew an X in the top left corner.

 

(What to do? I would usually go to the lower district when I was a kid. I guess I could practice spells in the training room.) K made his way to the weapon section of the castle. He entered the training room alone and took out his cane. He stood in front of a target and pointed the cane at the target. (I should learn some offensive spells while I have the time. They definitely can find a princess without my help.) K changed the cane into a gun and pulled the trigger. A bright light covered the entire room before dying out. K sighed. "It's going to be a long day."

I made a thinking pose. "Hm... The Professor told Oro to wear the costume and swing by. He told Oro there was a costume party Oro could go to. You mean the costume? Oro doesn't know Oro thinks Oro lost it." I watched as Yui walked in with Shimon. Okay, I know I wanted the mission to be canceled. But I need to find out where the princess is and get out of here fast!!! I gave an innocent smile again, "What are you talking about, Yui?" I said and Kataa squeezed my arm tight. Well that's not how you treat a team mate...

He seemed to be fine. And in fact clueless to everything it was asked of. I could always see through people's masks. But... Oro... Who is 'it'? I can't tell if its a girl or boy. Lying or telling the truth. Or even it's true self. I don't know who this person is... I think Oro noticed my stare, but instead of me reading him. He looked straight through me. It was like he knew my thoughts... Who the hell is this person!?

Antonio rubbed his head. Oro had found a way to escape. Regardless. It appeared that they would have to call off the mission. Here wasn't the best place to talk about it, however. "Oh you guys are always so lively! Let's talk more about it upstairs~" Antonio chimed, insisting as he ended up dragging the group out of the general area and into the staircase area. Once they were there Antonio pulled the curtains shut to block the view from the café, and just as quick his demeanor changed, his cheerful nature shifting into his most deadpan, serious expression as he looked down at the group. "Alright. Oro is out, the 'puppy' is with the one responsible to take care of her, and for all we know the mission is canceled considering Oro is safe...unless there's anything you would like to add, Oro?"

Everyone was moved upstairs, it was pretty funny since everyone was shouting information here and there. I watched as Antonio secured our area, making it safe for conversation. But then I heard Antonio talking. Puppy? Hm... Responsible... Okay. The princess has been code named the 'puppy'. But who has her... Well Antonio, Yui, Shimon, Kataa are here. So that leaves Charles, Mamoru, and Lovi. Charles...well I doubt he would be on watch... Even with his skills. Lovi, um I don't think she would be able to watch over people. I seriously doubt she'd like to babysit. So Mamoru has her... Okay to Mamoru's office. I knew where he worked. Since I did some jobs around the rich district for awhile. I knew about him since he was a pretty big talk of the town. I even had some jobs to ahem help him go to a better place. But I never took it. Because they're reasonings were always stupid. Now...how to get out of here now... I spoke up to add, "Oro's mommy says Oro has a dentist appointment to go to really soon, so Oro has to go! Bye bye friends." I quickly dashed off before they could say anything. 

Yui and Co were moved upstairs to which Yui could agree with Antonio on that this needed to be secret. She was having trouble deciding who was seemingly more truthful between Kataa and Oro. One she had just met not too long ago but saw as a rather playful kind of person. The other who had been mean to her all her life and almost got her killed. Even though it was painfully obvious whom seemed more truthful, Yui couldn't help but get a gut feeling. Kataa let go of the It from his arms, or rather Oro stuck out. "Look Pinky..you got to believe me. This kid's kinda fishy..."Yui opened her mouth about to say something when Oro quickly dashed off. "Quick! Get him!" Kataa yelled. Yui reached in to grab but Oro ducked past her and ran away. 

"Maybe we scared It?..." 

"Oh no, that is clearly a escape. We need to catch him though." Kataa gritted his teeth. Something about Oro right now was just not right... 

"First we need to tell the others the mission got canceled." Yui said "Oh, but Charles doesn't have a phone. Alright, how about while Simon and I look for Oro we also inform Charles? Agreed?"

