I'm not sure if these are discussed, but let's talk.

 

• Remember what Mickey said to Data-Sora in Traverse Town before going to Castle Oblivion? Well while in a past like dream version of Traverse Town, you can see Mickey running to the 3rd District door. That probably further proves his statement about being there that day.
• Axel and some Nobodies were able to be in the simulated Twilight Town during the prologue of KHII. The reason, it could have been the sigil that was placed in Roxas' name. At least, that's what I assumed, seeing that the X Xemnas showed in front of Roxas looked exactly like the sigil on Sora.
• Before the second fight with Demyx, he said "We do too have hearts". Either he thought that was false and was trying to trick the trio he's about to fight, or that he somehow found out that he's been lied to.
• How can Destiny Islands be a sleeping world, and awake at the same time? Its not like the one in the tutorial is just in the past. Even if it is, the younger bodies Sora and Riku use can't be sent to Traverse Town and Hollow Bastion respectively after TWTNW. Know what I'm saying?

Well that's all I can think of.

1. Is pretty common knowledge we just never knew the exact details of it. How else would Pluto have got there.

 

2. The X in the Organization members name is not a Recusant Sigil. The Sigil is a physical mark that tracks the wear similar to the X on Siax's forehead and on Sora's shirt. The X is symbolic a way Xemnas sought to give the Organization new identities.

 

3. One of those common Nomura open ended things to tie in possible plot points should he decide to retconn things.

 

4. Destiny Islands was not a Sleeping World. Yen Sid sent Sora and Riku back in time to before it fell into darkness. This was done so that they could enter the Realm of Sleep (because DI became a Sleeping World) and begin their examination.

Okay, time to discuss!

• Now that I think about it, I never noticed that about Mickey being in Traverse Town!  I have to pay close attention the next time I play through the game!
• Well, it could be that Axel used the teleportation device in the real Twilight Town to enter the simulated version!  Or, it could be the simple fact that he could use the corridors of darkness to travel there, since the Organization can use dark portals to go to different worlds as they please, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that Axel could've used a portal of darkness to get to the simulated Twilight Town!
• This is something very interesting that I've been pondering to myself lately!  It could be that he was just bluffing, but if he really was already aware that Nobodies could grow hearts over time, that could only mean that Xemnas and Xigbar had already told him about said fact, making Demyx a conspirator against the other members of the Organization!
• While we were in Destiny Islands only for a boss fight, you make a valid point.  In my eyes, it was never explained as to why Destiny Islands appeared to be one of the Sleeping Worlds.  So, I can't say anything for sure regarding that! Ah, Robbie the Wise gave a good answer!  Now I, myself, have that cleared up now!

Robbie The Wise: 1) I never said anything about Pluto. Besides, he's in Traverse Town because of Donald and Goofy. 4) But their way of time travel worked due to the fact that a version of them exists there. And they must leave behind their bodies to do it.

Like others said, the recusants' sigil is a physical mark usually on the clothes such as in the case of TAV, Sora, and Riku. Though I have no doubt the X shape is the result of the same x-Blade obsession that led Xemnas to rename all the Organization members with an x. My vote on Axel being there is a CoD.3.Personally, I think he was lying (well, as far as he knew anyway), his personality did a 180 when his bluff was called. If he did know I think he found out on his own rather than being let into the inner circle. Maybe that's why he always shirked his duties, he knew there was no need to use Kingdom Hearts to get his heart back.4. When the worlds fell into darkness and where later restored, not all of them came back fully, leading to the creation of the RoS. (Though Chirithy being a Spirit Dream Eater hints that the RoS may have always existed) Near as I can figure, the RoS is adjacent to the RIB so at the moment DI fell into darkness, it was right next to the RoS, allowing Sora and Riku to enter. DI wasn't a sleeping world itself it was merely an access point at that particular moment in time. To get to the RoS, they needed to be in a world at the exact moment of its fall into Darkness. DI was the only one they knew for sure exactly when it fell since they where there when it happened. The raft got them far enough away from the epicenter that they wouldn't be sucked into a CoD before they could open a portal. That's what I think anyway.
