Ingredients :
Ingredients Note from the picture:
2-4 eggs (this time I use 3 eggs)
500 – 600 ml white milk (I use low fat milk)
1.5 - 2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
250 – 300 ml heavy whipping cream.
Blue and green Food Color
Sea Salt (depending on a brand at your country, make sure it’s sea salt!)
3 – 5 tablespoons of Sugar.
Materials :

Saucepan
2 huge bowls (heat resistant and used for mixing)
Measurement glass
Ice cream molds (in case you don’t have it, you can use bowl)
Stir stick
Teaspoon (optional)
Tablespoon (optional)
Vanilla extract / tester mini bowl (optional)
How to cook (step by step)
~ Prepare the ingredients and materials.
~ Separate the eggs into 2 bowls, and put sugar into the yolk one. See the picture below.

~ Mix the white first until it’s mixed well (stiff), then mixed the yolk with sugar until it’s mixed well.

~ Maybe you want to measure the milk, you can use measurement glass to measure the milk that you desired. This time I only use 600 ml milk.

~ Pour the milk into saucepan, and heat it with small fire for 3-5 minutes. Stir it well. I SUGGEST YOU TO NOT GO AWAY WHILE YOU’RE HEATING THE MILK, SINCE THE MILK IS EASY TO BURN.

~ After the milk has warmed enough, pour it to yolks mixture, and mix it well.
From left to right : Pour and mix the warm milk with egg yolks and sugar.
~ After it has mixed, pour it to the saucepan, and heat it with small fire for 3-5 minutes. Stir it well. REMEMBER, DON’T LEAVE IT ANYWHERE!
Pouring the mixture into saucepan once again and heat it.
~ After it’s warmed enough, pour it to white egg mixture, mix it well.
Pour the mixture into the white egg mix and mix it till it’s mixed well!
~ After it’s mixed well, add sea salt, make sure the sweet and salty are balanced. YOU SHOULD TEST IT, using spoon or tester mini bowl.

~ After you’ve got the taste, put the mixture into refrigerator for at least 5-10 minutes to make it cool down.

~ After it cools down, add 250 – 300ml of heavy whipping cream into the mixture and also 1.5 – 2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract. (You may use Vanilla extract bowl for optional way), mix it well with mixer.
Left to right : Pour the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract (I put them at small bowl), and mix it!
~ Add 7-10 blue food color and 1-3 green food color into your mixture (be careful with this! At the first time I made it, I add too much green in it, and it turned to green), and mixed it well. See the picture, if you add the food colors in right measurement, the right one should like my picture below.
Here’s my Sea salt Ice cream mixture after I put food colors, it should be like this. (And.. I ran out of blue, but for some reason, I feel lucky that It turns to sea blue! Thanks my bro for checking it many times! XDXD )
~ Maybe it’s difficult to move the mixture to mold or bowl, you can use glass measurement to place your mixture, then, you can pour the mixture into the mold or bowl. If you use ice cream mold, please don’t put your ice cream stick yet, you need to make your mixture stiff first before you put it! And also, if you use ice cream mold don’t pour it to the mold too full, or else you can’t put your ice cream stick.
I move it to measurement glass and pour it to the mold. Here’s the true color of my ice cream ; I put them to several places since I plan to give them as tester to my friends
~ Put the mixture which you have put it at mold or bowl into the freezer, set the freezer to the coldest temperature for fast freezing.
Put them in the freezer, and set the coldest temperature for fast freezing!
~ In case you use ice cream mold, I put them in freezer for almost 2 hours, after that put the stick in it, and put them at the freezer for a long time, until they’re thickened.
Put the stick at the ice cream and put the ice cream back to the freezer for a long time until they get thickened.
~ In case it’s hard to pull them off from ice cream mold, you can use small knife to put them off and place them at plate or bowl if you want to.
This how I pull off the ice cream from the mold. Man, It’s not good >_<”

I suggest you mix for quite long time, the longer you mix, the ice cream will be softer. (My grandma said this to me)
Food colors in each regions have different quality, so choose wise if you want to combine this. (Thanks to my cousin)
Don’t you ever leave when you heat the milk or the mixture. Milk is easy to burn. (Thanks to my cousin)
Please watch the ratio of the color combination, if you feel hesitate to add them, you can take the mixture for a bit and test it at different bowl. (thanks to my bro)
Be careful also in adding the salt and sugar! Make sure it’s balance! Don’t forget to test the taste!