 

Eren was walking towards the cafe in need of brain food. "I still need to contact Fiore about getting the hair sample, but after I eat..." He walked in the kitchen to hear workers complaining...

"Ug that white hair girl eats a lot..." 

"I know she's the leader's daughter but I can only make so much..." 

"I don't think we even have enough ingredients for today's lunch..." 

"What?" Ereb glared making the workers turn around to see him. "No ingredients?" 

"Well-um! We are currently getting what we can as of now Si-" 

"Forget it, I'll be back soon. I better see a high quality sandwitch by then." The Capital's Brain walked out marching himself into the hallway, "I bet it was that stupid 'thing' that latches onto K. If that thing weren't connected to K I would have Fiore chop her to a million pieces and burn for eternity. Speaking of Fiore...I hope his search is going well." Eren heard a small crash in the training area. Now, he could of ignored it and went back to work like he should. But no! Nothing is allowed to eat all the food and leave him to starve. Eren burst into the room K was training in, "We've ran out of food leader. And it's thanks to your little friend."

I ran off but I stayed at the bottom of the stairs in case they leaked out any information. Damn. I've been caught. I covered my head with a cap that was within the bag of clothes and pulled my hoodie over it. I walked over to one of the girls sitting with her friend. I lowered my pitch and said, "Hey I heard Antonio is having a photo shoot with customers upstairs, its first come first serve." The two girls screamed, and started running up the stairs. The other fangirls and fanboys were confused and I repeated the false information and soon enough the whole bottom floor of the cafe was empty. Everyone was crowding around the stairs. This was my time to get out of here. I ran outside pulling off one of my buttons and throwing it on the wrong direction that was towards my house. I ran through the alley ways and was already at the abandon park. I'll have to go incognito. I pulled out my phone and I found myself at the trap door where I escaped the asylum. I made my way point and climbed down the ladder running through the sewer system. I look at my phone. I'm here. I looked around using the light emitting from my phone. I saw a vent And took off the bars. I climbed in licking my finger and finding my way through by going towards the cooler air. Finally there was light coming from afar. And kicked the vent open. I was in the office. I looked around, Looks like a day off. I walked over to one of the desks and grabbed a key, then headed over to an elevator. Inserting the key and the doors opened. I peaked into the elevator. Camera. I pulled up my sleeve and took a needle from my wrist band and broke the camera screen. I pulled my hat farther down my face, covering any trace of my identity. The elevator ride was short and quiet.The doors opened and I took off my hat and pulled down my hood. It was dark enough to hide my face. I saw Mamoru sitting down with the 'puppy'. "Hey Mamoru!" I said smiling as I leaned from the door way.

 

I waited for the princess to make a move, but Oro was at the door way. "Oro? What are you-" I stopped and turned to the princess, "Please excuse me." I walked over to Oro putting my hands on it's shoulders and ushering it to a safer distance to talk while still able to see the princess. "What are you doing here? In fact how'd you get in here?" 
"Well the Professor told Oro to come here to pick up the Princess."

I see, the Professor did say it was Oro's 'job'. "Okay. But still how'd you get in here. Only two people have the key." 

"The Professor gave Oro a duplicate." Oro tossed me a key. How did the Professor make a duplicate... 

"Well. She's all your's Oro."

"Okay thanks!" It grinned. But I wondered what was Oro's job?

"Wait Oro..."

It turned around and tilted it's head with a smile. "What is it?"

"The Professor mentioned that usually you'd take the job. But what job?"

It got into a thinking pose, then snapped its fingers. "Its a secret." It smiled and walked away. I sat at my desk, watching as Oro and the Princess entered the elevator.

Katarina drew an X on the bottom. Katarina followed the strange guy that came to pick her up.

 

(Hmmm all I can make is a bright light that no one but me can see through. I thought it was something I had to visualize to make, like the closed space. But the closed space was a darkness spell. Now that I think about it, I was only really able to use light spells for someone else. When I walked on the light particles I thought of the hero in the show and how he saved people with it. When Fiore and I were in the forest and when I fought Alexander, I was thinking about Fiore's safety. The time when Mary wasn't feeling alright, I put her at ease. So light spells are really only for support or is it the mentality of the user.) K pondered on what to do. (Sounds like you need to see things in a new light) Luci chimed in. (You didn't sleep long...so am I correct?) (Yes but I think you can find a way around that. That darkness spell was created from your selfish desire to protect the mask but not the surrounding people that were in danger. It's probably why living things cannot survive.) Luci explained. (So it's something like that) (I'm going back to sleep now) (But didn't you just wake up?) (You unknowingly called for my assistance, and I responded. I'm really tired so let me sleep a little while longer, Master) Luci gave a small yawn. (Sure you got it) K replied. Just then Eren entered. "I wondered why she eats so much as well. But she hasn't absorbed energy from me in a while, so I'm guessing it's like an external source of energy for her. She also wanted to rest more. She's sleeping right now." K told his theory to Eren.

Antonio didn't bother to stop Oro. As long as his café and family were out of it, everything else was fine by him. "You guys can go look for Oro and find Charles. Sadly I have to go ahead and continue my work here. I've been missing too many days as it is. If he happens to come by I will send you a message about it and tell him about the canceled mission." Antonio said, adjusting his apron. He then brought upon his famous smile. "Until then, if there's anything else you need, just happen to tell me, yes?" Antonio insisted, and with that, he went back to work.

 

Fiore tapped his foot as he sat inside the cell itself. He had insisted to the guards to not go on alert just yet, to give this kid a chance. Normally, he wouldn't do it. He'd aim to kill and have every possible guard to look for him. But he just...felt that maybe he could give him a chance. Part of it being that he was still thinking about K and his daughter. Maybe he was no longer K's favorite. But he still cared for K...and would until death.

"I'm sorry Ma'am. I'll take you back." I said as I stared at the rising number that was reaching the lobby floor. I tilted my head down mumbling, "I'll fix everything..." I was going to walk back into the castle and bring her back... And even when I do that. I can't go back to everyone... I was really hoping... that....... No... I'll play devils advocate. It took me a few seconds to realize we reached the lobby floor. "Please wait here Ma'am." I looked around and found a coat hanger room. I saw some coats left by some workers. I grabbed one with a hood and put the hood on top of the princess. "Okay. Time to get going..." I the walk was quiet. I wasn't expecting any conversation though. I mean, she was just kidnapped. But I found myself in front of the castle. Immediately confronted by guards, "What's your business here?"

"Bring me, Fiore. I have business with him."

"Who are you?"

"Just say its Oro, he'll understand..."

Another guard walked up, "Hey. Isn't that the guy who escaped?"

"Move an inch closer to me and you'll die." I smiled silently glaring at them. Imitated enough a guard ran off.

 

I nodded, "Yea lets go." But where was he headed? Surely what he told us was a lie. I mean its like 7pm. But where was he headed... 

(I was expecting something more out of this kidnapping but this is fine too) Katarina thought as she adjusted her hood. (This guy err...girl- This thing just does whatever it wants. Sounds like it was a criminal that recently escaped. And it's friends with someone at Kazu's castle.) Katarina analyzed the situation. "They don't make guards like they used to anymore." 

 

Fiore had finally returned to take a shower and changed clothes. (He's currently wearing this.) He had yet to talk to K. He wanted to give Oro more time...and he needed to come up with an excuse if he needed to tell K that their only lead is gone. He looked down at his cup of tea, about to take another sip until he was interrupted. "Sir! Someone calls for you!" A guard called. "Who is it?" "Someone by the name of Oro." Fiore settled the cup of tea down. "About time." He muttered. He stood up and walked off, being led to the front of the gates where he found Oro...along with someone wearing a ridiculous coat and hat. "You actually came back...I honestly don't see often for people to escape to come right back to their captors." Fiore scoffed. However he was impressed...Oro had guts. "Now, you came here, but who the hell did you bring with you? An accomplice? Someone we can try to torture for information?" Fiore asked, his annoyance growing oft he fact that this kid had even dared to do such a stunt. "...wait." Fiore walked closer to the hooded figure, taking a glance underneath the hood. He took a look down at the photo he had been given on his phone...it was her, the princess. "You're a strange one...Oro. I would question you more, but I honestly think that this is up to K to decide if he wants to question you personally or order me to." He turned to the guards. "Get K over to the main hall imminently! Tell him the princess has been found and the matter requires his presence!" Fiore barked, ordering the guards as they scrambled around to do as ordered. He glanced back. "I will explain to K what happened between us. What you explain to him is up to you...but I suggest you don't lie. Follow me, Oro, princess." With that, he walked with the two inside the castle. 

I chuckled at the princess's comment, it was the first thing she had ever said. "Haha. You can say that again." Soon enough the guard who scurried off came back with Fiore. But before Fiore even spoke, I was questioning his fashion sense. Yeah, I have a similar look. But it wasn't my taste. Through his tone of voice I could tell that Fiore was hesitant in trusting me. Besides that I am a criminal. "Of course I'd come back. We had a deal." I stopped speaking once he started analyzing the princess who was still underneath the coat. And saw his confusion in why I brought her back. I stayed quiet for the most part just giving a few head nods. Lord K himself. Wow. I can't say anything about Yui and the others... But I have to find the Professor. I remembered what happened back at the asylum. He knows what I'm doing. He sees where I am. Damn but for where!? Its like...he knows me...and my every move... I walked inside keeping my head up but my mind in deep thought. I can't go back. But...will the Professor still send me these texts? Probably not since he knows my every move. He won't let me give any more information to the enemy... I shook my thoughts away as I followed Fiore and examined the whole place roof to floor.

Yui and Simon headed out to find Charles and/or Oro. Yui was troubled, or rather shocked to see one of her teammates actually turn trator. "You think this was all planned from the start? Like Oro knew he would trick Kataa just to get in the capital before we even went?" She asked Simon walking towards the lower-end park. Yui's mind wandered back to the boy she danced with the night before. She wandered where he went after all that chaos and even if maybe he had spotted Oro himself. Why would Oro betray them? Maybe for personal reasons, or maybe lead the by the capital's ideals? She let out a sigh, "Maybe we should check out the Dirts..." By that she meant the Dirt Poor District, which unless u lived there or were insane, you would never set foot in. The number of horror stories that came from that place could be formed into a novel.

Before Simon could reply back, a voiced called, "Out for a walk?" It was non other than Charles! "Last time I checked it was nearing late." He brushed his beard with his hand. 

"Charles!" Yui called with her violet eyes turning big, "Major things have happened!" Simon looked over at her reminding her the people around them. This caused Yui to speak in a lower voice, "We've been betrayed..." 

"Betrayed? By who?" 

"Oro...he somehow escaped then ran off as we started to question him." 

"I wouldn't call that betrayal..." 

"Maybe...but something just doesn't feel right." 

The three of them sat there, pondering what to do next when Charles asked, "Do the others know?" 

"Everyone but Momo and Lovi. Oh we should tell them! Simon can you call Momo? I'll call Lovi." Yui reached for her phone. I sure was getting late. Oro would have to be long gone by now. 

"Do you feel the Professor knows?" Charles asked the pink hair girl. 

"I don't know....He might..." The phone picked up, "Lovi, it's Yui. Oro has come back but has ran loose...."

 

Eren let out a rather annoyed sigh, he was not happy with the food situation, "Well I'm glad she's not absorbing all your energy, but she needs to go on a diet." He old K stopping  his foot to a small  beat. "Have you seen Fiore at all today? He seems oddly quiet, which is extremely unusual for that child."
 

"R-Right I'll do that." K noticed how annoyed about the food. (I guess she'll just have to absorb energy from me again.) Before K was going to answer Eren's question a guard burst threw the door. "Lord K, its the princess! Sir Fiore says they are at the main hall!" "Lets go Eren" K said as he turned to his friend. 

 

(This Fiore kid is unusual. He seems to be on pretty good terms with Kazu and knows Oro.) Katarina thought as she followed Fiore.
